This is a space to breathe.

To breathe with whatever is here.

We don't want to push anything away.

You also don't need to hold anything back.

Whatever is moving through your body,

Your breath can meet it.

Starting by finding a position that feels grounded and steady.

You can be seated or lying down.

Closing your eyes or letting your gaze fall softly.

Taking a deep,

Gentle breath in and exhaling slowly.

Letting yourself arrive.

And now starting to notice any sensations in your body.

Without judgment.

Just listening.

Maybe warmth,

Tension,

A flutter,

An ache.

Wherever your attention is drawn,

Pause there.

And breathe with it.

Inhaling gently,

Breathing into it.

Let your breath touch it like warm light.

Not to change it,

Just to meet it.

To be with it.

And then allowing your exhale to come from that area.

If a sensation ever feels too much,

Just take your attention to the breath itself.

Or to your feet.

Or to a part of your body that feels neutral.

Just continuing in this way.

Letting your breath be your guide.

Letting your breath be a companion.

A gentle witness to whatever arises.

No need to figure anything out.

Just staying with the breath.

Meeting anything that arises.

Each inhale offering breath.

Each exhale a soft letting go.

And if emotions arise,

Let them be part of the wave.

You can breathe with joy.

You can breathe with discomfort.

You can breathe with nothing at all.

This is how the body remembers safety.

Not through control.

But through presence.

Noticing where is asking for your breath right now.

Whatever sensation arises,

Meet it with the breath.

As if you're saying,

I see you.

I'm here with you.

And now allowing your awareness to include your whole body.

Whole body breathing.

Being breathed by the breath.

Feeling what it's like to be fully in your body.

Aware.

Aware.

Connected.

Fully right here.

Taking as much time as you want here.

Only when you're ready.

Starting to return to your surroundings.

Noticing how you feel.
