Hello beautiful souls and welcome to the Shakti Spiral Activation,

A transmission for the awakened heart.

This is a remembrance,

You've been drawn here not by chance but by resonance,

A subtle call from the deeper layers of your being.

This journey is for those who are ready to return to the body,

Not as a burden but as a temple,

For those who feel the ache of transformation in their hearts,

The quiet longing to expand beyond the old stories and awaken the living light within.

This practice was created as part of the Sophia meditation,

The sacred restoration of the divine feminine light within all beings.

It weaves together breath,

Body,

Memory and spiral,

Awakening the Shakti energy seeded within your heart,

That was encoded long ago with the blueprint of your becoming.

In this space you are asked not to strive,

Perform or transcend,

Instead you are being invited to feel,

To soften,

Receive,

Remember.

You will journey through a gentle descent into your inner temple and then activate the transformational code within your heart through surrender and create a spiral activation of Shakti that expands your heart's capacity to hold light and return through the braid where what is awakened can anchor into your daily life.

Let this be your sacred pause,

A place where the divine remembers itself through breath.

Take a moment now,

Place your hand on your heart,

Breathe softly in,

You're already arriving,

Welcome home.

So let's begin by finding a comfortable position,

Either lying down or seated upright,

Whatever allows your body to soften and feel supported.

Then gently close your eyes and take a long slow breath in through the nose and a gentle sigh out through the mouth.

Again breathe in as if you're welcoming yourself back home and as you exhale imagine letting go of anything that doesn't need to come with you on this journey.

Now place one hand on your heart and the other on your belly and just take a moment to feel the warmth of your own touch.

Feel the rise and fall of your breath,

Feel the you that is here,

In this moment,

In this body.

And with your next inhale imagine light entering your cells,

Soft,

Golden,

Alive.

And as you exhale imagine this light gently expanding throughout your body like warmth moving through water,

There is nothing to force here,

There is no goal,

Just breath,

Just body and presence.

And just let the breath slow down until you begin to notice the space between breaths,

That quiet pulse between the inhale and the exhale,

This is where the void lives.

This is where the I am presence whispers.

Let yourself just rest for a moment in that in between,

Just for a few breaths,

A few heartbeats,

As if the universe is breathing with you.

If your mind wanders just simply return to the beat of your heart,

Steady,

Alive,

Waiting to be heard.

And with each breath you are returning to the sacred,

You are remembering that your body is not separate from the light,

It is a vessel of it.

You are safe here,

You are loved here,

You are home.

And from the stillness of your breath and the rhythm of your heart,

Allow yourself now to be guided and imagine or simply sense that behind your closed eyes a gentle path is forming,

Soft glow ahead,

A pull not from force but from familiarity,

As if your soul remembers the way.

You begin to walk slowly,

Barefoot towards that light,

Each step feels grounding,

Sacred,

Like you're walking deeper into your own being.

You come to a doorway that leads to your temple,

A temple that has always been here,

Beneath the noise of the world.

And as the door opens,

You're greeted by a vast glowing chamber,

Golden-lit walls shimmer like sunlight on water,

Sacred symbols pulse with life,

It's warm,

Quiet,

Alive.

And at the centre of this temple is a pool of light,

And from it rising upward and spiralling outward,

Is a Shakti spiral.

Allow yourself to see or feel it however it wants to appear to you.

This is a spiral of living light,

Not fixed or rigid but flowing,

Undulating,

Pulsating,

Like a ribbon of radiance rising from the earth herself.

It moves like breath,

Like water,

Like flame,

And each turn of the spiral hums with a frequency of remembrance,

Of life.

And of divine feminine essence.

This is the Shakti,

Not a concept but a presence,

A living current of love that births all form and invites all things to return home.

And allow this spiral of light to notice you,

It sees the truth of who you are,

It knows your light,

Not just as potential but as power already embodied.

And as you stand before this spiral,

It gently begins to move towards you,

Not to overwhelm but to weave,

And with every breath it begins to wrap around your body,

A dance of light around your legs,

Your hips,

Weaving through your feel,

Through your being,

Through your soul.

You're not absorbing it but you're remembering that you've always been part of it.

This spiral is seated within your body,

Within your womb,

Your heart,

Your spine,

Your cells.

Let it awaken,

Let it move through you,

Let it become you.

There's nothing to do but feel,

To trust,

To surrender to the beauty of your own aliveness.

You're the temple,

You're the spiral,

You're the Shakti awakening in form.

As the Shakti spiral continues to gently weave through your body,

Its currents begin to gather around your heart,

Not just your physical heart but the sacred centre of you.

The chamber of memories,

The keeper of light and longing,

The place where all timelines convert.

Bring your awareness now to this sacred space,

And you can place a hand over your heart if it feels safe to do so.

Simply breathe here and allow your brain to stir something,

A vibration,

A pulse,

A warmth.

You're not imagining it,

This is the beginning of a change,

Alchemical.

Within the cocoon of your own body,

Your heart is remembering its divine function,

Not only to feel but to transform.

You may begin to sense an image or sensation forming,

Perhaps a cocoon of light wrapping around your heart.

This is a sacred metamorphosis.

This spiral you have received has activated a forgotten code,

A code now remembered by you.

Within the very cells of your heart lies the catalyst code,

The quantum trigger that transforms form into light,

Fear into presence,

Longing into becoming.

Let your breath be the fire of transmutation,

Let your presence be the sacred container,

And with each inhale,

Invite in love,

Not the soft,

Passive kind but the fierce,

Liberating frequency of truth.

And with each exhale,

Allow what no longer aligns to dissolve,

Old grief,

Forgotten stories,

Inherited burdens.

You are not losing anything,

You are becoming.

You might feel heat,

Or tears,

Peace,

Or nothing at all,

Waving rises,

Just trust.

This is not a performance,

This is alchemy and your heart knows exactly how to carry it through.

Stay with the breath as long as you need.

Let the spiral,

The cocoon,

The catalyst,

All do their work in perfect harmony.

And when you feel ready,

Know that the transformation is complete,

Not as an ending but as a new frequency now born within you.

You are not just remembering light,

You are becoming the carrier of it.

The heart is no longer only a vessel of love,

But now a radiation of transfigured light,

A bridge between worlds,

A flame of becoming,

A spiral awakened.

Now,

Gently,

Softly,

You begin to feel the spiral slow,

Not ending but integrating,

Does not leave you but falls inward into your cells,

Your chest,

Your field,

Your breath.

You are not who you were before,

A shift has occurred,

Subtle perhaps,

But undeniable in frequency.

So now we return,

Not back in time but forward,

Through the braid of light that links all awakened hearts.

Feel the thread begin to pulse again from your heart to the greater web of light that surrounds all beings in remembrance.

You are being braided back into harmony,

Not alone but among many,

Seen and unseen.

Every part of your journey is honoured here,

And let yourself walk slowly,

Gently,

As if through a garden made of stars and memory.

Each step sealing the light you've received,

You do not need to hold on to what you've become,

You simply need to become it again and again,

With each breath,

Each choice,

Each return to presence.

And take one final breath in and hold,

And as you exhale whisper,

I am the spiral,

I am the light,

I am the braid reborn.

Feel this ripple through your heart,

Through your body,

Through the field,

It is done,

The spiral is sealed,

The remembrance anchored,

The light yours.

So rest now beautiful soul,

And when you're ready return gently,

You carry the spiral with you,

Always.
