A sanctuary is a safe place,
An inner safe place that you can take yourself to anytime you choose.
To increase your feeling of safety and stability.
To work with the sanctuary principles that lead to serenity and a deeper spirituality.
So as you close your eyes I invite you to unleash the creative mindset and to seek your sacred sanctuary.
This may be a garden,
A sacred place,
A church,
A place that you have visited,
A beach,
A destination.
Take yourself to somewhere special and make this sacred land or building your sanctuary.
Connect to it,
Relax in it or on it.
Feel it holding you.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Releasing any stress from the body or mind.
Sanctuary has five principles.
The first principle is to let everything be.
Let where you are be.
Regardless of what you are experiencing.
Just simply be.
In your ability to be you let go and you surrender any pain or problem or issue.
You are handing it over just by letting everything be.
Handing over to a power greater than yourself.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Let everything be.
Births acceptance and ignites an innate feeling of peace when you practice the sanctuary principles.
Peace is a second sanctuary principle that will come to you when you commit and practice letting everything be.
So feel the peace within you.
Let there be peace.
The third sanctuary principle is silence.
When you enter into silence your senses can speak.
You can discern the emotion.
It creates sacred space for your inner intelligence to be activated.
Let there be silence.
I invite you to enter into silence now.

Our fourth sanctuary principle is share.
Your words have a frequency and a resonance that creates when you share from positivity,
Lightness,
Love and laughter.
You attract and create that energy to you.
Be aware of the words you use,
The language you speak,
The kindness you give.
Share from a pure heart and the clarity of mind.
As you take a moment to introspect how you can share from a more positive place.
And our fifth sanctuary principle is life.
It's to gently remind yourself what is important to you or if there's a problem really how important is it.
Life is yours,
Your life force,
Your breath.
So you can choose what is in your sacred space,
What is right for you,
What isn't.
Make life a priority.
Know what makes you happy and what is important and place yourself center stage.
Breathe in and breathe out as you thank your sanctuary for holding you,
For increasing your stability and serenity and in this sacred space it allows you to connect with a spirituality of your understanding that's right for you.
And you can bring yourself here anytime you choose to.

Back to where you are resting,
Take a stretch,
Open your eyes and know you are safe to proceed from here.
