It's time to go deeper within yourself.
A lot of our suffering today can be traced back to experiences we had as children.
Maybe you didn't feel seen,
Loved or understood.
Or perhaps you witnessed or experienced a traumatic event.
These experiences can leave imprints on us that affect our personal lives and our present reality.
If we don't heal them,
Our patterns will keep on repeating.
But it doesn't have to be this way.
There are things you can do to heal the wounds of your past.
And this is exactly why you're here at this very moment.
Close your eyes now and place one hand on your heart and the other on your belly.
Now take three deep breaths.
Breathe in from your nose and out through the mouth.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Feel the sensation inside of your body right at this very moment.
Remember that this is a safe space for you.
While you're holding your heart,
I invite you to relax your entire body.
Bring awareness to your face and let go of the tension in your head,
In your forehead,
In your eyebrows,
In your eyes,
In your cheeks,
In your jaw,
In your tongue,
In your lips,
In your eyes.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Let go of the tension in your neck,
In your shoulders,
In your arms,
In your fingers,
In your chest,
In your belly,
In your spine.
Breathe in and breathe it all out.
Let go of the tension in your legs and your feet.
Breathe in and breathe out.
As I guide you now deeper into your subconscious mind,
I want you to visualize this present version of yourself.
If you haven't closed your eyes yet,
This is an opportunity to do so.
You visualize yourself walking in soft clouds.
You feel the energy of the clouds beneath you from your feet.
You see a door and you come closer to it.
The door could be whatever it looks like for you.
You are standing outside of the door.
What's on the other side?
You'll find out.
Breathe in deep.
Hold it in 4,
3,
2,
1,
Breathe it all out.
Hold it in 4,
3,
2,
And 1.
You open the door and you see the child version of yourself.
It is now time to become your own wise,
Loving parent.
It's time to offer that child the wisdom and the compassion with the knowledge you have today.
What did this child want to be?
When was the moment this child felt pain?
When did this child stop loving life?
What memories come to mind?
Be aware and witness your thoughts without judgment.
When we see the fearful inner child within us,
We become more compassionate with ourselves and others.
Breathe in deep and breathe out deep.
Picture your younger self.
What were you wearing?
What were you doing?
I invite you to feel everything fully.
It's okay if you cry.
It's a sign of emotional release.
You are not wrong or bad for experiencing the things that cause you pain.
It's okay to heal the shame that comes with just having those feelings.
We are going to breathe together for 10 times through the nose and out through the mouth.
Hold the images or feelings and just keep breathing.
And three,
Two,
And one.
And breathe out deep from the mouth.
Breathe in and out.
Breathe in and out.
Breathe in and out.
Breathe in and out.
Five more.
Breathe in and out.
Breathe in and out.
Breathe in and out.
Breathe in and out.
Last one.
Breathe in and breathe it all out.
Imagine your present self,
Your adult self coming in to console your child self.
Now ask your inner child,
What do you need?
What do you love to do?
What do you want us to do moving forward?
Hear the voice of your inner child.
Feel your inner child.
Hold that inner child deeply as you embrace yourself imagining that the inner child is inside your chest.
Now I invite you to tell this child all the things you wish you were told at that age.
You can repeat after me if you feel called or you can say what resonates with you right now.
I see you.
I hear you.
You matter so much to me.
You make my heart sing.
You are so precious to me.
You are important.
You're an angel.
You are so brave.
I believe in you.
I am so proud of you.
Yes,
You can do it.
I am so grateful for you.
I love you.
Keep going until you have said everything you wish you have been told.
Now let's take our last three deep breaths.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Thank you so much for offering that child wisdom and compassion with the knowledge you have today.
Thank you for going within yourself to confront things you might have avoided subconsciously throughout the years.
You are amazing and I am so honored to be a part of your healing journey.
Namaste.
