Welcome to the best morning ever meditation.

This practice is designed to help you start your day with a sense of presence,

Clarity,

And gratitude.

By dedicating a few minutes to this meditation upon waking up,

You can cultivate a positive and focused mindset that will help you gain clarity and get in your flow state throughout your day.

Find a comfortable seated position so you can start waking up the body.

Take a moment to acknowledge why you are here today.

You've chosen to listen to this meditation because you understand the importance of creating presence as soon as you wake up,

Setting the tone for a more focused and meaningful day.

Gratitude is the key to a happy heart and by embracing it you invite positivity into your life.

Begin by taking your first deep breath in through your nose and as you exhale allow any tension in your body to melt away.

Let go of the tension in your forehead,

Your cheeks,

Your lips,

Your jaw,

Your tongue.

Breathe in deep and breathe out deep.

Let go of any stiffness in your neck.

Perhaps you can create some movement in your body,

Your shoulders,

Back in your spine,

Your chest,

Your abdomen.

Breathe in deep.

Let go of any tension in your arms and in your fingers.

Breathe in deep and breathe out deep.

Let go of any tension in your thighs,

In your legs,

In your feet and it's time to let your body settle into a state of relaxation.

Now we're going to do a breath work sequence to invigorate your body and your mind.

Breathing in from your nose for six seconds,

Filling your lungs with positive energy and breathing out from your mouth for two seconds to release any stagnant energy.

We will do this for ten times allowing each breath to increase your alertness and fill you with vibrant energy.

I will guide you through this process so just relax and listen to my voice.

Now put your hands in your heart.

I want you to think about the three things you are grateful for today.

What are the three things you're grateful for?

Feel the warmth and joy that gratitude brings as you hold these thoughts in your heart.

Let that energy expand within you.

Now,

We will do another breath sequence for five times,

Inhaling through your nose for six seconds and exhaling through your mouth for two seconds,

Allowing yourself to be present in this moment.

Now,

Let's set a positive intention for the day ahead.

Repeat these affirmations silently or aloud,

Allowing them to resonate within you.

I am filled with gratitude for this new day.

I am capable of handling whatever comes my way.

I am surrounded by love and support.

I am a source of positivity and inspiration.

I am the creator of my own reality.

Inhale deep.

And exhale deep.

Inhale.

And exhale.

Inhale the deepest breath you've ever taken today.

And exhale as deep as you can today.

As you open your eyes and prepare to start your day,

Remember that you have the power to make today amazing.

Embrace every moment with enthusiasm and intention.

Your journey is unique,

And you are so capable of achieving greatness.

Thank you so much for dedicating this time to cultivate presence and gratitude this morning.

Carry these feelings with you as you go about your day,

And remember that each moment is a gift.

Namaste.
