Welcome.

My name is Jen and this meditation is to unblock your energy and attract with ease.

This is the time to return to your body and to melt what's been frozen.

Find a comfortable seat or lie down.

Let your belly soften.

Your jaw unclench.

Let your whole nervous system know it's safe to come home.

Inhale through the nose,

Slow and deep.

Hold it and exhale through your mouth.

Let's do that again.

Inhale into the ribs.

Hold gently.

Exhale like a sigh of relief.

As you breathe,

Begin to feel your inner landscape.

Just witnessing what's here.

Now bring your awareness to your feet.

Imagine a warm wave moving up through your arches,

Your ankles,

Calves.

This wave is softening any tension,

Unsticking any old emotion.

Move your ankles in slow intentional circles.

Feel your fascia melt as you move.

You can stretch your toes or tap your feet gently.

And then relax the feet entirely and bring your awareness up,

Up,

Up,

All the way to your hips.

Let your hips rock gently side to side.

Let your pelvis remember its rhythm.

This is where your creative power lives.

Place a hand on your lower belly.

Feel into any gripping,

Clenching or armor and breathe.

Breathe into that space.

And with each breath,

Imagine tension releasing from your tissue.

Feel the energy start to move.

Where you were once frozen,

You are now fluid.

Where you're holding,

You are now opening.

Silently affirm to yourself,

I give my body permission to flow.

I give my fascia permission to soften.

I give my frequency permission to lift.

Now place both hands over your heart.

Or your womb.

Left hand and then right hand on top.

Feel the buzz of your inner magnet turning on.

There's nothing you need to do to create this buzz.

We are simply allowing the sensation to gently manifest.

You can repeat after me in your own internal silence.

I am safe to receive.

I allow my body to melt.

To soften a little bit deeper.

And this safety and this softening allows for the nervous system to completely reset.

The body knows how to heal itself while in a state of ease.

And calmness.

We don't have to do anything.

But allow.

Allow any sensations move through you.

However so subtle.

Allowing this shift to occur with ease.

Finding stillness is your natural ability.

Resting here in the stillness.

Allowing the intelligence of the body to take over.

Begin to wiggle your fingers and your toes.

Return to the room slowly.

You are no longer frozen.

You are fluid.

You are free.

And you are magnetic.

Take one more final big breath in with a deep sigh of release.
