So,
Before we connect to being atomic,
Let's connect to just being here,
Which is the same actually.
So,
Let's just connect to our breath first of all.
Just pay attention how the breathing moves in and out.
And then as we kind of coming down and connecting to the present moment,
In,
Out,
I'd like to talk just a few words about atomic and what I mean by that.
So,
Actually before I give some ideas,
Mental ideas,
Let's try to recognize.
We are all familiar with pixels in photos,
In pictures.
You know,
When it's very pixeled,
We don't see very well.
If it's completely pixeled,
We cannot recognize at all.
If it's many,
Many,
Many,
Many,
Many pixels,
Then it looks very real.
And that's really what we're talking about here.
That we are super pixeled,
Many,
Many,
Many billion pixels,
Or atoms,
Or colors,
Or waves,
Doesn't matter how we call it,
But it's moving so fast that they give a sense of real.
But when we pay attention,
For example,
To vibration in the body,
We can feel that actually the body is vibrating.
It's very straightforward.
Let's take a minute and see if you can recognize vibration in your body.
It doesn't matter where,
Maybe only one place,
Maybe the whole body vibrates.
Another thing,
If your eyes are closed,
At least that's what comes to me when I close my eyes and I pay attention,
I see billions and billions of dots.
Maybe you see it as well.
Another thing is sound.
Just connect to sound,
Not to a specific sound,
But the fact that your ears are communicating with some kind of vibration called sound,
Some hum,
Some background sound existing.
If you have tinnitus,
That's easy-peasy because it's there all the time.
But if you're lucky not to have that,
So you still can feel,
Or can sort of hear,
Exactly like the vibration of the sensation,
The dots of when we close our eyes,
Also in a way when we close our hearing,
You can say something like this,
There's always in the background some presence of vibration,
We call the mother of sounds,
Called OM.
The real OM is not what we chanting,
It's what we are,
We are OM.
So basically what I'm pointing out to is that everything is vibrating,
Color vibrates,
Sound vibrates,
Sensation vibrates,
Smell vibrates,
Love vibrates,
Everything vibrates in its own perception and we perceive it through our own sensual object.
So connect through whatever sensation works best for you,
Whatever sensation of vibration,
Colors,
Sound,
See if you can feel that it's common to hold your whole body,
As if the atoms inside your body are bouncing into each other like billiard balls,
Billion and billion and billion and billions of them,
All the time moving so fast.
That's the vibration we're feeling,
That's the sense of prana,
Of life force.
So by essence we are atomic beings really,
And we're part of an atomic universe,
But the minute the I is born,
And the minute there is separation,
We're pulling immediately to hard existence,
To separation,
We're moving away from unity.
The minute the I is born,
All the atoms immediately move into hidden place as reality,
And we don't see them anymore.
So what we're doing here tonight,
To acknowledge our atomic existence,
We have to dissolve the I,
And then we feel that we are actually pure vibration,
And then we feel that not only I am vibrating or vibration,
I am part of vibration,
Which is creation.
If you're lucky,
Which I'm sure you are,
When you go very deep into meditation and you feel that atomic existence,
This pure vibration which you are,
When you open your eyes and you look at a plant,
Or you look at your TV,
Or you look at the wall,
You'll have the same feeling that it's vibrating exactly like your body,
As if you can put your hands through that.
So if you are doing meditation,
I recommend to you,
When you open your eyes,
To really don't immediately move into the I,
Stay with the magic,
And you might feel that actually everything vibrating like you.
That's really called enlightenment,
Because enlightenment is when we are not only acknowledging,
It's not a knowledge,
It's a being of light.
Acknowledging that everything is light,
Vibration,
Atomic existence.
For that,
The prerequisite,
Obviously,
Is the mind moving into the heart,
Surrendering.
The mind moving from its arrogant,
I know everything,
Don't tell me,
Yeah,
Into surrendering,
Into humbleness,
Into softness,
Into presence,
Into the now.
So just allow your mind to soften into your heart,
With a deep sense of surrendering to the infinite vibration,
Which is the source of everything.
It doesn't matter if it's a mountain,
If it's the sun,
It doesn't matter anything.
Now it's normal that when we start meditation,
The mind is jumping all over the place,
So to calm it more down,
We can exhale a bit deeper into the heart,
We can inhale with awareness of infinity into the body,
And we can exhale into the heart,
And like relax into the heart,
Like land in our presence.
As we're relaxing,
As we're moving into softness,
It's very important that we acknowledge infinity as the source.
So when we breathe,
We breathe from infinity,
We breathe to infinity,
And ultimately we breathe as infinity.
So let's allow our minds to expand to infinity,
And as our system relaxes more,
We transform to breathe as infinity,
Not from or to,
It's not me and,
It's one.
But this might take a minute or two until you feel that you are completely dissolving into that infinite space of being.
Let's acknowledge the presence of each other,
Lovely,
Amazing people in this circle of light,
And let's support each other to raise vibration,
Because maybe some of us have a difficult day and our mind is more worried or more anxious,
That's normal,
It doesn't matter,
But we can help each other,
For that we have to acknowledge that we are together,
We have to create reality of light beings sitting in a circle and supporting each other to raise vibration,
Visualizing that we're connecting to each other through the heart and the mind.
And when we inhale,
We receive love and light from each other,
And when we exhale,
We give,
And like this,
We're raising and raising vibration.
As much as our vibration raises,
We're acknowledging that actually it's infinity breathing into itself,
But for that we have to surrender and relax completely.
It's important that all of us will keep this image of uniting in a circle,
And like this we're supporting each other,
Very important.
Okay,
And now when we feel more and more and more dissolved and uniting with that sense of infinity,
Again we can bring our awareness to atomic existence,
Again we can acknowledge the infinite particles which we are part of,
That the whole creation is made out of.
You might see it in your eyes,
You might feel it as vibration,
You might hear it as OM,
Or you might know it as knowing,
But allow yourself to feel that the whole creation is vibration,
Atomic existence.
Everything has a program,
A plant stays a plant,
A mountain stays a mountain,
The sun stays sun,
But in its essence,
It's all atomic existence.
Particles vibrating with a program as something,
And then that something will change to something else.
When you feel more and more and more connected to that infinite existence,
Infinite vibration,
Check again within and see if every part of your being has joined that vibration.
Maybe almost everything,
But maybe there's an emotional knot somewhere,
Maybe there's a physical discomfort somewhere,
Maybe your mind is not completely united.
If that's the case,
Just invite that part to join the infinite vibration of creation.
For example,
I'm inviting my mind to join the infinite vibration of creation.
Or my lower back if I have some back discomfort,
Or my heart if I feel some emotional pain.
What separates us from bliss,
From enlightenment,
From beautiful,
Beautiful existence,
Is only the mind.
Only.
So we do the best to make sure that our mental health is checked,
And the ultimate mental health,
The healthiest mental health,
Is enlightenment.
Because then the mind is completely at your control and not opposite.
To have that more present in your life,
If,
You know,
If we are super,
Super lucky,
It just happens.
But we cannot just sit and wait,
It will happen.
We have to really,
Really pay attention for that to manifest,
To be very devoted for that.
But different than other things we need to achieve,
Here the achievement happens by letting go,
Not by doing,
Doing,
Doing.
So it's a constant reminder to drop,
To soften,
To be present,
Constant.
That you can say the work,
Is just to let go,
Let go,
Let go.
As well,
We have to really pay attention who we are associating with,
If,
You know,
A social circle is supportive for that.
What kind of food goes into our body.
What kind of drinks go into our body.
What kind of information goes into our mind.
What kind of movement our body is doing.
All those things,
As high vibration as they are,
Will support being in the light.
Because if we see a horror movie,
It's low vibration,
And then it takes more time to shift and raise it back up,
Etc.
If we eat food that is not healthy,
Same.
But that's for each one of us to learn for ourselves,
Because it's not the same for everybody.
