Feeling stressed, low-energy, or just a bit "off"? It might be your vibrations. Think of it like this: everything in the universe is energy, including you, and that energy vibrates at different frequencies. This meditation helps you tune your vibrations to a higher level – think bliss, joy, and an overall sense of well-being. We'll focus on expanding your positive energy centers and connecting them through your body's meridians – those energetic pathways of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Imagine them as channels that, when flowing freely, bring balance and harmony to your whole system, physically and emotionally.

OK,

Let's start.

Let's start from something to nothing.

From the most physical to the most non-physical.

So let's start by paying attention to our body.

And it's the way it sits or lies down in whatever position you are.

The sensation of the surface is touching.

And then from that physical sensation of the body let's move to the sensation of the breath.

Just pay attention how the breath enters and how it leaves.

Pay attention how the body responds to the breath coming in and going out.

Which parts of the body are responding more than others.

And then let's encourage the body to soften so the breath can go deeper inwards.

Deeper inwards.

So every part within that we feel that is a bit hard or resistant to the breath we ask it to soften,

To open,

To relax.

And then let's widen our awareness to acknowledge that the breath comes from infinity enters to the body and brings the prana,

The life force,

Chi.

And with that life force there is vitality,

There is power that spreads and wakes up the body and nourishes each and every part.

And from the breath let's move back to sensation and let's try to recognize vibration in the body.

Normally the easiest or the straightforward one is in the inner arms and the palms of the hands but maybe you feel it in other places,

It doesn't matter.

Wherever you're feeling the vibration try to be as clear where it's the strongest.

The vibration appears on the meridians.

So for example I feel the vibration in my palms and the middle of the inner arm this is the pericardial meridian.

But again you don't need to know the names but see if you can recognize a trajectory,

A line or area where the vibration is different than other areas.

Just take a minute for that.

Now if you follow this line of vibration it's fascinating because it will take you to other parts that are vibrating and it's the trajectory of the meridian,

That's how it flows,

That's where it goes.

So just be aware,

Don't make any effort,

Just be aware to as many sensations as possible regarding to the area that you're recognizing as strong vibration.

Really the whole body vibrates,

Any place you put attention you're gonna feel vibration,

This is no problem.

But there are places that are vibrating stronger than others.

Now as you're focusing on the vibration the vibration will start to manifest in other parts of the body because the meridians,

They work as vessels that need to hold the vibration to harmonize between themselves.

So the minute you feel one meridian it will encourage it to harmonize maybe to the other side of the same meridian maybe to its couple meridian on the other side of the arm or the leg or whatever,

You know,

It's not always following a logic that we can understand but it will change.

So just pay attention how the sensation of vibration moving and expanding to other parts of the body.

Okay,

So now what's happening is that we're recognizing vibration in the body with the awareness now the same awareness is also aware of thoughts.

So our awareness is divided,

You know,

If the mind is busy between following thoughts and following vibration.

Now let's trick the mind and what we're doing,

Choose one area of vibration and see if you can follow it to the head,

To the brain.

Basically what we want to focus now that the area in the head that we are thinking is also vibrating and we want to synchronize the vibration in the brain with the vibration in the other parts of the body.

When the awareness is focusing on a vibrating brain or mind the mind cannot think or not so easy.

So we're synchronizing vibration in the mind,

In the brain and in other parts of the body,

Wherever it doesn't matter.

And maybe if you pay close attention,

Maybe you can even feel the trajectory that the line that you focused on is lifting up into the neck,

Into the head,

Into the brain and creating like an area of vibration connecting between the limbs and the brain connecting between the limbs and the brain.

We have to understand that those vibrations we are feeling or we are conscious of are in a way blocked energy,

It's not subtle energy but we have to start like this so the system will go deeper and deeper into more subtle experience.

Vibration in the brain,

Vibration in the body.

Keep this awareness,

Brain-body vibrating just try to encompass as many parts as possible of the body and the brain vibrating together.

If you're thinking,

It means that the awareness shifted from vibration awareness into thinking awareness come back gently into vibration awareness and now let's expand our awareness with the vibration expand our awareness with the vibration to the aura,

The energy around the body so wherever you're aware of vibration try to recognize that vibration radiating outside the body including the brain and gradually expand more but not fast as further away from the body we feel the vibration and the effect is more profound and faster but don't go fast,

Slowly slowly expand all the time aware of vibration by the way,

If any of you seeing colors it's synonymous to vibration it's just different form of vibration so you can work with the colors,

It's the same so really the vibration is in the whole creation it's not only in our body of course and not only in our aura and the same quality or ability of our being to perceive the vibration as if it's in the body can do it from the whole creation,

It's the same so now we're spreading awareness or widening awareness to the whole creation and we want to still feel the vibration but feeling that actually the whole universe or creation is vibrating and what we call me or I is an integral part of that vibration force now as you focusing on this infinite vibration let's try,

Maybe it will not work for you,

Maybe it will but try to incorporate the sense of sight meaning I feel the vibration and if I try to become aware through seeing how do I see the vibration?

Like for me it's endless pixels for example that I see so it's the same,

It's the vibration through the sense of sight see if you can see the vibration or the colors or in whatever way it comes to your sense of sight or maybe you see the pure light,

Whatever comes and now let's add the sense of hearing so it's not that you need to listen to the vibration but you need to in a way say I am connecting to the vibration through the sense of hearing wonderful now let's let go of that vibration awareness and only become aware that we are infinite being of course we feel the vibration but that's not the focus the focus more that I know that I am all there is I feel it's clear you see it's all about different level of subtle energy because when we keep our awareness on the vibration we get in a way hooked to a certain level of vibration but now we are moving into more subtle vibration which is knowing it's still energy but it's energy that I know I am it's energy of being otherwise we stay in the physical and then with that infinite expansion and awareness let's revisit what we called the me the human being we called me,

I and let's see if it still carries any tension,

Any forms of tension maybe it's mind or we can call my mind has some heaviness to it maybe it has heaviness on it's emotional system maybe on it's physical system or it's energy system so let's first of all visit the emotional system and you can be infinite and still that thing called you can have emotional tension so let's just encourage and invite the emotional tension to harmonize with the truth,

With the infinite being which you are and all is I am inviting tension,

Emotional tension in my heart for example to synchronize with infinity when you do that please don't pull yourself back into the little person no need,

Stay infinite and as an infinite being invite the little person tension to harmonize you choose your dimension learn how to use your mind ok,

After we harmonize emotional tension let's harmonize physical tension so if you have any discomfort in your body invite it to harmonize with the whole creation with infinity with you you as infinite being ok of course we can do more of that work but now is ok so let's go to the most subtle part is when we surrender completely to source at this take courage because in this stage now there is nothing to do,

To follow,

To be,

To think,

To visualize the complete surrendering of the mind,

What we call me or I into source,

Into all there is so it's a firm decision let's say that I'm completely letting go,

I don't know what will happen but that I that equals to mind,

To ego is completely letting go then the fun begins the same force that flowers the beauty of creation this will flower you once the mind go so nothing to worry about,

Only good stuff happens now what I'm guiding here we can say it's maybe clear for some of you and maybe not so clear to some,

Maybe but this is so so so important to be able to grasp what I'm talking about so if you have any question or doubts please get in touch and I'll explain thank you so much for joining although we are in a deep meditation and we get to a very very infinite type of expansion it's very important to keep this state during the day how can we do that?
