
Alignment Before Action: The Flow Of The Infinite

Okay,
So first of all,
You know,
Because I was traveling all day today,
Not all day,
But in the morning,
So I thought,
Shall we do or not do the meditation?
Then I thought,
First of all,
I do it for me,
Because it's very important for me to center,
You know,
After traveling to be here,
Present.
So thank you for joining and doing it together.
And as well,
Because I was traveling and not in the regular routine,
So I saw the importance of harmonizing while moving,
Because we all have in our lifetime that we move,
And that we are very busy,
That we cannot keep our normal routine.
And it's very,
Very important that we stay centered,
Although we cannot do everything as usual.
So I wanted to re-emphasize a few tools to help us doing that,
And when we need a more clear method,
How to come home and how to be balanced,
Or how to rebalance.
Let's first of all just acknowledge that we are here together.
So with our mind,
Which is the tool of creation,
We're acknowledging the presence of each other.
We're acknowledging the presence of presence,
Because that's what connects life together.
And really what the process we're going to practice is establishing in presence,
Really,
That's really what we're doing.
So especially when we move out of a center,
Either because we had something strong in our life,
Or we're traveling,
It's very,
Very important to check in and see what's going on,
What's really going on with me.
And of course,
We are very,
Let's say,
We're a very complex being,
Human being,
Very complex.
So it's not about starting to analyze our psychology and go very deep into that.
It's just seeing how we're doing right now,
And really naming what's happening.
For example,
I can name that my breathing is a bit shallow.
I can name that the energy feel very much upwards,
More towards the upper body,
The head,
The throat,
And less down in the feet.
Okay,
So let's say each one of us take time to just see what's happening.
And most important,
In that the kind of recognition is being very simple,
You know,
Not complicated that this meridian go this,
And whatever,
You know,
Just basically checking is the energy is more up or it's flowing down.
Basically,
That's it.
Do I feel I cannot breathe deep?
Or do I feel relaxed?
Yeah.
Do I feel tension in the upper body,
In the head?
Or do I feel comfortable?
All those are symptoms of energy basically reversed.
Okay,
And just to make it more clear and practical for maybe some of you that didn't practice it before,
Or even for us that we are do practicing it regularly,
We can divide the observation to,
For example,
First of all,
The breath.
How is the breathing?
Is it shallow or is it deep?
How is the tension,
The general tension in the head and upper body?
Do we feel tight in our shoulders?
Do we feel tension in the throat?
Do we feel excess energy in the head?
Then the state of our mind.
Is our mind is busy or very soft and relaxed?
Then our emotional state.
Do I feel relaxed in my heart?
Or do I feel some pressure,
Some emotional tension,
Some emotional heaviness?
Okay,
So until now we gather information.
The next step is to reestablish the knowledge,
The truth.
Not to balance yet,
But first to know what is the truth,
What's happening.
So the truth is that in our hand or in our awareness,
We have the ability to reverse all that very fast actually.
We don't need to adhere or to stay blocked.
There is no need for that.
It's possible to use different tools to reverse everything so we can feel amazing.
Okay,
This is very important to understand because if we go into the symptoms and we start to analyze what we think and why we feel like this and what happened to us,
Then we are not really balancing the energy,
We're just increasing the tension.
The other thing that is very important to acknowledge is who you are.
That you are the observer or you are the space in which all these symptoms that we are mentioning are manifesting.
Okay,
If you identify with the symptoms,
I feel sad,
I feel anxious,
Or I cannot breathe,
What's happening to me?
My mind doesn't stop,
You know.
Yeah,
As much as we identify more with the symptoms,
We're actually making them worse or we're keeping them the same.
We have to remember that we are the space.
Now,
This is not a philosophy,
This is an arrangement,
Personal arrangement.
How do I keep as space,
Even if what's in the space doesn't feel good at all?
So,
Let's become aware of the space which we are.
How do we acknowledge space?
And here we're using the power of awareness to understand that the same awareness that we use in order to diagnose what's happening,
The same awareness that identify with the ego,
The same awareness that gives power to thoughts and emotions,
The same awareness when it's acknowledged as infinity,
It is infinity,
That's the space.
So,
Allow your awareness to expand and expand.
Actually,
It's not expand and expand,
It's to expand,
Period.
So,
Your awareness includes the whole creation,
Which is the infinite space.
This is the starting point.
From there,
We're harmonizing.
Okay,
So as that infinite space,
Let's invite the life force that come from heaven towards the earth to flow down and take all the tension in the front of our body like a river that pulling all the breeze and impurities from the top down into the earth.
Okay,
We don't need to do too much,
We just need to acknowledge that the energy is in balance,
It's reversed,
It's upwards and we're inviting it to return to the natural flow,
Heaven,
Body,
Earth.
Okay,
We stay in the front as infinity,
And if we're still noticing that maybe there's still lingering tension or discomfort in the upper body,
We can encourage specific areas like the forehead,
Like the face to drop down,
To soften.
But always remember to do this dropping down,
Softening as awareness,
As the infinite awareness,
Not as the person inside.
Okay,
Let's do the same in the back.
So,
As the infinite awareness,
Let's invite the back to flow down,
Heaven,
Head,
Neck,
Back,
Legs and the earth.
Okay,
Let's continue and do the same on both sides of the body,
Inviting softening,
Heaven,
Both sides,
All the way down to the earth.
Okay,
And now let's acknowledge the four directions,
Front,
Sides and back,
And invite a general cleanse from heaven through the whole body down to the earth.
Remember that you are the infinite space in which that takes place.
And to understand what's really happening here is that the whole creation took a form or is taking a form called you,
You know,
Can be Kim,
Can be Rosana,
Bonnie,
Yair,
Doesn't matter,
Take a form.
And because that form identifies with itself being separate from the general no-thing,
That form creates tension.
That form is part of the creation,
Never been separated,
Only the form itself forgotten its unity.
So,
What we're doing here,
We're remembering the unity which we are,
But not only you,
Me as the person,
Me as creation itself.
And there,
We know it's working,
We know it's the truth,
Because we start to lose the boundaries or the illusory boundaries that separates us from all there is.
So,
There's less and less,
Less and less a sense of separation.
There's me,
My physical form,
My energy form,
And the rest of the world is not like this anymore.
It's only vibration with a sense of being.
As you're feeling more and more and more unity,
Meaning less and less separated,
Pay attention and ask yourself,
What still I feel is separated from the whole?
Maybe my mind still feels a bit busy and heavy and distinct.
Maybe my emotional system feels the same,
A bit separated,
Distinct.
Or maybe my physical body feels very much separated.
And whatever you feel that is most pronounced,
Allow it to soften and invite it to synchronize into the infinite you.
Remember that the whole space of creation is one energy,
It's a living energy,
It's a living consciousness.
The same I that you feel,
I am me,
And it's so real,
I know I am real,
I feel me.
The same sense of real or realness is actually the whole creation.
That I that you feel so clear,
So obvious,
I am me,
Needs to expand and that me-ness is everything.
That me-ness that is everything is not the ego,
Me,
It's just being,
It's a sense of me,
Just is,
The is-ness is nothing else than that.
It's not a personal identity,
It's a sense of infinity as being.
I know I am all there is,
No doubt about it.
As we're living on this planet as human beings,
That the connection between the infinite,
No-thing or no,
Not unmanifested being,
And the personal ego-person must be united all the time.
That's what we're doing here on this planet,
Learning to realize the unity.
And this is nothing about thinking,
It's nothing about philosophy or ideology,
Because it's before thinking.
It's everything but thinking,
It's pure being.
So to realize the truth,
It's actually just dropping everything.
Let's take advantage from the beautiful fact that we are here a group of light beings,
Sisters and brothers on a spiritual quest.
And let's take this beautiful,
Auspicious opportunity to acknowledge the presence of each other,
Because each one of us is a unique manifestation of creation.
So all of us are creation that took form as who we are.
So let's acknowledge the sacredness of each other in its uniqueness,
And let's unify this power to support each other to realize this truth of being.
Let's feel that we can support by acknowledging the presence of each other,
So each one of us will be the best version possible.
We'll radiate the highest vibration possible.
We'll shine in the strongest light possible.
We'll feel the most intense love possible.
And then let's take a minute to give gratitude that life brought us together to this auspicious moment.
Of course life is infinite possibilities manifesting in this moment,
But it's also your personal effort that contributes so much for that to manifest.
So it's important to acknowledge and to give thanks to life and to you,
The person as well.
Giving gratitude for endless masters through eons,
The transmitting the knowledge of being,
So we can all raise to the highest possible vibration and shine in the light of the truth.
Let's visualize this beautiful energy we're sharing and let's visualize that we're sharing it with each other.
It's spread to all those that we know,
First of all,
That are in deep need at this moment.
And you can visualize that that beautiful energy entered to that person is thinking about and engulfs them with so much light and love and wellness.
And then we can expand this light into the whole humanity and into the whole creation.
What becomes very clear to me is that those moments that we sit and meditate like now makes it more and more obvious and clear what is the simple truth of being.
As we move through life,
As we are doing our things,
We cannot be in the same high vibration,
Or it's difficult,
But we can keep our mind at check.
So it will not go into the unnecessarily old psychological patterns that pulls us back into a very dense,
Confused human being that is living in such a deep,
Separated attitude.
So those practices that we're doing while we're sitting quietly and sharing are strengthening our ability to see when we're going into separation and to drop that.
