Okay,
So we can start.
First of all,
Just pay attention to how we're feeling right now.
Just bring your awareness,
Pay attention to your body.
Observe the alignment of your spine.
Observing the differences between the sides of the body.
Observing the breath,
How it moves in and out.
Let's soften the forehead and the eyes.
Soften the face and the jaw.
Soften the arms and the torso.
Softening the legs,
Feet,
Toes.
Let's become aware of the connection with the energy field surrounding our body.
Feeling that we are in a living space.
Let's become aware that the energy that's surrounding us is nourishing.
As well,
Let's become aware of the energy that comes from the earth flowing up into our body from the feet.
Upper torso,
Up to the upper body.
And like everything on this planet,
We have earth energy that nourishes us upwards and gives us a sense of being erect,
Being rooted,
Being supported physically.
As if we have a backbone that connects to the physical existence coming from the earth.
And then we have the heavenly energy that is so subtle,
So soft,
So nourishing,
That is caressing like downwards.
Let's just become aware of these two directions of flow as one.
Just observing that as we are surrendering more to those qualities of heaven and earth,
As they move through us,
It feels nice,
It feels right,
It feels harmonious.
And only what we need to do is to surrender to that flow.
This is the flow of our birth as human beings on this planet,
In this life.
This flow is viewed,
Is experienced by awareness.
Awareness is not of this incarnation.
Awareness is infinity itself.
Awareness is the whole creation.
Aware right now of our human existence.
So we have heaven energy flying down,
Earth energy flying up,
And awareness,
Which is actually the infinite space where that takes place,
Manifests.
Let's try to acknowledge awareness as infinity itself,
Including the whole creation as well as our physical or human existence.
In the same time.
And then we ask the question,
Who am I?
And we don't need to answer,
We just ask this question.
If we don't answer,
Then we know.
If we do answer,
Then we don't know.
Answering is a thought,
Not answering is being,
And that's the answer.
Being is not separate between infinity and your human existence.
Being is who you are.
So the biggest transformation of human being is when we realize that I am that I am,
Meaning infinity itself,
Including human existence,
But not a human experiencing infinity.
I am that I am.
So again,
This is not a thought,
This is a positioning,
A positioning of awareness as the whole,
As wholeness,
As order is.
You are the infinite space,
Boundless,
Timeless,
Boundless in which everything takes place,
Appears and disappears.
So the big transition is when we stop identifying as a human being only,
But we're recognizing that we are everything.
That recognition is not only a thought,
It's a direct experience.
That everythingness doesn't mean that we always feel amazing.
As everythingness,
Or in the everythingness,
There is good and bad,
There's pain and pleasure,
There's softness and tension,
There's everything.
But as we're acknowledging our everythingness,
Then normally the tension dissolves,
Because most of the tension we're experiencing comes from separation.
So let's repeat,
Relaxing,
But now let's relax as infinity.
So your true being is the whole creation,
Boundless,
And as that,
You're calling different parts of your human existence to come home.
You are already home,
But parts of you as everything are feeling separated as a result of confused existence.
So as infinity,
Let's call our nervous system to synchronize.
I'm calling my nervous system to synchronize.
With all there is.
You're already all there is,
You're calling parts of you home.
The only thing you need to do is call what you want to join,
And then just wait until you feel that it's working because you feel better.
We're recognizing the nervous system simply because part of us might feel nervous,
Anxious,
A bit shaky.
This is the nervous system.
So once we're recognizing those sensations,
We call it home.
If you want to be more effective and have a faster synchronization,
When you do feel some nervousness without losing your infinite being,
Try to recognize exactly the layer where it vibrates in imbalance.
It's not your whole body,
It's a very specific layer,
Like a layer of an onion that holds tension.
Once you're recognizing that layer,
Invite it to synchronize.
After that layer dissolves,
You might find more layers.
So slowly,
Slowly break your way through so you feel in complete harmony.
The key for this work is your positioning as infinity and directing the mind only,
Or using the mind only,
To recognize tension.
After we're harmonizing the nervous system,
We're calling the heart chakra in the center of the chest to synchronize.
Remember that you are all there is,
And you are already perfect as you are because you are everything.
Just if you invite more and more parts of your human existence that doesn't feel comfortable to synchronize,
You're going to feel more comfortable.
And then as infinity,
Without losing infinity,
Again let's recognize the heavenly flow on our human existence.
The heavenly flow is you,
Flowing on you.
Then let's connect to the earth flow again as infinity.
And the earthly flow is you as well,
Flowing in you.
You are everything.
Everything you recognize is you.
Is in you.
And now let's drop completely any intention.
Don't look for anything.
Don't harmonize anything.
We're lowering the obsession in a way to harmonize me as a person.
Because I'm not only this person.
I'm everybody else.
I'm the whole creation,
The stars,
The infinite space between the galaxies,
Everything.
So why focus only on harmonizing this person?
Let's just acknowledge infinity and relax into it.
Let's play that space of all there is that is not necessarily focusing on humanity or human experience or my experience.
It's completely boundless,
Timeless.
This is home.
And when we identify as a human being,
We're not supposed to leave home.
We're supposed to include the human being with all there is.
Every tissue and cell,
Every organ,
Limb.
Of your human existence function the best in that environment.
Your emotions relaxing.
Your mind softens.
Your body opens up.
And life become effortless.
Because you are life itself.
And the way we're going to manifest ourselves in this life.
It's just effortless.
It'll manifest when we are positioning ourselves in life as life.
When we feel infinite,
When we feel boundless,
When we feel with no restriction and resistance.
That's when life flowing the best.
And whatever need to manifest to you will manifest the way it should.
Of course,
It doesn't mean just sitting and watching Netflix.
It means that the impulses of life that coming through you.
If they impulse you to do something,
You do it.
You can do it strong,
Beautiful.
But with no sense of pushing,
Struggling,
Fighting.
With a sense of relaxation.
So before we ending the meditation,
Let's deepen the connection.
So all our cells or our being acknowledge that state of being.
Being one with all there is,
As all there is.
If you still recognizing tension of any sort.
Can be physical,
Can be emotional,
Can be psychological or energy tension.
Just invite,
Invite it to soften,
To relax,
To open up and to unite,
Call it home.
And because this state is the ultimate healer,
Because it's a no resistance being.
Every part within your human form,
When it's a harmonizing with this state,
It flows the best it can.
So then healing can takes place.
Let's invite others who we know they are suffering at this moment.
To join this space that we holding right now.
As you invited your nervous system,
Your physical body,
You can invite them because you are everything and they are part of you.
And as infinity you can see their suffering,
You can see their tension.
And you just being inviting that tension to dissolve.
In you as all there is.
Now how can we keep this state when we moving out of this meditation?
First of all,
Without doing any effort,
Just by meditating this way and acknowledging the truth.
It'll take care of you and will support you to hold it.
It's like training our nervous system to come home to recognize its positioning.
Number two is to pay attention to the mind when it's resisting life,
When it's creating again tension and to soften,
Constantly soften.
That's it.
