The word mandala is loosely translated from Sanskrit to mean "circle," but a mandala is far more than a simple shape. It represents wholeness or totality. Jennifer will guide you to uncover the totality of this moment that is completely unique to you. Together, you will explore three points of awareness: what this moment sounds like to you, what this moment feels like inside your body, and what this moment feels like on the outside of your body. Bringing your awareness to these three points specifically targets the mechanism for surrender needed for awakening: you will come into the present moment, begin opening the subtle body, and expand into the formless. This special Mandala of Now Meditation is your go-to everyday meditation that can be used anywhere, anytime, with eyes open or closed, while you’re in the world, or on your meditation cushion. Is beneficial whether you use it for periods of 30 seconds throughout the day or 3 hours straight.
