This guided meditation leads the practitioner on an experiential journey into the landscape of the human experience. Asking what we know for sure? Could this all be a dream? Might we just be a character in God's Dream? We will explore Consciousness, Awareness, Thought, and Story (We will hear CATS). And at the end of all our journeying, one truth will remain. We are That!

Welcome to this source awareness meditation,

A dream of lucidity.

I'm Bobby Cobb.

I'll be your guide and along for the ride.

And before we begin to settle into an area of comfort,

It could be sitting,

Lying down,

Any position that allows your body to relax,

Release,

And why,

And go deeper.

And this very moment,

Just check in and see how do you feel in your skin?

Just see what,

If anything arises and make any adjustments that wisdom is guiding you to make to enhance the quality of this experience.

And when you're comfortable,

Relaxed,

Resting in a state of awareness,

Simply begin to take conscious control of your breath.

Breathe a little bit deeper.

Exhale a little bit more completely than you might otherwise do.

No need to stress.

It's not a challenge.

Just take conscious control of your breath.

And with every exhalation,

Just have the intention of relaxing,

Releasing,

Letting go.

Any stress or strain from your day,

Your week,

Your month,

None of those will be necessary where we're going.

So you can let those go now.

And should you desire,

You can then back up on the way out,

Or perhaps you'll come to the realization that those little nuggets of stress or strain are really not a,

No longer serving you.

And perhaps instead,

You can merely let them be.

And as you breathe in,

Know that you're breathing in energy,

Light,

Love,

Be here.

And with every exhalation,

Know that you are releasing spent oxygen,

Worn out mental model,

Debilitating thought loops.

As you continue to breathe,

You can just have the intention that you're letting that go and begin to notice the cycle of a complete breath,

Breathing out stress or strain,

Breathing in light and love.

And as you continue breathing,

Just notice in the theater of your mind,

Powered by the greatest special effects department on the planet,

The human imagination,

You can begin to see breath in the context of flow.

It feels as if,

And it seems as if,

Our breath has two or more parts.

At the very least,

It has an inhalation followed by an exhalation.

Now,

As you continue to breathe even more effortlessly,

And can you feel just in the,

Five short minutes or so that we've been together,

How much easier and more effortless it is to breathe as you continue to release any remaining stress or strain?

Maybe this time it's all already gone.

And whichever the case is,

As you return to your breath,

Just see the distinction between inhalation and exhalation,

Just melting away,

Dissolving.

See the inhalation and exhalation as barely parts of a wave flowing through the ocean of consciousness.

Each breath arising in awareness,

Taking form,

Breathing in like the wave crashing,

Flowing onto the beach and every exhalation as the tide ebbs back into the ocean of consciousness,

The sea of tranquility that is our innate state.

And as you continue now to literally go with the flow,

As you're comfortable,

Notice that once the intention is set and the rhythm is established,

You can turn that over to an automatic process.

Breathing is still taking place.

Although you're no longer actively involved in doing it,

It's merely part of the happening,

Part of the is-ness,

An aspect of the whole.

And sit with your breath now and I'll give you a little preview of coming attractions of where this particular experience is likely to lead us.

We're gonna play around a little bit with a concept of states of awareness.

Awareness.

Now,

Moments ago,

Before you began the source awareness meditation,

You were in a state of awareness that we might label the waking state of awareness.

That is out and about,

Seeing,

Perceiving,

Sensing,

Interpreting what it is that's going on.

And now we have entered a state of awareness that we call the meditative state.

Still aware.

Still completely present.

And you can imagine another state later.

You'll lay down,

Fall asleep.

And we have different states of sleeping.

We have what's called REM,

Sleeping rapid eye movement.

That's the state of awareness that we typically associate with dreaming.

And then you have the state of awareness that we call deep sleep.

Some people's conditioning has led them to assume that deep sleep is actually the experience of an absent awareness.

But I invite you to think of that a little bit differently.

Think of that as an awareness of absent.

Pure being,

Pure awareness.

Absent any content.

Absent,

Absent any construct.

Absent the stream of thought that is normally with us through every stage.

And we won't be going there,

At least not on purpose.

But I'd like to introduce the concept of yet another state.

And that state is what we call the lucid dreaming state.

And the lucid dreaming state is a phenomenon that occurs during the rapid eye movement stage of sleep.

When we are dreaming,

But in a lucid dream,

We become aware that we are dreaming while we're still in the dream.

And this level of awareness allows the dreamer to exert some level of control over their dream and the events that occur within that dream.

And in this experience,

We'll be playing around with the idea of lucid dreaming and what life is like in the lucid dream.

And then we will,

As a thought experiment,

Play around with the idea that the waking state of consciousness is actually a lucid dream.

And for the purpose of this experience,

If you have researched lucid dreaming or you have experienced lucid dreaming,

Or studied the concept,

Invite you to just let those ideas and constructs just fade away to the side for a little bit because you will not need those concepts,

Those constructs for this particular thought experience.

Those concepts have their place and they are beautiful,

But they are not this.

We're merely introducing that into this thought experience for the purposes of creating what many have found to be a very useful metaphor for pulling back the veil that often masks that part of us that we call the divine I am.

We may also label that pure consciousness or awareness,

Being,

Soul,

Christ consciousness,

Buddha nature.

The words that we use here really don't matter as much as really the idea of the experience.

So I invite you to explore with me the idea,

The freedom,

The infiniteness,

The eternal nature of the dream world as we begin to enter a state that I call the dream of lucidity.

So while you continue to breathe and become increasingly war and more relaxed,

And perhaps you begin to notice at least on some level,

The deeper you go,

The more relaxed you can become and the more relaxed you become.

The deeper and deeper you're able to go.

Drifting,

Dreaming,

All imagery arising effortlessly in this space that we call awareness right now.

And I invite you to see yourself later as you're preparing to go to sleep.

And in this thought experiment,

I would just like you to consider the idea that we are able to dream on purpose and by design and enter that dream and play around with the content of the dream and the context of the dream.

So see yourself as a researcher going into this dream,

Running an experiment just for the fun of seeing what happened and where we go.

So just imagine yourself later getting ready for bed.

See what you'll be wearing the next time that you crawl into bed.

See yourself adjusting the blanket,

Getting into an even more comfortable spot and gently falling off to sleep.

You can imagine that it's one of those moment when your head hitting the pillow is so perfectly timed that there's almost no lap between you laying down on the pillow,

Letting go of all of the shackles left over from your day and drifting off immediately into a wonderful dream state.

And in your mind's eye,

See yourself lying down in a now that is not yet and drifting off into a dream.

And in the theater of your imagination now,

Fully picturing the you that is not yet having a dream of something.

Let that something unfold for you now.

Allow that dream,

Whatever dream consciousness,

Awareness source is offering up for you right now.

See yourself in the bed asleep.

See yourself peeking into that you that is not yet dreaming.

And just imagine you're peeking your head through some imaginary window and watching the dream unfold on the screen of consciousness.

Just allow that dream to unfold and get a sense of that dreaming you totally swept up in the tree.

Are you dreaming about a past or a future event?

Or is your dream more like a fantasy?

Do you have superpowers that you don't have in the material world?

See the dream happening and see you as the dreamer there asleep.

And as that dream unfolds,

Let's let it come to the end of the normal REM dream and see yourself waking up to the dream and realizing that seeing was just a dream.

And now that sleeping,

Dreaming you seems to be there sleeping.

And yet you're aware at least on one level that that image of that sleeping,

Dreaming you is all taking place in the theater of your imagination.

And that realization that you are there and you are dreaming is what we call a lucid dream.

Where it will be as you allow awareness to now go into the theater of imagination that that sleeping you that is not yet is having the stream.

But now allow you as pure awareness to go into that dream.

Only now experience it as a lucid dream.

There's a story of a Zen monk once talking to his master,

His teacher,

The guru.

And the same character,

The Zen monk tells the guru,

Last night I had a dream.

And in my dream I was a butterfly and the dream seemed so real.

I fluttered across waves of wind,

Surfing the wind from flower to flower,

Moving my wings in just such a right way that I could land on any flower that I wanted to.

And on that flower I could,

And on that flower I could uncurl my butterfly tongue and stick it into the flower itself and take in a little nectar.

Sweet,

Nutritious,

Fulfilling,

What we might call manna from heaven.

But then I woke up from that dream and I thought I was a person again.

But then the question came up,

How do I know that I'm not a butterfly having a dream of being a person rather than a person having a dream about being a butterfly?

And what if these were merely two sides of the same coin taking place inside this space we call awareness?

And what is this space that we are inhabiting right now where we are able to have a dream,

Feels like a dream,

A dream of a you that is not yet,

Who's having a dream about being a butterfly but is lucid enough to ask the question,

How do I know I'm a man or a woman having a dream of a butterfly and not a butterfly having a dream of a man or a woman?

To see you're waking up from the REM dream where you had no control into now the lucid dream where you have total control.

Anything that you can imagine can come to pass.

You can be the butterfly having the dream of being a human or you can be a human having the dream of being a butterfly.

And now let's go one layer deeper.

Within your lucid dream,

Go back to that sleeping you.

Having the dream,

That version of you that really doesn't realize that all of this is a dream.

And now dream that you're dreaming of me.

See me in whatever image comes to mind as you call to mind this idea of being a butterfly.

Of the object of energy,

This bundle of energy that we have named Bobby.

Imagine that you're dreaming of Bobby not realizing that it's a dream.

Only to wake up into a lucid dream.

Where you're now in total control and you can interact with the Bobby character in your dream on purpose and by design.

And imagine in your dream,

The dream character of you is interacting with the dream character of Bobby.

And because this is a lucid dream,

You can decide to ask Bobby a question.

And the question that you decide to ask the Bobby character in the dream is if the Bobby character is aware that the Bobby character is only occurring inside the dream that you're having.

And just imagine that you ask the Bobby character what is his experience of being in that dream.

Recognizing that you are now asleep and dreaming but this is a lucid dream.

So you're in control of the content or the context.

And you ask that Bobby character what is it that you experience inside of this dream?

And the Bobby character responds back.

What I am experiencing.

And this I is the I am-ness that we refer to the apparent separate character of Bobby.

And the Bobby character responds,

Actually I'm not a character in your dream.

You are a character in my dream.

It's a little conversation going on around there.

Maybe a playful argument like a couple of kids.

No,

You're not dreaming.

You're a character in my dream.

Maybe,

Oh stop it,

Says the other.

You're a character in my dream.

You can't control what's going on.

I'm the one having a dream.

And imagine this conversation continuing just long enough that it occurs to you that both of you have a dream.

Both of these are true.

And as you allow this truth to be realized,

Opening up into a full revelation,

Consider for a moment the perspective through which you are witnessing this happening.

There's your character in the dream.

There's the Bobby character in the dream.

And as the truth is arising that your character and the Bobby character are having the same dream,

Maybe it is just both characters are having a lucid dream so they are aware,

At least on some level,

That they are interacting with one another.

As this truth is revealed,

Release into the perspective through which you are able to witness all of this happening.

And as you relax into the perspective that allows the revelation of this truth to unfold,

As you see those two characters vividly from perspective that we call the divine I am,

Consider briefly those two characters apparently separate,

Apparently having two different experiences that are inexorably intertwined to one another as a quantum entanglement in the dream world.

From the point of view of the perspective of true nature,

Christ consciousness,

Pure being,

Our divine I am,

Just witness those characters blending together in the isness of being.

Like two way that we're somehow interacting with one another,

One following the other,

Perhaps catching up,

Perhaps subsuming each other into the oneness of a single way that then crashes up onto the beach,

Flows up to the mark where the beach sand is wet and smooth and compact from the actions or the waves going back and forth.

And then see the isness of these two formerly apparent separate beings ebbing back into the flow of all consciousness in this space that has many label that we can simply call the essence of being.

And now just go back to that character we've labeled you and from the perspective of the divine I am of pure consciousness of infinite awareness of eternal being,

See that character bringing the dream of the interaction with the Bobby character to an end.

Now see this character waking back up after having a wonderfully deep and restful period full of insights that can be examined or can be left unexamined and see that character waking up.

But notice as that character wakes up and begins to make their way through the day,

Going through the morning routine,

Getting ready for whatever project may have captured their imagination today.

See that character making its way through the day,

Driving a car,

Shopping,

Interacting with others,

Human and non-human,

See it interacting with a pet and see if consciousness has invited you to consider that you actually have in that state of awareness that we call the waking state.

Is that a character that is with you in the waking state or has source offered up a imaginary pet?

It'd be a llama or a zebra or a talking snake.

All of those are possible in this space.

With this character that you have named you,

The society has conditioned you to believe is separate.

But is that separation real?

And what do we call this level of awareness inside of which these questions are being considered,

That alternatives are being compared,

Through which these sensations and imaginations are being known?

And what shall we call this level of awareness?

Pure being,

Divine I am,

Christ consciousness,

Buddha nature,

Your soul,

The Holy Spirit.

Tough to label the pure isness of being.

Look at that,

Another label.

But from this state of being,

From this state of awareness,

That you're in right now,

I'd like to tell you a little story of how I use this in real life and invite you to do the same.

I made a trip a while back to a place I used to call home.

And in that I interacted with several separate apparent beings,

Like all my friends,

My family,

Acquaintances,

And at one point I was having a conversation with a man and the conversation started off nice.

It was with someone having trouble at work and this other apparent separate being,

As always,

Found me to be a helpful sounding board,

A wonderful shoulder to cry on.

And they were sharing a story and their story was about work and how work was going and in the story work was not going very well.

And for quite a while I enjoyed hearing that story.

I think for a while I was one with that story,

Just listening,

Not judging.

And that was easy to do because the story was very technical in nature.

And my story is not one of technical expertise.

So the person telling the story knew that I would not be able to offer them advice or feedback because the story that they were telling is kind of over my head.

And this other person was actually quite happy with that on one level.

Because that gave them the opportunity to simply tell the story.

And it gave them the gift of being able to tell the story without having to couch the story in any way for they knew the story would not be judged.

For along with my ignorance of the subject matter came an inability,

An absence of the need to be judgmental,

No mental machinations about how things could have been done differently.

No organizing the advice that I was going to be able to share when the storyteller paused and asked for input.

There would be none of that.

For this story was being told in a way that was free of judgment,

Free of evaluation,

Free of advice or alternative.

The story in this moment was existing just for the sake of the story.

It existed only to be told and it was being told without any expectations that anything differently would happen as a result of the telling other than the formless story is brought into form.

And for a while it was a beautiful thing,

Right up until the moment that it wasn't anymore because then I started telling a story.

My mind began to evaluate and make up a story and the components of my story that I was telling myself while the storyteller was telling the other story was this is going on for too long.

This is starting to feel like work.

I don't like this because I have no advice to be able to offer.

Doesn't the storyteller know that I can't do this?

And the telling of that story on the inside of the theater of my mind,

That space we call awareness began to compete.

Suddenly there was a story about the way that this day should be unfolding.

And in the story,

The story that was being told was lasting too long and the irritation was arising.

Anxiousness was arising.

The desire to do anything else,

Something else,

Anything else was arising.

And an interesting little thing happened inside of that space of awareness that I identify as me.

A new question arose.

The discomfort was noticed.

But discomfort noticed in this space now no longer indicates that anything wrong is happening.

That's conditioning.

We're conditioned to believe if our feelings are telling us about our circumstances.

But in this space where we occupy right now,

We can see the absurdity of the concept.

How could any event that is taking place out there influence the way that we feel in here,

Inside this space of awareness,

Inside of which everything occurs?

It's where you're hearing my voice right now.

There is this space we call awareness.

And awareness is a space inside of which everything occurs.

It is the space through which everything is known.

And just like the dream that our character was having earlier,

It is of which everything is made.

So a question arose,

If these feelings are not telling me about my circumstance and my experiences they never ever are,

My feelings are only ever telling me about my reaction to these circumstances.

So there I was sitting with another apparent being,

One who I love very deeply.

And this other apparent being is sharing a story with me.

Perhaps what they've been waiting to do since they knew I was coming for a visit.

For I know in the mind of the storyteller,

I'm a very wonderful subject to tell the story to.

Because I know nothing to share with them.

The stories they tell me about their work are over my head,

They're beyond my current ability to comprehend,

So my only option is to simply be.

And it occurred to me in that moment,

What if?

That is all the storyteller was looking for.

A sounding board to receive the story non-judgmentally.

Not listening with the idea of responding,

Not listening with the idea of offering advice.

Not listening with the idea of fixing something,

Merely listening.

Pure listening.

No mental bandwidth being expanded on how well one might like this experience to unfold.

No energy,

No attention being expended on potential ways that one might respond,

Just listening.

And I had noticed,

I became aware in this moment,

The intensity with which the storyteller was telling the story began to increase.

Almost in harmony with the arising of the story that this needs to unfold differently.

It was as if the storyteller began to sense at least on some level that a wall had come up between us.

And their response to that perceived wall was an increased emphasis,

Verbally,

That the story was important.

And as that intensity increased,

So did the resistance,

Like yin and yang,

Arising together.

In harmony with one another,

Apparently in opposition to one another,

But really merely two sides of a separate koi.

And then I thought,

What am I doing here?

Why am I resisting?

I see,

This on a deeper level is a beautiful experience.

Another apparent being that I hold in the highest regard,

Opening their heart and soul in the process of unburdening themselves.

And in the moment that that realization came into awareness,

The resistance dissolved,

Faded away.

And very quickly after that,

The emphaticness fell away too,

Dissolved back into the ocean of consciousness.

And in that moment,

We return to two apparent,

Separate,

Sentient being,

Interacting energetically on many different levels,

But the primary one being the energy of vocalization,

Of words,

Of symbols,

Being expressed,

Of meaning being shared.

And in a very short period of time,

The need to tell the story faded away as well.

And ultimately it was suggested by the storyteller,

That's enough of that,

Let's go do something fun.

And we did,

And that experience was complete.

That experience was perfected.

But later,

Reflecting back on that idea,

I began to see myself on many different levels.

I saw one iteration of me that was telling myself the story and reacting to it.

Then I saw another version of me that stood back in the distance and saw the interaction of these two apparent separate beings and noticed energetically what was going on between the two.

The flow of energy was pure and unencumbered,

Initially flowing freely back and forth as easily as the tides go up onto the beach and back into the sea,

As easily as our breath goes from inhalation to exhalation,

Apparently separate but really just opposite sides of a greater whole that we've carved down into finiteness.

And I pulled back from that,

From the point of view of the witness,

Interacted with that energy.

But then on the level,

A new thought arose.

And that thought was,

Who is having this realization?

Who is the one that tapped the storyteller on the shoulder and told the storyteller to shift perspective to the point of view of the witness?

And how does the pure isness of being awaken to the idea that this is occurring?

In the isness of being,

In that aspect of us,

We can label the divine I am.

But from this point of view,

From the perspective of the divine I am,

We can question whether or not these label are even making any sense anymore.

And it was this concept that Jalal ad-Din Rumi was considering in a excerpt of a poem that has simply become known as The Feel.

And this poem,

Which people think stands independently,

Is really part of a greater poem called The Great Wagon.

This is an excerpt that has been pulled from the whole,

Created into a standalone,

Finite poem that we're now treating as a separate piece of art.

And if you are familiar with the poem,

I'll give you a little bit more of it because the oft-quoted piece only tells a portion of the story.

Poem states,

Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing,

There's a feel.

I'll meet you there.

When the soul lies down in that grasp,

The world is too full to talk about.

Ideas,

Language,

Even the phrase each other doesn't make any sense.

The breathe,

Dawn,

Has secrets to tell you.

Don't go back to sleep.

You must ask for what you really want.

Don't go back to sleep.

People are going back and forth across the door sill where the two worlds tug.

The door is round and open.

Don't go back to sleep.

And I invite you to hold that sentiment,

That realization,

That truth in your heart as we begin to bring this experience to a conclusion.

Out there beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing,

Concept that we've been conditioned to believe what is right,

What is wrong.

If you play with that idea a little bit,

You'll very quickly see that anything that we jump to the conclusion is a right action can be wrong in many contexts.

We call that the exception that makes the rule.

So too with ideas of wrongdoing,

Things that we innately think of as bad or assign a meaning of bad or evil to.

It's easy to imagine at least one or two contexts where you would say,

Well,

Under those circumstances,

It would be okay.

We begin to recognize those for what they are,

Concepts.

And Rumi is merely offering us the opportunity to go beyond that,

Beyond those ideas.

Find the field.

What is the field?

The field is the field of infinite awareness of pure consciousness,

Of divine being.

And he's suggesting to us that when the soul lies down in that grasp,

It's exactly what we're doing right now.

Our soul is lying down in that grasp.

And the next line says,

The world is just too full to talk about.

When we're in pure experience,

When we're seeing,

Witnessing a awesome,

An experience that is full of awe and wonder,

Words no longer serve us.

Even something as simple as experiencing a beautiful sunset you can be in that moment of such purity,

Such being,

Such oneness,

That anybody who's wanting to talk and describe what's going on just seems superfluous.

It's like.

Right.

And we get to that point where ideas,

Language,

Even the phrase each other just begin to lose their meaning.

And the last half of the poem is the invitation that I'll leave you with.

The breeze at dawn has secrets to tell you.

And what is the breeze at dawn in this poem?

It is the activity that still occurs even though we are experiencing this oneness,

This unity,

This isness of being.

We're beyond the understanding of each other making any sense.

What is that breeze?

I like to think of those breezes as the whispers of wisdom,

The whispers from source that tap us on the shoulder and invite us to step into awareness even more fully,

Move to this space that we inhabit now beyond ideas of right doing and wrong doing.

And perhaps we can begin to recognize that those ideas of right doing and wrong doing are merely occurrences in the dream.

And the whispers at dawn,

The breeze at dawn are the whispers of wisdom that occasionally come and tap us on the shoulder.

And suggest,

Why don't you have a look at what is actually going on here?

See this for what it is.

See all the things that we experience for what they are.

Experiences,

An invitation to consider where do experiences take place?

And is that space any different from the space that we are inhabiting right now?

This space that we can call consciousness,

Awareness,

The divine I am,

Holy Spirit,

Buddha nature,

Christ consciousness.

Yes,

I like divine I am because that seems to be the most direct calling back home again,

Specifically to come into this space,

To welcome this space,

To experience the space from a place beyond judgment.

Beyond those ideas of right doing and wrong doing.

And I want you to just consider fully how easy it was to get into this space and how clearly now you are experiencing this space.

And notice that the dreams that you have when you're dreaming,

A dream that is a lucid dream,

The experience of the perceived reality that we call the waking state of consciousness and this meditative state that we're in right now.

In three of the four states that I mentioned there,

It's easy to see that this space is a space inside of which all of this is occurring,

Through which all of this is known and of which all of this is made.

Except perhaps in the perceived reality.

When we perceive that we are a separate individual,

Walking through a materialistic world,

Having experiences and assigning meaning and assigning rationalization and assigning justification to all of that,

I invite you as you return to that world in a moment to do it no more quickly than you can bring this level of awareness,

This level of being back into the mirage of the perceived reality.

Mirage,

Because it looks like it's made up of people and eggs and cars and objects and technology and roads and nature and buildings.

But what are all of those made up of?

Made up of this energy only in that so-called waking state,

We call that matter or perception.

We'll use a little piece of circular logic to know that matter must exist because I can perceive matter,

Not realizing that what you are perceiving is merely this.

So in a moment I'm gonna count you up,

But again,

No more quickly than you can bring this level of awareness back with you and you can bring with you the knowledge that you can return here anytime that you want to just to grant yourself a shift of perspective a shift of perception and the understanding and realization that all of this is happening within that space which we could call source,

Awareness,

Pure being,

The divine I am.

Or we can embrace fully the ideas of Rumi that in this space the world is just too full to talk about,

That ideas,

Language,

Even the phrase each other just doesn't make any sense anymore.

And rest in this awareness for just a moment.

And now as I gently count upward to five from one,

I invite you to gently ease back into the perception of the body,

Of the mind,

Back into the dream that we call the waking state,

Seeing yourself for what you are.

One,

The divine I am,

The isness of being,

Two,

Knowing that we have the ability,

We have been conditioned to enjoy this experience that from this perspective would easily be able to see why we occasionally call it heaven on earth.

Three,

Feeling energy returning to the body,

Feeling our consciousness aligning back into the body,

That thing that we call the user interface for the human experience.

And three,

Knowing that there is no ability to separate ourselves from this divine experience of ourselves,

We can merely pull a veil over it like clouds on a sunny day,

Temporarily obscuring our vision and realization of the truth,

But it's always there.

Four,

With a nice deep breath,

Wondering how life will unfold differently from this new perspective,

Wondering how quickly you'll catch yourself getting lost back in the illusion knowing that with just a few deep breaths,

You can return back to this space.

Five,

When you're ready,

Opening your eyes,

Looking great,

Feeling great,

Ready to go out and interact with all that is,

Easily,

Effortlessly,

Playfully.
