As our eyes are softly closed,
Not squeezed,
Not scrunched.
Let's start with this few minutes just to relax and connect our awareness to our mind,
To our body,
To our breath.
So that the mental energy eventually and gradually settles down.
Now we are allowing our awareness to be anchored towards us,

Right now if you worry about any circumstances,
If you are in your past memories or fearful about the future,
You are not there for yourself.
Just be with for yourself.
Be there for yourself.
Take this few minutes every day to be with yourself,

This way we expand our inner consciousness which is our true source.
That's who we are.
In return we are awakening and expanding that consciousness that helps us to create and attract and enjoy the life we want.

Maybe just take few minutes to be present for yourself and send love to yourself and trillions of cells.

Maybe simply take few minutes watching your breath as your belly goes in and out.

As you keep your awareness at your Knyan Mudra forming by connecting the tip of your thumb to the tip of your index finger,
Allowing the rest of the three fingers to stay straight and relaxed and sit and take few minutes with complete awareness to be with your Knyan Mudra.
Knyan is the wisdom,
Knowledge.
This helps us to connect with ourselves with a complete serenity in our nervous system where our wisdom and knowledge is revealed to us.

Your belly,
Legs,
Back to your feet and connect to the trillions of cells.
Take few minutes to connect with the inhale and exhale of trillions of cells in your body.
Be with them.
Obsolve them,
Visualize them,
Relaxing and rejuvenating.
Be present.
Relatorate to the As you feel your entire body inhaling,
Exhaling,
Relaxing and regenerating.
Take a couple of big inhale,
Exhale.
Feel your own presence in this present moment.
As you gently bring both your palms together,
Go ahead and rub them.
Please sit down to your eyes,
Crown of your head,
Your neck and throat,
Your heart,
Your belly.
Massage your lower back,
Massage all your joints,
Nice circular motion to your shoulders,
Your elbows,
Your wrists,
Press your palms,
Your fingertips.
Nice circular motion to your knees,
Your ankles,
Back to your eyes.
And open your eyes when you feel comfortable.
