So let's start first of all by paying attention how our system is doing right now.
We're remembering,
Most important,
That we are not that system.
We are,
Let's say,
Living in it,
Inhabiting it,
But we are not that.
But we can be aware of what's going there.
And if it's too crazy,
It's not comfortable.
If it's very quiet,
It's very comfortable.
So let's pay attention,
Without judgment,
Just observing what's going on.
The observation is actually already healing,
Because when we observe,
We're communicating pure awareness,
Which is the whole creation,
With an aspect of creation we called me.
And that synchronization starts healing process,
Harmonization.
But we can push it a bit faster,
Especially if we don't feel well,
And then start to harmonize by paying attention to what's going on.
And then let's specifically pay attention to the breath,
And see how the breath moves in the body naturally,
Without manipulating it.
Just observe how the body interacts with the breathing process.
And then let's target,
In a way,
Or become aware of the pelvic floor,
And let's say invite the breath to touch the pelvic floor as we inhale,
And then to release back up as we exhale.
When I say target,
It's because when our awareness is focused on an object,
The breath and the life force will go there.
So the awareness is like pulling,
Without pulling,
But just being there.
Pulling the life force to that area.
Okay,
And then we're targeting our aura.
Okay,
So we're visualizing an energy field around the body.
You don't need to feel it,
You don't need to see it,
You just say I'm now breathing to my aura,
That's all.
If you see it,
Okay.
If you feel it,
Okay.
But it doesn't matter really.
The minute you say I'm breathing to my aura,
The life force and the breath are directed to your aura.
And the feeling is of expansion,
That we're breathing wider than the body,
And as a result the body expands as well.
Okay,
And now let's shift to the energy body,
And let's visualize that we are standing underneath a beautiful waterfall.
We can say of water,
We can say of light,
We can say of life force,
Whatever you like to imagine is comfortable for you.
And let's start to invite this flow from heaven to earth,
In this imaginary waterfall,
To cleanse now only the front of the body.
Okay,
So we're feeling that the whole front of the body is starting to be more harmonized,
More comfortable,
From the top and slowly all the way down.
And basically what we want to achieve is that flow from heaven to earth on the front of the body is free.
So we feel that it doesn't have obstacles,
Just going nice.
Let's shift to the back,
So the same idea,
The waterfall is now cleansing,
Running through the back of the body from heaven to earth.
Yeah,
Really we're working on the meridians now.
Yeah,
So this is the urinary bladder meridian,
Or the tai yang what we call,
The heavenly yang,
Or the big yang.
And when we visualize it's going through the back,
Actually that energy meridian is opening up,
Is starting to flow.
This meridian,
According to Chinese medicine,
Is stimulating the whole nervous system.
It's affecting the spinal cord and affecting its innervation with the whole body,
With the internal organs,
With the brain,
Everything.
So when this energy starts to flow,
The nervous system calms down a lot.
So let's make sure that our back is radiating,
Is flowing both sides of the spine and in the spinal cord as well,
Inside the spine.
Great,
Now let's target the sides of the body.
Again,
We're using the same image of this waterfall and we're inviting the water,
The energy,
The light,
The life force to flow and nourish from heaven to earth,
Opening the sides of the body.
This relates to the gallbladder meridian,
Or the shao yang,
The middle yang.
And again,
It's very very much related to brain activity.
When this energy is flowing nice from the brain down to the toes,
Then the nervous system calms down and the brain feels more comfortable.
Okay,
And now let's try to visualize that these four directions,
Front,
Sides and back,
Are united and we're just feeling that we are in a beautiful flow from heaven to earth,
That the energy is flowing beautifully and like cleansing and nourishing the whole body.
Good,
This is only a warm-up,
Yeah,
Just to straighten everything up so we can go deeper,
Much much deeper than this.
So again,
Let's pay attention,
Let's observe.
Things changed since we started,
Let's pay attention,
See what's going on now.
Okay,
And now the next step is the awareness itself,
Okay,
Because we are aware of whatever we want to be aware,
But now we're focusing on the awareness,
Not on what we are aware of,
Not on the objects,
But we're focusing on the awareness itself.
There is the magic,
There is the crunch,
That's where we're breaking through,
Awareness on awareness.
And as we do that,
We can pay attention that the awareness is not limited,
Obviously,
To the body.
We can be aware of the body,
Of the emotion,
Of the thinking,
But we can be aware of sounds outside the body,
We can be aware of our aura,
And actually we can expand this ability to become aware into the whole creation.
It has no limit,
Only the mind will limit it.
So let's expand awareness and acknowledge that the awareness is infinite.
Now,
It's very important to understand that awareness and the mind that we started working with,
That maybe it was very confused and all over the place,
Is actually the same mind.
But pure awareness,
At its most subtle form,
And the normal ego,
Person,
Identity,
State of the mind,
Is the most rajestic,
What they call it,
In the teaching of the Ayurveda.
It's the most coarse or unrefined form,
But it's the same mind.
So in order to heal,
To transform,
To realize the truth of who we are,
We must incorporate in our existence that understanding of infinity,
That experience of infinity,
And break this spell that we're constantly living in the illusion that I am only this person.
We are this person,
In the same time we are the infinite,
Infinite space which this person we called me is living in,
Is existing.
So let's acknowledge the space,
Not only the matter,
But the space.
According to physics,
Space is the most prevalent existence in creation.
If you dissolve and extract only the matter of the whole creation,
There'll be very very little samsic.
The rest is space.
So actually when we're connecting to space,
We're connecting to the deepest truth of our existence,
Much more than matter.
In order to be space,
The mind,
Because it's the same mind that is ego bound,
It has to move from ego to no ego,
And this is the trick.
The mind must let go of its gripping,
Holding of the separation of the identity,
I am this person.
How do we do that?
We just have to drop,
To drop that sense of pulling of the mind,
And we can feel it very clear.
We can feel that when we let go of that grip that the mind has on identity,
Suddenly there is so much space in the body and in the whole creation.
You can try it right now,
You can say I am me,
The person,
And you're gonna feel how your whole system shrinks,
And you can say I am who I am all there is,
And you feel how you're expanding like crazy,
You are the whole creation.
Okay,
So from that place of infinite expansion,
We can help our human existence a bit more,
A lot more actually,
Because now we're acknowledging that we are the infinite space,
And part of our infinite space is that person that normally we called me.
So we can invite that me-ness,
This a person,
Ego person,
Now to relax into the infinite me.
And the infinite me is not me with the name,
Is me that is the infinite me or infinite I.
It's not a person,
It's not personal,
It's impersonal completely.
It's impersonal completely.
So you invite the something that has a name to dissolve with the nothing that doesn't have a name.
So let's do it gradually,
And let's invite first the heart chakra of that person,
Normally we call me,
To dissolve in the infinite being that has no name.
But it's very clear that I am that,
Very clear.
So I'm inviting the heart chakra to synchronize.
So it might be tricky for the mind because in the same time the mind is everything,
And the same time the mind experiencing what's happening as a result of everythingness in the body.
As if you can feel it from inside out or from outside in.
So when the heart chakra opens up and fills up the whole creation,
We become aware of infinite love.
And that infinite space that is just space,
Light,
Pure consciousness,
Space,
Light,
Pure consciousness,
Gets a dimension now as love as well.
Love am I,
Space am I.
Let's invite the second chakra below the navel,
Above the pubic bone,
The lower abdomen,
Again to synchronize with the whole creation,
With the infinite space am I.
And when that takes place,
That connects our existence,
Our experience into power,
Vitality am I.
So we synchronize with qualities of creation that are natural.
And then let's do the same with the third eye,
Inviting the third eye to open up and fill up the whole creation.
Light am I.
Ideally,
As all these synchronize,
We're losing the sense of separation.
So the clarity of physical clarity of me as a person is dissolving.
The body doesn't feel so clear anymore,
It feels just a sea of energy.
The mind feels infinite.
The emotions are around love,
Bliss,
Something around there.
So there's a sense of a complete dissolvement.
This is the direction.
I hope this is also the experience.
Then we go even deeper.
Then we go even deeper than this.
And the deeper of that is the complete renunciation.
When the mind stopped doing anything,
Nothing.
It's not employed anymore by anyone.
It's not doing anything,
It's not synchronizing anything.
It's now in a break,
Lunch break.
Okay,
So when we are in this state,
It's become very,
Very clear that who we really are,
Is nothing more.
You can say whatever we want because it has no really words.
And anything that is different from this is not who we are.
Any thought or any identity is not who we are.
This means enlightenment,
Exactly that.
Because this is the pure light.
An enlightened being is the one that manages to be that 24-7.
And this is the pure light.
To be that 24-7.
Yeah,
That the realization is so intense that it doesn't break through the day.
Now this is not necessarily the case for you or for me,
Which is okay,
Fine,
Because it's a process,
Could be a process.
If we're lucky,
It just happens,
Boom.
But it can be a process which is more,
Let's say,
More common.
But for that we need to know how to manage life from that perspective.
Otherwise,
As meditation stops,
Again,
We are again finding ourselves in the same confusion.
For that it requires a complete conviction in who we are and complete dedication,
Complete.
Not to separate between,
Oh,
Now I sit to meditate and now I do something else.
So that awareness of unity has to be approached on the go,
All the time.
Okay,
And just before we're finishing,
Let's just take a minute to give such a deep gratitude that we are here supported by each other,
First of all.
Because each one of us that's sharing this space we're sharing now,
The energy we're putting into following this guidance,
This state as a result that we're achieving is immensely powerful to support each other,
To raise into that vibration,
And to transform the consciousness of humanity.
So let's open our heart and give deep gratitude for each one of us who is sincerely doing this work.
And let's invite to this beautiful space we're sharing loved ones and anyone that is suffering right now because the circumstances of their existence is so rough,
So difficult,
That they're only in a survival mode.
They're only in a survival mode.
And let's say embrace those people so their consciousness can feel,
Wow,
A bit lighter.
Okay,
Thank you so much.
Yeah,
Let's keep this work.
It's so important.
Bye-bye.
