Okay,
It's time we go for it.
Let's connect to the power that sees.
Before we calm stuff,
Before we go into the parasympathetic nervous system that is very calm and comfortable,
Let's connect to the one who sees,
To the place from where we see.
Because this is always with us and it doesn't matter how we feel.
It means that with our awareness we have to recognize the self and what reflects on the self.
All of emotions,
Sensations,
Things that are coming from outside,
Physical discomfort or comfort,
Thoughts,
All this is outside the self.
At the same time,
All those things that appear outside are as well the self.
They are as well consciousness taking forms.
And as we relax more and more,
We feel it more.
Because we feel that our vibrations harmonize with everything.
But before it's very clear,
It's where the mind is identified with all these external things.
It doesn't let us relax in the self.
So when we connect to the self,
We are actually asking the mind to connect to itself.
Like a projector that is turning on,
Onwards,
On itself and projecting into itself.
Which is impossible of course,
But this is the image.
Meaning that the awareness is aware of itself and at the same time aware of stuff that is reflecting on it.
But the trick is not to be attached or not to grasp those stimulations,
External stimulations.
Let's be there.
And I know it's more difficult when we don't calm the system.
But this is the great training because on our daily life we don't stop every minute and watch our breathing,
Etc.
Sometimes we feel agitated.
Still we need to know who we are.
So this is a great time to start when the system is not completely relaxed.
Paying attention to the self.
Normally,
At least that's my perception,
Is when the awareness in the third eye is within itself and there is also connection with the heart.
This is the position of presence.
Meaning that the mind is not projected,
It's actually contained within itself.
And if anything,
It connects to the heart.
That's all.
That's a position of presence and around that could be a tsunami.
Could be a big storm.
But that's the center of everything.
Let's hold this center no matter what.
And as we're holding this center,
You'll see that the system automatically starts to soften.
Without paying attention to the breath necessarily or anything else.
Just hold the center.
Like sometimes there is a very,
Very strong wind and you're holding to a tree or you're holding to something when the awareness is within itself and it's touching the heart.
That's our core.
And now when we establish in the center,
Now let's pay attention to the breathing.
And trying not to lose the center as if there is me and there is the breathing.
Feeling that actually the breath is extension of you because it's part of creation.
And the breath is happening automatically.
We don't do anything.
And as you pay attention with that position of being absorbed in the self to the breathing,
Let's pay attention how deep it goes.
Sometimes it can be compared to a dry river bird when the first rain is making its way down towards the sea.
That's how the breath starts to move down in the body,
Making its way and regaining its domain.
The mind is in the heart.
From there everything is observed.
From there life is manifesting.
And this is so delicate space yet it's the anchor of our existence.
Mind and heart connected.
And if you are very truly dedicated to place your mind and your heart together,
You'll see very clearly that the mind can jump to a thought and come back.
Can jump to a sensation,
Come back.
But don't lose it,
Please.
Stay connected.
And slowly the breath becomes wider,
Occupies more space in the body.
And then without losing mind and heart connection,
Let's widen the awareness to acknowledge that the life force with the breath coming from outside the body,
Entering from infinity through the crown and making their way into the pelvic floor,
Into the legs,
Into the sole of the feet.
So as we widen our awareness,
Meaning outside the body,
The effect is more powerful,
Much more powerful.
And the reason is because we are infinite beings.
And when we are acknowledging infinity,
We are actually acknowledging who we are.
And obviously because of that everything feels better.
And the only reason why we get into trouble is because we are constantly shrinking into a little person,
That's all.
And now let's widen the image,
Not only in the vertical axis of heaven and earth.
Let's visualize that we are inhaling from the whole creation into the body.
And we want to widen so this river that starts to trickle in,
In the beginning,
Is transforming more and more into a lake.
So the whole body becomes affected and surrenders its tension to the life force,
To the prana that comes with the breath and the awareness.
Breathing from the whole creation into the body and exhaling back to the whole creation from the body.
Remember to establish constantly awareness in the heart.
If your mind asks,
How can I establish awareness in the heart and in the whole creation at the same time?
So the answer is that the heart is the portal.
When you establish awareness in your heart,
You don't stay in the physical form.
It's like you're entering through a door to infinity.
Behind there is nothing and everything.
The same as love should not stay in our heart.
It should express and manifest.
The same pure consciousness is infinite.
And as the heart,
The mind,
Dissolve and unite with everything,
That question doesn't arise because we are everything.
And the body starts to harmonize and vibrate in complete harmony with the whole creation.
And then no question is asked.
Because the questions themselves are infinite consciousness.
If we still recognize any tension in the body,
It can be physical tension,
It can be emotional sensation,
It can be physical,
Energetical,
Or mental discomfort,
Or just something is not right,
Let's guide awareness to cleanse everything and invite everything that feels a bit tense to unite,
To synchronize with the whole creation.
So if my heart chakra is a bit tight,
I'm inviting my heart chakra to harmonize and synchronize with all there is.
And nothing to do,
Just to say.
And then we get immediately a response because it's happening.
Same for physical body,
Same for mind,
Same for energy.
When we work with energy,
We have to be more subtle,
Because maybe the body feels pretty good already.
Maybe the emotions are soft.
But it could be that there are layers of energy that are still holding and blocking the energy.
So just check if there are any layers in the body or outside the body,
The aura,
That feels a bit dense,
Compressed.
Just rest calmly your awareness on it and it will dissolve.
Wonderful.
Next step is completely to dissolve the one who looks,
The one who sees,
With the infinite ocean of consciousness.
So for that,
Actually,
We need to be courageous,
Because it means that we're dropping everything that we know,
Everything that we think we are and familiar,
And we're just becoming everything or nothing.
So maybe it's frightening,
But actually it's the best thing.
It's bliss.
Most of our actions in life are guided to reach bliss,
To feel amazing,
To feel good.
That's the main motivation behind everything we do.
Yet the true bliss,
The deepest experience,
Is when we're dropping everything and all the wants,
And then we really unite with all the reasons we feel in a way that cannot be described.
But normally we're afraid to do it.
Let's try.
And it's normal that not all of us are in the same place.
Maybe we had more difficult experiences before entering into the meditation,
And the mind is still busy with that.
It's normal.
But that's why we're here together,
In a community of spiritual brothers and sisters,
To support each other.
So let's acknowledge the presence of each other and open our heart and our mind to that presence.
I'm here to support you.
Visualize that we're creating a circle of infinite being,
That we're opening our heart to each other.
When we inhale and exhale,
We're sharing love,
We're sharing light.
And like this we can support those of us who are feeling a bit low energy,
To come up,
To harmonize,
Sharing love and light in a circle.
And as we do it,
Breathing in love and light,
Let's add gratitude to each other and to grace itself for bringing us together,
So we can realize the truth,
Inhaling with gratitude and exhaling with gratitude.

And then let's visualize that we're forming a matrix of light,
With the whole humanity,
All around planet Earth,
To continue and share love and light,
And support each other through this matrix,
So the light can flow to all humanity,
And the hearts will open up,
The minds will relax.
The sense of unity will connect,
And the ego will dissolve into one heart,
One mind,
Breathing together,
Sharing love and light.
And during the day,
Because it's normal that we move out of the meditation cushion,
We're moving into the day,
And things are happening,
And we're forgetting the unity.
So,
As much as gratitude we introduce into any action we do,
The mind will remember its source and connect immediately to the heart.
As much as presence we bring to anything we do,
Again,
It will help us to recognize who we are.
