Maybe you've been experiencing insomnia or sleep apnea or perhaps you have a short window of time and need some deep, healing, restful sleep. If you're here, you are going to sleep like a baby. Plug in your headphones, sit back, close your eyes, and drift away...

Go ahead,

Get nice and comfortable,

Plug in your headphones or do whatever it is that you need to do because this is the last thing you're going to do before you go to sleep.

Go ahead and take a nice deep letting go breath with me here.

Beginning to unwind here now.

I wonder how easily you can start to let go of any thoughts,

Let go of any concerns,

Let go of any expectations,

Let go of any to-do lists.

Simply let go of the day or anything else that has happened earlier before this moment.

Simply let it go now.

Allowing yourself to surrender to the comfort of the surface below you.

And as you do,

Go ahead and take a nice deep letting go breath here.

Noticing the sensation of air passing through you.

Feeling the sweet sensation of release upon the exhale.

Becoming aware now that it is possible to release,

Relax and let go just as easily as one takes a breath.

So go ahead and allow in a nice deep inhale here.

And as you exhale,

Relax the top of the head.

Relax the tiny muscles next to the eyes.

Relax the jaw,

Letting it hang loose and slack.

Relax the shoulders,

Creating space between the earlobe and the shoulder.

Relax the chest.

Relax the torso,

Breathing easily now.

Relax the hips.

Relax the thighs.

Even relaxing the kneecaps now.

Relax the calves.

Relax the ankles.

All the way out to the bottoms of the feet.

And as you relax those feet,

Go ahead and give those hands a little wiggle,

Releasing any last remaining energy that there may be there.

And allowing the arms and the hands to relax.

Now go ahead and begin to bring all of your focus and awareness to your breath now.

Inhaling peace.

And exhaling out anything and everything that no longer serves you in this present moment.

And knowing that multitasking actually does not exist.

It is impossible to do or think two things at the same time.

So allow yourself to choose just one now.

As you bring all of that focus and awareness to your breath.

And as that happens,

You notice now the body and mind really beginning to relax now.

And as the body begins to relax,

It allows words of truth and inspiration to nourish and water the seeds of transformation that are coming to you in just a few moments.

Allowing the mind to relax.

And as the mind relaxes,

It allows the body to relax even deeper now.

And now that you're completely relaxed in body and mind,

Allowing that focus and awareness to shift now to the sound of my voice.

Knowing that even if you release so deeply that you fall asleep,

That's absolutely perfect and right for you.

Because your subconscious mind is always listening and absorbing all that is for your highest and greatest good.

And your subconscious mind always knows what's right for you.

So allowing these very true and very powerful words of truth to speak to the subconscious mind now.

Knowing that it is safe to fall asleep and to remain sleeping so peacefully until it is time to wake up.

I allow my body and mind to rest with ease so I can wake with ease.

In fact,

I'm so excited to go to sleep because the truth is I'm choosing to sleep with intention now.

And the more I sleep with intention,

The easier it is to start my days with intention.

And the easier it is to start my days with intention,

The more I sleep with intention.

I am on a path of intention simply by allowing myself to rest.

I welcome in now deep healing restful sleep knowing that the body heals as it sleeps.

Therefore allowing me to wake up with fresh energy,

Excitement and intention when the time is right.

And that feels pretty inspiring.

I allow my mind to dream of all the infinite possibilities available to me.

Allowing myself to enjoy life smiling and feeling a sense of gratitude for all the intentional choices that you choose to put forward.

My intention is to honor my body,

Mind and spirit now.

Because sleep is sacred.

I allow myself to sleep now.

I allow my mind to dream.

I allow myself to sleep now.

I allow my mind to dream.

I allow myself to sleep now.

And I allow my mind to dream.
