Allow yourself to settle into your body.
Coming into this present moment,
Here and now.
And we'll begin today by bringing our awareness into the space of our spiritual womb,
Into our belly.
You may want to place a hand or both hands over that gut space,
As you just allow yourself to drop into the space of being,
Into the divine holding,
The sacred enclosure of your spiritual womb.
And in this space,
Feel your presence in the safety of your deep core identity.
You might even feel all the way down into your ground of being,
Into the strength and stability of your divine self,
Anchoring in your source,
In our source.
And now from that deep wellspring,
Let yourself open to the flow of vitality,
Arising from deep within the rivers of living water.
Perhaps you feel a sensation in your womb of that energy coming forth,
Or maybe it's steeper than what you can feel.
Just welcome that flow.
And from that,
With that,
We welcome the Eros energy that is deep within us,
That draws us forth,
That compels us into interconnection and mutuality,
Into growth and possibility,
And into the other,
Into the all.
And let that energy flow out from your womb,
Moving into your whole body.
Feel it flowing all the way to the surfaces,
To your skin.
And as we welcome our awareness to our whole body,
Perhaps let yourself gently caress your skin,
Maybe on your arm or your face,
Just feeling,
Just gently touching,
Perhaps with gratitude and appreciation.
And now welcome your breathing,
Welcome deep breath,
Feeling the air coming into your body.
Feel that air all throughout your body.
Perhaps notice any sensations as you breathe in any part of your body or your skin.
Let your awareness move to those spaces with the breath,
Maybe even breathing in through those parts of your body.
Just begin to listen to whatever your body is telling you as we allow ourselves to move into a posture of openness,
A posture of permeability,
Whatever that feels like for you,
Whatever posture seems to be what your body is asking.
Maybe it's stretching your arms out,
Wide or high.
Maybe it's opening your hands,
Closing them and opening them.
Keep breathing,
Let your body lead you into whatever posture,
Seated or standing,
Laying down,
Stretching,
And then coming to a place of relaxed ease and openness.
And again,
Feeling your awareness in your boundaries,
And the edges of your being,
The outer wall of yourself and your skin.
Let's welcome an opening to the flow of divine energy that is all around us,
The imminent presence of interconnected reality,
Of inter-reality,
Moving and being in and through you,
And out and around you,
The intertidal movement in the space beyond,
In the space among us,
And the flow of spirit in the midst,
Always and already.
Perhaps you even feel that with a tingling in your skin,
An energetic porousness,
Maybe with the breath,
Opening to the flow of that awareness,
Feeling it,
And perhaps that sense is even deeper in the inner boundaries,
Dancing among our incarnated entanglement,
The quantum interplay of life co-dwelling as us,
Our participation in the great web of life,
Our mutual embodiment of all intertwined,
Whatever words or images or pictures lead you into that sense,
You can stay with them or let them arise,
Or simply be in the felt sense,
Of your permeability with the space around you,
With life,
With the earth,
Flowing into and among the geosphere,
The biosphere,
Gaia's breath moving through us,
That we are not separate from,
Just let yourself flow in the midst.
Now perhaps letting your awareness through your head center open into the noosphere,
The shared mind,
A collective consciousness,
Blowing with possibility the mystery and the breeze,
In this open mind among us,
And you can welcome a sense of opening in your head into that clarity of new pathways,
The clear air between the elasticity stretching in your mind,
Opening with new synapses and pathways,
And receiving mystery from beyond,
And now letting your awareness move to your heart center,
Perhaps your heart is already feeling open,
Just let your awareness sink down into your deep heart and the light of the radiant center within,
That is shining out,
That is emitting with warmth and love and care,
Passing through your body,
Shining forth with rays in all directions,
Where your heart is free to flow,
To give,
To be with fully,
And also open to the interflow,
And what is coming into your heart,
And receiving all the love that is given to you,
That is with you,
From your loved ones,
And even deeper,
In the love that is always around,
From the heart of God,
Flowing in and through you,
And we can participate in this universal love,
Open and with,
And in this bigger heart,
We are among the we space of mutuality,
Open and permeable to the interreality that is more than just our individual being,
Co-joined and connected in the loving body of Christ,
Open and flowing,
With love,
In a more whole way of being.
