In this meditation, we turn to one of the most natural guides we have: the breath. Rather than trying to control it, we’ll simply follow it—letting it lead us gently into presence. The breath reveals where we are, how we feel, and what we might not yet see. By noticing its rhythm without resistance, we create the space for a quiet kind of clarity to surface. As we follow the breath, tension begins to soften, and we may sense the deeper intelligence of the body at work. Each inhale and exhale becomes an invitation to return to what is real right now. This is a simple yet powerful path back to center—a moment to remember that awareness doesn’t need effort, only permission.

Be welcome my friend,

Let's dedicate this meditation to follow the breath,

So make sure that you sit comfortably,

Of course if you wish you can lie down and what we're really focusing here is not to force the breathing but to follow the breath.

Just bring your awareness and ask yourself how is my breathing right now?

Don't change anything,

Just observe.

Is it shallow or is it deep?

Normally when we start this meditation the breath normally is shallow,

Shallow breathing means that it doesn't go deep naturally,

When you connect to it you find it somewhere in the upper chest,

Just be present of that,

No need to do anything.

What's important when you're observing the breathing is the space of your awareness,

Meaning that you don't need to focus your awareness only on the breathing,

You are asked to keep your awareness very very wide outside the body and to include the breathing process in it.

So in the same time you're observing the infinite space around you and inside that you're observing the breathing process.

Keep staying infinite with your mind and being very very observant and being very very observative about what's happening with your breathing process.

Gradually you will notice that the breath start to move deeper and deeper without you doing any effort and your mind comes down as it's feeling spacious outside the head and the physical body.

Next step ask yourself if there's any emotion within you that doesn't feel very comfortable and if you recognize that just be present with the emotion,

Again always as infinity with an infinite mind.

Your mind occupies the whole creation and within that you're observing the quality of the emotions within you right now.

Next step you're observing vibrations so without collapsing the mind to identify with the little person you stay infinite with your mind and you in the same time calling the mind to check if it can recognize vibrations anywhere in the body.

Once the mind recognize vibrations just be with it always as infinity with an infinite mind acknowledging that the vibration is not only inside your body your physical form is actually in the whole creation.

So inviting yourself to feel that you are inside a sea of vibration,

Vibrational ocean.

So the whole creation vibrates including your body.

In that state if you recognize that any part of your body is not vibrating in harmony with the rest just called this part to synchronize.

So for example if I feel that I am the ocean of vibration but I feel that my legs and my thighs are in a disharmony with the rest I'm calling my thighs to synchronize with the infinite ocean of vibration.

Which am I?

And like this you can move from one part to another until you feel that your whole being is vibration and you don't feel any disharmony between any part of your physical form and the whole creation.

You start to melt into an ocean of vibration without feeling any difference from all the rest.

It's such a beautiful beautiful magical practice.

So I wish you a beautiful practice and beautiful life.

Thank you.
