When we are ready for a change,
It is important to recognise that we are in a natural cycle of transition.
We can flow more easily knowing that change will happen at the perfect time for us.

Start with these clear affirmations.
I am here and ready for change.
The changes I make will only enhance my journey.
I release anything that no longer serves me and embrace the new.
I am safe and protected.
Now,
Let's begin.
Firstly take a moment in your space to really notice yourself just as you are,
Where you are and everything that surrounds you contributing to your life.
Take a moment to ask yourself,
Does change need to happen?
Begin to shift your focus and attention away from any thoughts,
Any belief patterns,
Any restrictions and lead it into a space of possibilities.
This space is of your ultimate truth and of your deep knowledge of what lies within your heart.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Focus on your breath.
Breathe in love,
Acceptance,
Kindness and peace.
Breathe out your gifts from within,
Allowing them to flow and spread far and wide.
And when you're ready,
Breathe in the changes you have created for yourself.
And in return,
Breathe out and release anything you need to let go of now.
Each change you encounter,
Every shift you experience is a necessary ending.
And with each ending brings closure and a sense of acceptance.
As you continue to flow through this guidance,
It helps to be guided by your own heart and move forwards with loving kindness.
