This is a meditation to grow our self-love.
This practice is from many spiritual traditions,
Especially from the Tao.
So the invitation is to become comfortable wherever you are.
Watch your body,
Just be relaxed.
Close your eyes and bring your attention inward.
Let's begin by feeling the sun on our faces.
Whichever way is easiest for you,
Imagine the sun,
See the sun,
But especially feel the warmth of the sun on your face.
Hmm.
Allow your breathing to deepen as you become even more relaxed with the glow of the sun on your face.
And as usually the case,
A smile will come to our lips as we are feeling the sun shining on our faces.
Whether a smile comes to your lips or you can feel an inner smile,
Just be with the smile.
Enjoy the sun on your face,
Enjoy the smile.
And now we will breathe in both the sunshine and the smile into our bodies.
Let's start with our feet.
We go to our feet with our attention,
With our mind.
We bring the sun and the smile with the inhale breath to our feet.
And with the exhale breath,
We let go of cloudiness,
Darkness.
We breathe in the sun and the smile into our feet.
With the exhale breath,
We let go of cloudiness and darkness.
With the next inhale breath,
Let's breathe into our knees.
Breathe the sunlight and the smile into our knees.
And with the exhale breath,
We let go of any tension,
Tightness,
Hardness,
Soreness from our knees.
We continue to breathe in the sunshine and the smile into our knees.
Loving our knees and letting go of any pain,
Any tightness,
Any soreness from our knees.
And let us now bring the smile and the sunshine into our pelvis.
Breathing in the sunshine and the smile into our pelvis.
And breathing out any memories of abuse,
Any tightness,
Any discomfort in our pelvic area.
Continue to breathe in the sun and the smile into our pelvis and expand that breath all the way to the back of our pelvis,
To our tailbone.
And as we breathe out,
We release tension,
Tightness,
Discomfort from our pelvis,
From our tailbones.
Let us now bring this inner smile and sunshine to our lower bellies.
Below our navels,
We breathe in sun and smile into our lower bellies.
From the back to the front,
From the front to the back.
And with the exhale breath,
We let go of any fogginess,
Any tension,
Fear.
Breathing in the sunshine and smile into our lower bellies.
Breathing out fear,
Past life memories,
Memories of abuse,
Family dynamics.
We let go of with the exhale breath from our lower bellies.
And with the next inhalation,
We breathe in sunshine and a smile into our solar plexus,
Into our stomach area.
Breathing love,
Compassion into our solar plexus and exhaling fear,
Anxiety,
Butterflies,
Lack of self-confidence.
Breathing in sunshine and smile into our upper bellies,
Into our solar plexus.
And we let that energy of love radiate to our liver,
To our spleen,
To our backs.
And with the exhale breath,
We let go of any toxicity,
Any fears,
Worries.
Breathing in love into our bodies.
And next,
Let us bring this sunshine and smile,
Breathe it into our hearts.
And with the exhale breath,
We let go of fear,
Fear of love,
Fear of compassion,
Unforgiveness.
And we continue to breathe in self-love into our hearts.
Breathing in the sunshine and inner smile into our hearts.
Let that love radiate to our backs,
To our breasts,
To our chest,
Our shoulder blades,
Our shoulders,
Our arms and our hands.
All connected to our hearts.
Breathing in sunshine and a smile.
Letting go of tightness,
Tension,
Emotional pain,
The pain of loss,
Of hurt,
Betrayal.
We let it go with the exhale breath.
And with the next inhalation,
We breathe into our throats.
Breathing in the sunshine and smile into our throats,
Into our necks.
Letting go of tension,
Tightness from our necks,
From our throats.
We breathe in love into our throats.
And we breathe out fear of speaking,
Fear of our power.
Breathe in sunshine and a smile into our throats,
Our necks.
Breathe out love into our heart.
Fogginess,
Deafness,
Muteness,
Fear of being heard,
Fear of hearing.
With the next inhale breath,
We're going to breathe into our faces.
We let that sunshine on our face and that smile.
Breathe it into our whole face,
To our cheekbones,
Our nose,
Jaws,
Sinuses,
Eyes.
And we breathe out tension from our faces,
Worry lines,
Stress.
Continue to breathe in sunlight on our face and a smile,
Bringing softness of love,
Of peace to our faces.
Letting go of tension,
Stress,
Wrinkle,
Worry.
And the next inhale breath,
Let's breathe into our third eye.
That's the point between our eyebrows and our forehead.
Breathe in the sunlight and the smile into our third eye,
Into this bright center in our faces.
Brighten the light of our eyes.
And our faces brighten the light of our third eye with our inner smile and sunlight.
And we let go of any dreams,
Any visions that are less than for our highs good.
We breathe out past life memories,
Memories from this lifetime that we hold in our third eye.
And with the next inhalation,
Let us breathe into our crown,
The tops of our heads and feel the opening to more sunlight,
To more smile,
The top of our head,
Into our crown.
And we breathe out limitation.
We breathe out our not being inspired.
We breathe out not feeling connection to the oneness.
We breathe in the beautiful sunlight and inner smile into our crown.
And we let that energy cascade down our whole body.
We can feel the tingling,
The pulsation,
The peace,
The flow of having created more self-love from our toes to the top of our head.

Feel the benefit of the growing of self-love as we breathe in the sunlight on our face and the smile on our lips into every part of our body.
And we let go of all vibration that is not radiating love.
