
Connecting With The Ocean Of Creation

By allowing ourselves to rest in this space, we begin to feel supported by something far greater than the individual self. There’s no need to reach or struggle. Just by becoming still, we can recognize that we are already held within this powerful current of energy that unites all of existence. As we rest in this awareness, the illusion of separation begins to dissolve. The waves of thought slow down, and what remains is the deep rhythm of life itself flowing through us. This session is an invitation to soften into unity, to recognize your true place within the whole, and to remember that you are not apart—you are part of it all.
Transcript
So let's start by observing the breath,
How it comes in and goes out.
And let's do it in a loving and kind way.
Meaning that we feel that we are loved and nourished as we inhale and exhale.
And let's add gratitude for the love and nourishment we are receiving with each breath.
We say thank you when we inhale and thank you when we exhale.
And let's bring our awareness to our hands and to wherever they are touching,
Meaning our thighs or the chair or wherever we sit in.
And try to observe the vibration between,
Let's say if I'm placing my hands one on top of the other,
Between them.
If I place my hands on my thighs,
Between the hands and the thighs,
That tiny,
Tiny space between the hands and whatever they touch,
Go there with your awareness and connect with the vibration exactly there.
And let this awareness of vibration in the point of contact and your awareness be completely,
Completely aligned.
So aligned that even the space between the hands and the part of you that is aware of the hands is filling up with the same vibration that are between the hands.
And then see if you can start and notice same type of vibrations in other parts of your body.
Once you feel it in your hands,
Maybe you can start to recognize it in your arms,
Then in your shoulders.
And like this,
Slowly,
Slowly,
Allow yourself to feel,
To acknowledge that your whole body is vibrating.
And be very thorough and detailed to try and include each and every part of your body in this sensational vibration.
And now let's only focus on the front of the body,
The front of the arms,
The front of the legs,
The chest,
The abdomen,
The face,
The whole front of the body.
And try to feel the whole front as one vibrational experience.
And while paying attention to the front of the body,
Let's expand the awareness,
The awareness acknowledging that the front is actually including the whole creation.
So from the front,
You open like a,
Let's say,
Half circle to feel that your front has no ending,
It's infinite to all direction.
And it's still the same with the back,
Focusing more on the whole back of the body,
The back of the arms,
The back of the head,
The whole back,
The buttocks,
The back of the legs.
First,
Try to feel this whole surface as one vibrational field.
And then,
Like we did in the front,
Allow that vibrational field to expand into the whole creation.
So you feel that your back is infinite,
Is the whole creation.
And let's unite the front,
The middle and the back.
First,
Acknowledge in the body,
Again,
That the whole body vibrates.
And then,
Expand to the whole creation to feel that your body actually is the whole creation and the whole creation is vibrating.
Without losing the connection through vibration,
Just check,
Because that's what I experience,
Is it also these endless pixels in front of my eyes.
So this is the form of vibration coming through the eye or the sight.
And that's as well in the whole creation.
So the whole creation made from infinite,
Infinite pixels or tiny,
Tiny,
Tiny,
Tiny dots.
And the same comes from the auditory sense.
So all the senses give the same information of infinite energy manifesting through that sense.
If it comes easy,
Enjoy it.
If doesn't,
Don't worry about it.
Stay with the vibration.
What is most important,
Whatever sense delivers that sensation of unity,
Is that you're including the whole creation.
It's not only in your body.
As we're being with this vibration,
Again,
Make sure that each part of your body or physical form,
Your emotional form,
Or your mind is included in the vibration.
So invite each part that feels a bit off sync to synchronize with the infinite vibration.
Which you are.
And let's specifically focus on the heart chakra,
But again,
Allow it to vibrate into the whole creation,
Like beautiful waves that come in a calm pond when you throw a stone into it.
So the heart chakra expand,
Vibrating to the whole creation.
So the whole creation becomes heart chakra.
Let's do the same with the second chakra below the navel.
Inviting it to expand.
So the whole creation vibrates the second chakra,
Sacral chakra.
Let's do the same with the third eye,
Inviting it to expand so it vibrates in the whole creation.
If thoughts are coming,
It's no problem.
It's just a different type of vibration.
Call it to harmonize,
That's all.
Good.
Now,
Next step.
We're including who am I as the whole creation,
Okay?
So if until now we're spreading from the center out,
So we're still identifying as the ego person,
Now we change identity as infinity am I.
So I am the whole field of vibration,
Including this form called me.
Okay,
So the focus is not from inside out,
It's actually,
You can say it's everything,
Including the person.
And if possible,
Let's drop this focus on vibration and raise vibration into being.
So we are not now focusing or using something to connect to everything.
If it's making you confused and difficult,
So stay with the vibration,
That's cool.
If you feel comfortable to experiment,
So raise awareness into just presence,
Not through something that fills that space.
Infinity am I.
And from that state of being,
Again,
If you feel that any part of your human being,
The person you call me,
I,
Is vibrating differently than the whole creation which you are,
Just call this part to synchronize.
Yeah,
So if you feel maybe that your mind is still kind of moving differently than the whole creation,
Just I'm calling my mind or my central nervous system to harmonize with Source.
And like this,
Any part of you that feels not united completely.
And you know that you are united completely because you don't feel a difference between your body and infinity.
You feel that you are everything.
So now we don't use any medium to separate between something and something.
We don't need the breath,
We don't need the vibration or the colors,
They can come is no problem,
But we don't need to count on something external,
Because the truth is that I am.
And that's it,
You know,
Don't need anything else.
Okay,
Now we can go even one step further.
And in this step now,
We don't need any identity,
Yeah?
So we drop everything,
Including I am,
I am everything,
Or infinity am I,
Or any,
The slightest identity the mind takes on,
We don't need that anymore.
So there's a sense of complete,
Completeness,
Without any identity.
Just presence as presence.
And that's it.
Now because it's normal that not everybody has it easy,
Just because life is powerful,
Sometimes we find difficulty to switch off and to connect to this subtlety,
Which we are.
So let's say,
Visualize that we're forming a circle.
We don't need to come down from grace,
From that complete unity,
We keep that,
No problem.
But in the same time acknowledge that you are forming now a part of a circle.
A circle of sisters and brothers,
Yeah,
That we're this space is beyond time,
It's now.
This space obviously is open also to those who are not in the physical form.
Everyone is invited,
Because beyond the physical and beyond time,
It's now.
So inviting to this space,
Each other,
And anyone else who would like to be here,
Sharing light,
Sharing love,
And supporting each other to raise the vibration.
Also those of you who are listening to this meditation as a recording,
You are here,
You are with us.
So we join in,
And we're joining,
Making sure that our heart is open up and uniting through the heart chakra,
Through love,
Uniting with each other.
We're uniting with acknowledging,
I'm here part of the circle.
We're uniting by inhaling and receiving this immense power,
Love,
And light from each other,
And exhaling and giving the same quality.
So each one of us can raise,
Vibration,
Synchronize,
And relax.
The truth is that the most powerful tool of unity is the acknowledgement,
Not the breathing,
Not anything else.
It's just the acknowledgement and the image.
We are here together.
And if you feel a bit lower energy right now,
So just feel that you are receiving healing,
Power,
Love,
And allow that energy to harmonize you,
To heal and to transform any difficulty you're feeling right now.
Each one of us in this circle who feels its infinite being holds immense or transmits immense power that the rest of us can heal and join.
And let's invite to this beautiful circle those that we know that they are in great need right now because they really don't feel well,
And invite them to be in the center of the circle so they can benefit from this beautiful energy we are sharing.
Okay,
And then to continue this work,
Let's say,
Of this state as we move through our day.
We must be 100% committed for that because life is strong,
The mind is strong,
And then we can easily fall from grace into again this dual separation.
So we must enhance our ability to be present all the time.
And we do it by just paying attention to the most simple things we're doing.
And don't say to yourself,
I need to be present all the time because then it's not practical.
But start with small movement of,
Okay,
I'm present when I'm getting up in the morning.
Everything I'm doing,
When I'm just opening my eyes,
I'm present,
And that's it.
Only focus on this.
Then add to it something else and something else.
Okay,
So this is presence.
The other thing very,
Very important to incorporate is gratitude because this calms the mind and makes it less arrogant.
Okay,
So as much as possible,
Again,
To start it as a habit.
Maybe before you eat,
You say,
Thank you.
Maybe before you go to sleep,
You say,
Thank you.
Whenever you can,
Just add gratitude.
And number three is regularity of this type of meditation that allows you to reaffirm and harmonize your whole system at least once a day.
And if you're getting into that state of no-thing-and-everything,
It's so powerful that it will be in the background of your being through the day.
