Let's begin by setting the intention for this practice of whole body and mystical activism to be a time of healing and changing the world from our non-ordinary mystical consciousness.
Entering into an awakened state of harmonic co-creation,
Wisdom and healing,
And a oneness state of unitive love and ultimate reality in the mystical body of Christ which encompasses all things.
And so we begin by moving first in our awareness into our inner heart of love,
Welcoming our heartfulness and the fullness of the divine heart and our human heart here with this intention.
And from this place we first begin by fortifying our heart in the depth of divine love that is inexhaustible,
That is free-flowing and ever-present.
We invite this love to surround our heart and our whole being as we enter into this practice.
And from our heart space we also welcome our awareness with the guides around us,
Those who go with us and aid us in this work from the cloud of witnesses.
You can sense who may be here with you,
Jesus or Mary,
A saint or the Great Host co-energizing and sharing in this healing work.
And from this inner heart of love we light the torch to go out and carry this flame into the world,
Moving out through the vibrant web of spiritual heart energy.
You can feel your heart expanding and your awareness through and beyond the personal heart.
Perhaps you feel this expanding into the space around you,
Your neighborhood,
Your city,
Or following the strands even further,
Stretching across the planet into the loving divine embrace of the whole world.
Now we can welcome our awareness through our feet,
Grounding into our solidity with the earth,
Rooting down into our place on this planet,
Tapping into the flow of energy,
The divine Christ in the material flowing through our roots and into our body,
Breathing with that energy here and now.
And as we feel and welcome that embodied participation in nature and the earth,
We can let our awareness reverse and move down into the earth,
Into the subtle body of the earth.
Feel that flow of energy moving through you and through the soil,
Through the rivers and the mountains and below,
The channels of healing moving around the globe,
The basins and cisterns of stored energy,
Perhaps even sending and energizing,
Calling forth the immune system of the body of God in and through the earth to move and flow.
Maybe you feel a drawing toward a particular touch point in the earth,
A place of suffering and pain,
Maybe a whole area,
A continent,
A country,
An address,
Or with the whole,
Let your body move with the body of the earth in the energy of healing,
Love,
Support,
And care.
And now staying with the earth,
We can enter into our womb space,
Both within our own bodies and also within the world womb.
Welcome your awareness,
Your place in the womb waters of the Great Mother.
Feel yourself immersed in this love,
A part of the gestation of a new world within the unfolding of the divine embrace.
Here we may anchor ourselves in the deep hope through our faith in God,
In the unseen mystery connected to a deep knowing from the fount of life,
From the well of vital energy that is feeding us and the planet.
We move in the flow of faith that all is held,
All is loved,
And all is renewed in the nurturing divine in restoration and wholeness.
And now staying with this deep peace and the divine unfolding with the earth,
We can also welcome our mindful awareness dwelling in this healing stillness,
In the renewed mind of openness and oneness connected to so much more than just ourselves.
Here we welcome the enchanted mind,
We welcome our power of mystical observing,
Of seeing,
Of recognizing with awe and wonder,
Open to new perceptions and sensations from the awakened embodied divine being below and from above,
Receiving spiritual knowing from collective wisdom beyond that is offered full of gifts and guidance.
Here we are open to receive,
We are open to give,
We are open to serve.
Now from this place of service with our open mind,
Our open heart,
And our whole being,
Here with an open world,
We might open our eyes to see the world around you,
To see one another,
To see through the windows of the soul as we open the eyes of our whole being with the loving radiance of God,
With the universal heart of love embracing the world.
And here with this mystical sight we may once again feel drawn to a particular place or situation.
It can be the same as before or maybe something new,
And as we are drawn we can bring the divine embrace to that place,
To that person,
To that situation,
And we can also open now to any other mystical action of moving out that arises or emerges.
If you feel an invitation,
A calling,
Receive it now,
Let your being absorb it,
Perhaps if you feel drawn to write it down or take it in to move with in the future or in this moment here together,
We can each bring forth one thing,
One place,
One situation arising from this heartful embrace,
This care with the earth,
We place it in the center of our we space to hold in resonating prayer,
Perhaps even in the pain and struggle and dissonance we can find the deeper resonance moving in love.
And so as we're ready each person can bring forth one thing and stay with that first together for the time,
Sharing whatever arises in our consciousness to offer or just sending loving heart energy to it,
And after a time with that place move on to the next,
Sharing in a group resonating prayer with the world,
And so the we space is open to attune together to these places as they come forth,
Held in this loving space together.
