So let's gently sit nice and tall,

Alert and awake.

Our feet are firmly grounded,

Connected.

Our neck and spine is aligned,

Creating this beautiful dynamic extension.

Being grounded with Mother Earth through your feet,

Through your third bones.

As you feel flow of energy in your spine,

Up to the crown of your head and you feel being extended,

Connected with the universe from the crown of your head.

Keep that beautiful posture with awareness.

And very gently bring right hand on to the chest,

Left hand just below and around our navel.

As you inhale,

Let your belly rise.

As you exhale,

Let your belly go in.

Inhaling and exhaling at your own pace,

At your own comfort.

As you are observing your breath,

Anchoring your mind to your breath,

Maybe even using sense of touch of your palms as you follow your breath in and out.

Today we want to bring into awareness to create,

Be silent.

Simply being silent.

We want to bring awareness in our daily activities to our judgement,

Analysis,

Internal dialogues,

Thoughts.

Whether it's nourishing or non-nourishing,

It does not matter.

As we allow that silence to expand,

When we settle with our thinking,

The mental energy,

The thinking energy,

Which overshadows our pure,

Intuitive energy,

Inner wisdom energy,

Our vital force,

Our inner wisdom,

However you call it,

Allow that to expand and that expands as you create silence within.

Just like in deep sleep,

Our consciousness has very less fluctuation.

But this one is with full awareness when you do it in your daily activities,

In our meditation.

You redirect yourself with purpose.

So as you gently bring both your palms back to your lap,

Facing up.

And today if you like to connect your tip of your thumb to the tip of your first finger,

Index finger,

In gnyan mudra.

To further calm down our entire system,

Nervous system.

Also connect aurora.

As I guide you,

Today allow yourself with awareness to drift into thoughts,

Into noises outside,

Sensations into the body.

We normally become aware and take an inward journey by withdrawing from that.

We do pratyahal to go deeper into meditation.

Today allow yourself to get into that and then gently become aware that as you are engaged into that thoughts,

Into that internal dialogue,

You are allowing your mental energy to expand.

But gently as you shift that awareness maybe towards your breath,

Maybe towards a mental note of a mantra,

A phrase or to the sense of touch of the gnyan mudra between the tip of your fingers,

The thumb and the index.

Become aware that now you are enhancing and expanding your spiritual energy,

Your vital force,

Your inner wisdom.

Just cultivate today in this meditation to do so.

So gently bring your awareness to the crown of your head.

Allow this beautiful vital force,

The universal energy to freely enter the crown of your head reaching the trillions of cells,

Mingling with your own vital force,

The universal energy within us,

Allowing it to expand.

As you gently bring your awareness to your forehead,

Feeling the vibration of the trillions of cells at your forehead as you focus on the breath,

Feeling as if the trillions of cells at your forehead are inhaling and exhaling.

For a second bring into awareness the sound today that you want to choose to redirect your thinking for allowing that silence within to expand.

Usually when we choose a mantra it has this vibrational quality to it which further helps us to enhance and connect to the universal energy.

Mantras like om,

Soham,

Aham,

However it comes to you.

All these beautiful phrases,

The sounds,

Amen,

Peace,

Blissfulness,

Love,

Joy.

A beautiful phrase,

Aham brahmasani,

I am the universe,

Whichever resonates to you.

So as you gently shift your awareness to your eyes,

Tip of your nose,

Base of your nostrils,

Unclench your teeth,

Relax your jaws,

Fill your heart with lots of love and joy and bring that to your smile.

Take a couple of inhales,

Exhale right here and allow that sound or phrase that you choose to vibrate and say silently without moving your tongue or lips through your throat center,

Through your intuition center,

Through your trillions of cells,

Feel it.

Continue to feel that beautiful feeling of love and joy to yourself and continue to be alert and aware as I guide you and whenever you see yourself drifting into thoughts,

Sensations,

With full awareness that you are expanding the silence by thinking of that sound.

So gently awareness from your smile to your throat,

Your shoulders,

Your elbows,

Wrists,

Palms to your niyamudra,

Wrists,

Elbows,

Shoulders,

Center of your throat.

Simply settle at your heart center in pure silence,

Pure awareness.

Visualize it expanding within and around you and remember if you go into the thoughts with full awareness that you are expanding your silence by creating the vibration of the beautiful thought,

Mantra,

Phrase.

Continue to keep that beautiful feeling within.

Continue to be aware that you are creating an expanding silence within which is the source that allows every right and nourishing things,

Circumstances,

Events,

People to come to your life,

Allowing that own intuition,

That silence to work for you as it expands.

It brings all this nourishing things that you even have not thought with a limited mind ability to perceive things through those five senses.

This inner silence which is the infinite source of this creativity,

Connectedness,

Possibilities,

Which is not limited with space and time,

Is not limited through our limited five senses,

Is beyond that.

And when you allow the expansion of that silence,

It truly brings what's the most nourishing,

Purposeful,

Events and things that is right for you in all aspects of your life,

Physical,

Emotional,

Material,

Financial,

Social,

Educational,

Spiritual.

So allow this cultivation of expansion of the silence with full awareness in our daily life,

Not just being mindful,

But rather going beyond your mind with full awareness of expansion of silence within.

Cultivating the spratyahara during the activities,

Working through your own inner silence and awareness.

Great.

Very gently,

Whatever mantra and phrase you have chosen to create the silence,

Let's gently with full awareness,

Again moving without moving your tongue or lips,

Say the sound in your mind as if you're thinking,

Then pause for a few seconds before repeating it again.

As you catch yourself observing that pause between those mantra phrase,

Again feel the silence of that pause.

And let's in that little window of pause feeling that silence,

Bringing one intention that we can gently introduce in that pause,

In that inner wisdom,

In that inner silence to expand and bring it to you from the universe.

Take a couple of big inhales and exhale out,

Allowing the universe to take care of the details of that intention.

Gently connect to the trillions of cells from your heart center as you feel the silence that you created within.

Beautiful.

Again,

Gently,

Couple of more inhales,

Exhale out.

And gently bring both your palms together,

Let go of your kunya and mudra.

Rub the palms together,

Awakening our five senses as you touch your palms with each other,

Feel the sense of touch,

Palms to your eyes,

Allowing that beautiful energy to your eyes.

And gently massaging from head to toe,

You can even do direct,

That silent energy within at the crown of your head.

And gently awaken yourself with the gentle massage crown of your head to your neck and throat,

Your shoulders,

Elbows,

Wrists,

Pressing your palms towards your lower back,

Your thighs,

Nice circular motion to your knees,

Your ankles,

Press your toes if you like.

And gently open your eyes when you feel comfortable.
