All right,

So here we are once again at this point of bringing our attention inwards,

Sitting reclaiming our power,

Our attention from the distractions of this world,

So many things trying to steal our attention,

Pull it this way and that and claim it as truth,

And here we take time to connect to what I've come to understand as the ultimate truth,

And we find that in the stillness,

Not in anybody else's story,

But in the stillness,

In the communion that we have individually with the Divine Mother,

So if you haven't already I invite you to find yourself a comfortable position and in your own time close down your eyes and we're going to go through a few phases preparing us to meditate and then be meditated to dwell in awareness itself,

It does require some level of effort on our part and that effort is holding your attention here,

Making this important,

Amongst the myriad of things that the mind,

Bless it,

It's trying to keep us safe,

But to a large extent it's been hijacked,

And so we're taking back our power now,

And we're saying this is important,

This is most important right now,

And so we connect into that,

Connect into this practice and we be here now,

And so we'll start with just tuning into the moment,

What we're feeling,

What are you feeling in this moment,

And we acknowledge it and feel it,

And then we meet this next moment,

What are you feeling now,

Energy and motion,

Emotion,

Taking the time to tune in and consciously feel,

And when we do without attachment to a story,

The mind can go quiet,

The patterns,

The thoughts,

Emotions,

Behaviors,

The loops that we get caught in and fall away,

And the key is to meet the moment and consciously feel,

And then in this next moment,

What are you feeling now,

When we acknowledge it without giving it meaning,

The energy moves,

And in that we're able to feel everything,

And so we feel connected to the energy that's all around us,

There's nothing that we need to do except tune in and allow,

Let go of resistance,

And we train ourselves to not give things meaning,

And little bit by little bit we become more of everything,

As we move now to the next phase,

Releasing tension,

So invitation is bringing a subtle tension into the body,

The whole body,

All at the same time from top of your head down to the tips of your toes,

Just a subtle activation,

So the toes will curl,

The fingers will curl,

The pelvic floor will be pulled on,

Like a gentle pulling on of the skin,

And the invitation is to be here now,

Hold your attention on this practice,

I'm gonna hold this tension for about another 15 seconds or so,

So we're activating the cosmic energy within the body,

Energizing it,

And at the same time becoming aware of tension,

And so in a moment when we begin to release that tension,

We're able to do that consciously,

Little bit by little bit,

And so now the whole body,

All at the same time,

We're just gonna slowly release that tension,

Little bit by little bit,

The whole body,

From the top of the head to the tips of the toes,

It's like a slow unfolding,

A releasing,

A letting go,

Letting go even more completely now,

So much of what meditation is,

Is letting go,

As we bring our attention now to the muscles around our eyes,

And from here we're going to just move through the body,

And just release tension as we move through,

Like creating a wave of relaxation,

And so releasing from the muscles around our eyes,

Allowing that sense of relaxation to flow down through into the jaw,

Up through the face,

Through the forehead,

Around through the scalp,

Into the back of the neck,

See it,

Imagine it,

Like a wave of relaxation moving down through into the shoulders,

Down through into the arms and hands,

Moving back up through the arms,

Down through the backs of the shoulders,

And through the chest,

The stomach and lower back,

Down through the glutes,

The quadriceps and hamstrings,

Shins and calves,

Down through the feet,

Pushing any tension out through the feet and into whatever is connecting you to the earth,

Really letting go now,

Becoming aware of the space that you've created in your cognition and in your body,

We bring our attention now back to the muscles around our eyes,

And just looking through the body for any remaining tight spots or tension,

Often the back of the neck or the backs of the shoulders or the hips,

And then take your attention into it and just consciously see it,

Visualize it,

Feel it moving,

Releasing,

Moving the energy through your body,

It's like a little clean up,

And if tension arises through the practice,

Maintain your stillness and take your attention into it,

Consciously release it,

As we move now to melting chocolate,

Imagining yourself as if like a piece of chocolate in the Sun,

Melting,

Surrendering even more completely now,

There's nothing that you need to or be,

Just melting as if like a piece of chocolate in the hot,

Hot Sun,

Spilling out across the surface,

Keeping a subtle activation in the spine,

But allowing everything else to let go even more completely now,

It's almost as if we become like goop,

Unable to hold form,

Unable to hold thoughts,

Cosmic soup of being,

And if thoughts emerge and whisk your attention away,

Just gently bring it back,

Recommit,

Refocus,

Be here now,

Make this the most important thing that you can be doing,

It's nothing else to think about,

As we bring our attention now to the breath,

Breathing in through the nose,

Following the flow of air in,

All the way in,

And then all the way out,

Taking a moment to find the rhythm with the inhalation and exhalation,

Ideally following the cool air as it flows in through the nostrils,

And the warm air as it flows out,

It's a subtle activation still in your spine,

Giving you full attention to your breath now,

And so we put a count on the breath for four seconds in,

One second pause,

Four seconds out,

One second pause,

And again still tracing that flow of air in through the nose,

Deep down into the diaphragm,

Pausing and then the warm air flowing out through the nose,

And then pausing once again,

Extending the breath out now to five seconds,

5-1-5-1,

Holding your attention on that flow of air in and out,

You might begin to start bringing awareness to the air flowing higher and higher in the nostrils,

At the back of the nostrils,

Up towards the space between the eyes,

Space between the eyebrows,

And then to the third eye,

And then breathing into the third eye,

And then we let go of the count,

Let go of tracing the breath and focus,

Exclusively on the third eye,

Spiritual center,

So once again with a slight activation in the spine to keep yourself upright,

The flow of breath moving in the background,

We bring our full attention now to our focal point,

Holding your attention on your focal point,

The third eye,

And we hold,

Holding our attention,

So in this,

As we sit together,

We move into oneness,

Holding your attention on your focal point,

Holding like a cat watching a mouse hole,

Holding your attention on your third eye,

Your focal point,

Reset,

Refocus,

Moment to moment,

You might begin to see the mind throwing up thoughts of this and that,

Continue to hold our attention,

Reset,

Refocus,

We hold,

So we're pinning our attention,

Pinning the part that wants to,

That gets drawn into Maya,

Into the dream,

Holding it,

Strengthening this muscle,

And as you do so,

You might become aware of subtleties in your experience,

More of a felt sense of energy,

A gentle ringing in your ears,

An energy wanting to move up your spine,

And if that's not true for you,

That's okay,

Just continue to hold your attention on your focal point,

We pin it,

Holding it,

Reset,

Refocus,

And there comes a point where the energy,

The felt sense of aliveness,

Of vibrancy,

Might pervade your experience,

And for me it feels like I've got one metaphorical leg pinning my attention as I open into a broader awareness,

And feel the aliveness of the energy,

Outside the story,

And my grasp will try to give it meaning,

To give it dialogue,

But we pin it,

We hold it,

And we just be in awareness,

There's nothing to fix,

There's nothing to solve,

There's nothing to become,

There's nothing to think about,

Part of the whole,

Guided by the supreme intelligence that moves through all things,

That is all things,

Knowing that moment to moment as we commune with this great spirit,

Is guiding us every step of the way,

How could it not,

And so just by being in communion with this,

And trusting and knowing,

You'll be in the right place at the right time,

Always,

And as sometimes it might not feel like that,

But trusting,

The ultimate truth,

The great spirit,

The divine mother,

Heavenly father,

The one that we are,

Embodying it,

Eternal,

Unable to die,

It's merely transform,

Change forms,

From one expression of the one to the next,

And it's just the story of the mind,

Keeps us separate from that,

It's part of this human experience,

The three-dimensional reality,

We get to pretend to be separate,

What a fun game,

What a gift,

But here now we remember,

We experience,

The truth of who we are,

Infinite beings,

And then the mind will try to grab,

Try to understand,

We observe it,

Moment to moment,

Day to day,

We strengthen that muscle of observing the mind,

Of observing the mind,

Holding it,

Holding our attention,

So that we can be more and more of who we really are,

And so as we sit in the energy of being,

We might take some time now to commune,

The great spirit,

Neither masculine nor feminine,

Integration of all things,

If there's guidance that you seek,

Questions that you seek,

Questions we used to ask,

Now is a beautiful time,

And in my experience,

The more able to observe the mind and be in connection to the energy,

Then there is nothing to figure out,

We are guided,

And so the practice is to do as we're doing,

To connect in each day,

And throughout the day,

To be in communion with that supreme intelligence,

Knowing that that is who we are,

Every cell in this beautiful avatar,

Every thought,

Every awareness,

The air we breathe,

Everything is part of this simulation,

And so for the people in our lives that are struggling,

We might say a little prayer,

Send them some energy,

Pray for their awakening,

It's like we're moving into a period of the great remembering,

And if there's an intention that you would like to set for your day,

I'll leave you now for 10 minutes or so,

To enjoy being,

Might hold your attention as still as you can,

You might embody,

Who you are,

You might do what you're called to do,

So as we now prepare to re-enter our waking reality,

Three-dimensional experience,

The invitation is to deepen our relationship with the mind,

To observe it,

To learn how to interact with it,

How to interact with it,

Without being consumed by it,

To learn to use it as a tool for creation,

And the key in that is remembering who you are,

An infinite being,

Slowly stretching out into your fingers and toes,

Arms and legs,

Stretching out as if like a cat in the sun,

Moving slowly,

So as not to spill the calm that you've created,

Arm,

Peace.
