Emotions often surface as subtle shifts in sensation, pressure, or vibration, rather than words or stories. By tuning in clearly, you allow the heart to reveal its true tone without resistance or confusion. As the heart's signals become more refined, you train the mind to support emotional balance instead of distortion. Through this alignment, the emotional body softens, steadies, and begins to open to a far greater frequency—bliss. This isn’t the result of seeking or fixing, but of harmonizing with what already exists. When the heart is still and open, bliss arises naturally as the purest reflection of your connection to the infinite.
