You Are The Dawn Of Creation
by Yair Sagy
You’re the Dawn of Creation is a meditation to rest in the truth that consciousness is not personal. It is not “mine” or “yours”—it is the same vast presence that brings all of creation into being. Through silence, we connect with this boundless awareness and the natural unity it reveals. This session invites you to stay quiet, without effort, and allow the question “Who am I?” to arise—not as thought, but as a gateway to silence. In that silence, the ego fades, and what remains is the living awareness that exists everywhere, timeless and free.

Okay,
So insight or let's say the expansion from what we already connecting and the way we're connecting already with the feeling of unity that the creation is actually one field of consciousness expanding from this place.
This is the aim of this meditation to expand from this place or to work from this place.
What does it mean?
It means that our consciousness is the consciousness of the creation.
It's not my consciousness,
It's the consciousness of creation manifesting through my system as a human being but manifesting in everywhere and everything else.
The shift we are called to do is from an ego perspective to unity.
From seeing the world only through me and even when we do spiritual practice we do it still as an ego person to a sense that actually we are consciousness,
Infinite consciousness manifesting through a human form.
But that consciousness is not a personal consciousness,
It's not my consciousness,
It's not my awareness,
It's the consciousness of the whole creation manifesting through a human form through many other things.
But the uniqueness about human form is that human form can allow consciousness to be aware of itself.
A tree is pure consciousness manifesting as a tree and any other plant the same and probably animals the same.
I don't know how a whale perceives itself if it does perceive itself but the whale has for sure a pure connection with all there is.
That's why it can navigate through infinite distance in the ocean with no problems and with no thinking,
It doesn't have any UPS or anything.
Human can allow consciousness to be reflected on itself and this is so unique by being a human being.
That's why we have actually our mind so we can on one hand take care of ourselves and on the other hand we can also reflect consciousness onto itself and become enlightened.
It's not that I am enlightened,
It means that through this system that is now called Yair,
Consciousness can see itself,
Can see the creation it created.
This is the point.
Now I know this is a maybe far out kind of information but it doesn't matter at all actually because it's not about information.
To realize that it's not about understanding so much,
It's a little bit maybe but it's mainly about being that.
So again I'm going back to what I heard Papaji which is the disciple of Ramana Maharishi and the teacher of Mooji.
So Papaji in one of his talks and you can listen to his beautiful talks in YouTube,
He said and I'm reading,
Don't think.
Don't think.
So it's not about thinking.
Don't make any effort.
Okay,
Don't make effort because effort and thinking is the same.
Stay quiet.
So when you don't make any effort,
You don't think,
You stay quiet and then he says ask who am I?
Okay so we can say oh but asking who am I is a mental movement but this is not really the truth.
It's not the mental movement.
It's not oh I'm this,
I'm this,
I'm that.
No.
The answer for who am I is silence.
So as long as there is an object to our being,
I'm aware of something.
So I'm not really in quiet mode.
I'm not really in a place that doesn't make any effort.
I am here and I have an object there and there are two.
And being cannot be dual.
It's only one.
Okay so when we ask who am I,
We're kind of checking is there somebody that is I am relating to or something I am relating to.
For example,
I'm relating to my breathing process.
I'm relating to my energy.
I'm relating to the energy of somebody else.
So although all these things are very helpful to meditate with and it's good to start with,
When we move into a deeper state of the meditation,
We need to drop all these helping tools and just to be.
To be silence.
To be quiet and not to try to get there.
It's more to allow there to be felt here.
Not to try to get anywhere.
It's just being really.
Because consciousness is not necessarily stillness.
It's not oh now I feel amazing.
I feel quiet.
Creation is everything.
Creation is the noise in your head and creation is the peace in your being.
Creation is war and creation is peace.
Creation is everything.
So it's not about only.
It's beautiful to reach this blissful state of Nirvana when we feel one with all there is.
And this is always the outcome of this practice.
But we can reach it even stronger if we realize that we are also the sound.
We are the noise.
We are the war.
We are everything.
We are the whole creation.
So it's not only the peaceful part of creation.
It's also the messy part of creation.
Because we are consciousness.
We are the space that everything manifests.
Okay so now enough of explaining and let's experience exactly that.
So it's good to start with something that will help us calm the nervous system.
Otherwise the mind is too much.
And then it's difficult to kind of connect to the subtlety of energy and being.
So let's just start by paying attention to the breath.
How it moves in and out.
And if your mind is busy don't worry about it.
Because this is all expression of consciousness.
It's not bad in any way.
It's just easiness.
So don't worry about it.
Just pay attention to the breath.
How it moves in the body.
And ideally try to also feel the space in your body where the breath is moving.
So as you are aware of the breath moving in and out,
Try to become aware that your body is like a balloon.
It's spacious.
It has a lot of space to receive the breath.
And you don't need to breathe deep.
You don't need to breathe strong.
You don't need to make any effort.
Just become aware of the spaciousness of your inner body.
Like the balloon is aware of the space inside itself.
And then when you inhale,
You inhale to all this space which is available for the breath to move in and to come out from.
So more important than actually breathing strong is the awareness of the space to which the breath is directed.
To see from inside or to feel from inside.
To be conscious about your whole body as one unit.
As a vibrant unit.
And to feel that the breath interacts with all the space of the body.
With all the space.
And here we are working with a very important,
You can say,
Law.
That energy follows awareness.
Life follows awareness.
So wherever your awareness is connected to,
That's where the life force is moving and occupying.
So if you're aware of the whole body,
The breath and the energy will fill up the whole body.
And as Papaji said,
You don't need to make an effort.
You just need to stay aware of the space in your body and then everything will start to harmonize on its own.
Again,
The goal is not necessarily to become super quiet,
Although it's beautiful and it's a very nice outcome of the meditation.
Let's say the goal is to realize that you are everything.
To realize I'm all there is.
Yeah.
So it's a undivided being.
This is who you are.
Undivided being.
Not you as the person that's doing this meditation.
You as infinity.
Undivided being.
The whole creation is undivided being.
One being.
You are everything.
You are the sun and the moon and the infinite space between stars and galaxies.
Yeah.
And the smallest atom.
Yeah.
And the infinite life manifesting everywhere.
Again,
It's not you as the person.
It's you as that infinite consciousness.
Yeah.
And because consciousness is one.
Yeah.
So the minute you are in that vibration,
You know that you are one with as everything.
So now just to help the mind kind of gradually move into that state.
After we felt the space,
The living space in the body,
Now let's feel the living space around the body.
Or we can connect to the space where we are.
The room where we're sitting or lying down.
Okay.
So your awareness now is connecting the space within your body,
The space outside your body into one vibrational space.
And again,
We're working in this way just to help the mind kind of baby step into the truth.
So like this,
It's kind of easing its way into that state of complete unity.
Okay.
So after we enlarge the awareness of vibrational space where we are,
Let's increase that to infinity.
So what changes is that awareness of the body that we started with increased to the space where we are,
And now it's becoming infinite.
Okay.
So the awareness is that my real body doesn't end in the skin,
Doesn't end in the aura or in the space where I am.
It doesn't end at all.
My real body is creation,
Is consciousness,
Is everything.
Okay.
And that can be felt,
You know,
And don't get confused with distance the space is so big,
It's too far.
No,
No,
No.
It's just an acknowledgement.
I am all there is,
All there is am I.
In that moment,
You just feel the infinite being which you are and everything is.
Okay.
So now,
The fact that we feel or we acknowledge our infinity,
It doesn't mean we feel amazing.
It doesn't mean that there are no wars on the planet Earth.
It doesn't mean that everything is perfect.
So let's say I dedicate time now to feel that I'm everything,
But really everything.
Yeah.
I'm everything that relates to me.
Yeah.
My shadow and my light.
I'm everything that relates to society and humanity.
I'm everything.
I'm everything that relates to the noise in my head.
Yeah.
To the maybe discomfort in my body,
Maybe to aging,
If I don't like my age or my appearance or anything that I don't like,
I'm that as well.
Okay.
So it's not about just easing into this blissful state that meditation invites us.
It's to get actually to that same place,
But by relax in being everything.
So there's zero resistance in our being now to anything.
And don't give it to your mind because your mind can say,
Hey,
But does it mean that I can be abused or that everything is that I'm okay with what is wrong?
It's not that at all.
Just acknowledging that bad and good is actually manifesting in the infinite space of consciousness,
Which you are.
That's all.
It doesn't mean no action.
It doesn't mean agreeing with things that are wrong at all.
You're just acknowledging the truth.
That's all.
And as you being with all the reason as it is with no resistance to anything,
Allow that state to help you harmonize without any effort.
Here's exactly what Papaji said.
Now just be quiet.
Don't make any effort.
Just acknowledge that you are undivided consciousness or being.
That's all.
And you relax into everything,
Not resisting anything.
Again,
The you that I'm pointing at is not the ego you at all.
It's the infinite consciousness,
Which is the most settled aspect of your mind.
That's the way creation can see itself,
Can know itself through your mind.
Your awareness is the purest energy there is.
Your awareness or the awareness which you're using in order to know everything is exactly the energy that the whole creation is made from.
Everything.
Through awareness,
You know yourself.
Through awareness,
You know the whole creation.
Awareness is effortless.
You don't need to be aware of something.
You just recognize awareness.
To help the nervous system synchronize deeper into that state of being,
If you're recognizing any level,
Slight or strong,
Of nervousness,
Discomfort like anxiety,
Or just any nervousness state of being,
Just invite this nervousness to synchronize,
To melt in that infinite consciousness,
Which you are,
Which everything is.
State of the Garden of Eden is when consciousness knows itself.
When you synchronize pure consciousness with any tension within you or within somebody else,
Everything dissolves and you're going to feel amazing.
So really what you're doing,
You as the infinite awareness,
Is inviting part of creation,
Which is,
Let's say,
Your nervous system,
To synchronize and to harmonize into the Garden of Eden state of being,
Pure consciousness,
Bliss.
Let's do the same with our heart chakra.
Invite the heart chakra to synchronize with pure consciousness.
If you ever looked at the oil drops inside a glass of water,
You see that they are all the time wanting to merge with each other.
From being separate drops,
They slowly start to merge and merge and merge until they create one drop.
That's exactly what's happening when we're doing this process.
We're already infinity and we're calling different drops,
Like unstable nervous system,
Like blocked heart chakra,
Like maybe some discomfort here and there,
We call it to unite with the infinite consciousness so everything harmonizes.
Okay,
So let's call the heart chakra to synchronize,
To harmonize with souls,
With pure consciousness.
And if you still have any parts of your human form that is a bit off,
Either physically,
Emotionally,
Energetically,
You feel tension,
You can call it also to dissolve,
Like droplets connecting with the big drop of infinity.
Good.
Now,
As I mentioned,
The fact that we feel amazing and the fact that somebody doesn't feel well,
It doesn't separate us from that person or from any other aspect of creation because it's all one being,
It's all one vibration manifesting infinite forms.
So if somebody feels unwell,
It's exactly like your heart chakra is not well or your nervous system is blocked because we are one consciousness.
Okay,
This is the immense importance of,
First of all,
Harmonizing our own connection resource and then from there we can help others to do the same.
So this spiritual work is essential for human transformation and it's a joy and a duty to do that so humanity can move forward,
Make a step forward into Garden of Eden state.
So thank you very much for joining and just open yourself and do the work.
And the work is not the work.
Paradoxical.
Okay.
Thank you so much and blessed day to everybody or blessed evening,
Night,
Wherever you are on this beautiful planet.
Bye-bye.
