This is a simple breathing meditation.
I invite you to set aside a few moments,
Five to ten minutes each day,
To increase your focus,
Open your mind,
And to nurture your intentions for self-realization.
All that you need to do is relax,
Breathe,
And follow my voice as your guide.
I will teach you important and simple methods in meditation that will benefit every aspect of your life.
Daily mindfulness practices can be done at any time of the day,
And I highly encourage that you not skip a day so that you're able to fully experience the great changes that you are making to your life simply by practicing.
Here are just a few of the benefits that meditation brings you on your journey towards self-realization.
For example,
It enhances your learning and your memory retention.
It puts a stop to recurring pessimistic thinking.
It allows you to build your mental capacity,
Focus,
And accuracy.
It helps tame negative emotions through awareness.
It contributes to you creating fulfilling relationships with yourself and with others.
Helps you manage stress.
Helps eliminate anxiety,
And encourages you to tap into your creative side,
Inviting even more expression as you.
So let's begin.
Place your body in a very comfortable position,
And make sure that you will not be disturbed.
Breathing is probably the most important thing that we do,
That we experience.
Recognize that it is keeping you alive,
And yet most of us don't really notice our breath all day,
And some of us for several years.
And that is why it is so crucial to our physical and mental health to oxygenate our bodies fully,
Consciously,
Intentionally.
So let's take five deep and full breaths together.
One.
Fully inhale positive energy,
Filling your lungs,
And exhale by just letting go of your breath into a state of relaxation.
Two.
Inhaling goodness,
Deeply and fully.
And again,
Exhale,
Releasing into relaxation.
And three.
Inhale acceptance,
And exhale any judgment.
Four.
Inhale health and clarity,
And exhale into serenity.
And five.
Fully inhale inspiration and intention,
And exhale into complete relaxation.
Letting go of all concerns from daily life.
Good.
Now just become aware,
Just now,
Of your body,
And feel the space around you.
Notice how the space around you hugs to your shape.
Notice the feeling of your weight pressing down.
And see if you can feel the earth below you,
As if it is rising up to meet you,
And support you,
And embrace you.
Good.
Now become aware of the very tip-top of your head,
And put all of your focus right there.
And noticing any sensations you have there,
Right at the top,
The crown of your head.
Now,
Moving down your focus,
Resting now on your eyes,
And feel how they feel.
Notice the tiny movements they may be making.
Allow these movements to relax you further.
Notice now your nose,
And feel the air passing through your nostrils as you breathe in and out at your own natural rate.
Noticing now your mouth,
And taking your awareness now down your neck.
And if you notice any tension,
Just ask it to release.
Notice the sensations in your body,
And how that is helping you to become more relaxed and comfortable.
Become aware of your chest and your lungs.
Notice how they are expanding and contracting with your breath.
Perhaps you can feel your heart beating,
Pumping with love.
Now send your focus down your arms,
All the way down to each fingertip,
Feeling the sensations of touch in your fingertips.
Shifting your awareness now,
Your focus is on your abdomen and all of your vital organs.
Just notice how your belly feels,
And how it's digesting.
Any movement going on internally.
Notice your pelvis and hips,
And again the sensation of your weight pressing down.
This takes you into a deeper state of relaxation.
Your awareness goes down each leg,
Down the thigh,
Over your knees,
And down all the way to your feet,
And to each toe.
Good.
You've now become aware of every part of your body.
This awareness is meditative.
Investing five minutes every day in yourself,
And practicing mindfulness techniques will allow you to work through the challenges,
The issues you face,
Such as stress,
Lack of confidence,
Procrastination,
Fear of failure,
And so much more.
Every day,
Take several full deep breaths,
Allowing for you to let go on the exhalation of anything that bothers you or does not serve you in that moment.
And when you show up for work or for play,
You not only get the job done,
But you accomplish things that move you towards your greatest self-realization.
When you find yourself exhausted,
Simply use this meditation to take a moment to stop,
Breathe,
And realign.
Thank you for joining me and taking this break from your daily routine.
Each day,
Treat yourself to a pause,
A few rounds of breath,
And a moment to support yourself on your path to self-expression,
Self-realization,
And a happy life.
And remember that you always have a choice to move in the direction of your greatest fulfillment and expression.
Thank you for joining me.
