This is 18 minutes of healing meta meditation listen to the music and let it bring you into this present moment feel the weight of your body slowly sinking into Mother Earth become aware of your breathing and just feel how beautiful it is to be able to inhale oxygen of which there is limited supply breathing in with a sense of gratitude and appreciation for the way things are and as you breathe out let go of any tensions in the body slowly breathing in with kindness breathing out with relaxation in with kindness letting go as you exhale thanking yourself for taking this precious moment to reconnect with your body to reconnect with your mind and your heart gently place two hands on your heart and as you breathe in inhale that sense of gratitude for your heart dear heart thank you for being there for me working tirelessly all these years I give you permission to rest feel a sense of relaxation as you inhale into your heart and as you breathe out feel any tension flow away with any worries any anxiety any negative feelings breathing into your heart holding it with your hands feel the calm on your body the warmth from your hands soothing that beautiful heart calming it down like a precious baby thank you dear heart thank you for being there for me you are safe breathing out with a sigh letting go of any tension in your heart slowly moving that sense of calm and loving kindness from your heart into your belly move your hands onto the belly feeling it rise inhale with kindness into your belly and exhale with all the tensions in your body inhale with kindness and peace exhale with any stress and anxiety I am safe I can rest I am grateful grateful for this opportunity to reconnect and look deeply into my body carrying that wave of kindness into your legs slowly moving that wave down to your thighs your calves feeling the waves move into your toes and filling your body with kindness refreshing your body with a sense of safety and relaxation feel that wave turn into a bright orb of light feeling that shower of kindness of matter all over your body breathing in I breathe that light of freshness into my body breathing in a sense of kindness making me feel safe making me at peace breathing in with lots of love compassion and gratitude really allowing me the time to ground myself and reconnect with my body and as you breathe in now think about a place that makes you feel safe and if you can't think of anything just imagine yourself sitting on a platform overlooking a beautiful valley filled with bamboo trees hear the gentle rustle of the leaves filling your ears with kindness and compassion smell the sense of serenity in the air feel the wind gently caressing your skin and the warmth of the gentle sunshine showering your body with kindness and love feeling completely relaxed feeling safe and as you exhale feel the freshness taking away any stresses any worries kindness in stresses out gently bring your hands back over your heart and feel the sense of serenity and safety that has been brought into your body through this meditation let the warmth from your hands permeate your whole body filling it with a wave of kindness as we approach the end of the meditation let's gently watch our breath once more taking in three deep breaths exhaling through your mouth with a sigh in watch the pause in between an exhale deep breath in watch the pause in between an exhale last breath in watch the pause in between an exhale let your breathing return to your normal pace gently move your hands and your toes and thank yourself for taking this time to love your body and refresh the mind thank you for joining me for this 17 minutes of meta healing meditation
