This guided meditation bridges ancient energy wisdom with modern science to help you align and heal from within. Each energy center is explored not only through spiritual awareness but also through its physiological & emotional connections — serving as a true meeting ground of body, mind, and spirit. As you move through the chakras, you're eventually guided to soften into the heart space to connect & heal. This practice includes a unique process I use to help clients begin an active dialogue with the heart, allowing them to dissolve emotional blocks, release internal resistance, and create space for deeper connection and love. Whether you're feeling stuck emotionally, disconnected from your body, or simply seeking realignment, this meditation offers a powerful yet gentle path back to your center. Ideal for: Emotional healing, nervous system regulation, chakra balancing, heart coherence, and expanding into self-love through science-backed energy work.

Welcome newcomers and repeat listeners.

This meditation was created in order for you to connect with your chakra systems,

But mainly,

The heart chakra.

The chakras are not only energetic centers,

They are physiological centers within the body that intersect emotions,

Energy,

Physiological organs such as the endocrine systems,

Nerve centers,

And they in a way,

For me,

Become a healing ground.

A healing ground that connects the quantum energy of who you are.

Specifically the heart center though,

Is one of the most powerful physiological organs within our body.

The heart center or the chakra or the heart can be felt up to 9 feet from your body.

Now that is based on our current technology,

And who's to say that technology will continue to advance and get better,

For us to even detect that the heart frequency can be detected anywhere,

Kind of like a quantum particle.

Because not time nor physical space really matters when you enter in that quantum realm that I believe that the heart sits within,

Becoming our gateway.

And as time evolves and we are evolving as a human species,

This is a call for you to connect more with the heart and especially to heal any blocks,

Barriers,

Or anything that you notice coming up.

And therefore,

You will hear pauses or long holds on this meditation for you to deeply connect with your own physical body.

To deeply connect and to begin to listen so that you can transform,

Heal.

Now,

If you haven't already,

Go ahead and find a seat and close your eyes and get comfortable as we begin.

As we start to really ground ourselves in this moment,

Knowing that you're hearing my voice,

Knowing that you're also hearing maybe the subtle tones or music,

Which will begin to go down though.

As they recede away,

Fading away into the background completely,

So that you can only listen to my voice.

My voice which becomes a meeting ground,

A return point for you.

As you allow me to guide you and take you into a deeper space of relaxation,

As you feel your eyes comfortably closed now,

I want you to go ahead and shift your gaze up and in into the space in between your two physical eyes.

In that space in your forehead,

You can almost imagine a beautiful candlelight just flickering right there,

Allowing your eyes to gaze up there while keeping them still very comfortably closed.

I want you to go ahead and see that candlelight flickering back and forth,

Almost swaying in the wind.

As we go ahead and take three very deep,

Easy breaths.

Taking the first one,

Big breath in.

As you slowly and easily exhale,

Just releasing any tension within your body and maybe even thinking at the same time,

Relax.

Again,

Taking another very easy,

Deep inhale.

As you slowly release,

Again thinking in your mind,

Relax.

And at the same time,

Just going even deeper.

And one last time,

Taking one last big breath in and slowly exhaling,

Releasing.

As you still continue to focus on that candlelight.

And now you can go ahead and breathe normal.

As you're focusing on that candlelight still,

I'm going to count back from five to one.

And with each number,

You will begin to descend.

So that when I get to number one,

You're going to go ahead and release that gaze,

Allowing your eyes to return back to its natural position.

As you feel a sense of release,

Letting go in that moment on number one,

As you go totally,

Completely within.

Starting with number five,

As you still focus on that candlelight flickering,

Swaying back and forth on number four,

Continuing to focus because there's nothing else to do besides be in this very moment right here.

On number three,

Beginning to see that candlelight flickering back and forth,

As you feel maybe your body swaying back and forth internally,

Getting ready to relax even deeper.

As you go ahead and take one last big breath in on number two and release.

And just blow that candlelight out on number one,

Letting go of that breath,

Releasing any tension and returning your eyes to that natural position.

And you breathe normal now,

Allowing that soft,

Easy breath to take its natural pace.

As you feel yourself just settling down from your head all the way down to your toes,

From your skin deep down to your bones,

Just feeling a total body surrendering,

Where you're letting go,

Allowing yourself to just be here in this moment,

As you simply listen.

And if you hear any other sounds,

Maybe it'll be on my end or on your end,

I want you to know that any external noises or sounds will only help you to relax more,

To help you to just go more deeper into yourself,

To begin to just really just hone in on what it is we're here to do,

Which is to focus.

Now focus is a skill,

And so I want you to go ahead and just focus on those eyelids.

Make it a skill,

Make it a practice as you focus on those eyelids,

And just feel how comfortably closed they are now.

Why don't you go ahead and make them,

Make them very heavy and relaxed,

Make them so heavy and relaxed that you could even pretend that it's as if they are sealed down tightly closed,

And that those eyelids are just so comfortably closed that even the thought of opening them will cause them to just lock down even tighter,

That even if you tried,

You'll find that they remain very comfortably closed throughout this session.

And a little exercise that I even like to do is to imagine that those eyelids are like blinds,

Like blinds within your own home,

Within a space that you can just draw down,

And then they automatically separate the external world from your internal world,

As you begin to just simply reflect on any internal experiences that you're experiencing as you look behind those eyelids or blinds.

And some people notice that when they do this,

That they notice either lines,

Or shapes,

Or colors.

Some people may be surprised by swirls,

Or even a distant throbbing light.

Just go ahead and pick up or notice whatever you do,

Or even don't notice,

And just allow that experience to take you even deeper,

As you just relax even further.

Relaxing down through your face,

And feeling all the muscles within your face just loosening up and relax.

Feeling down through your neck,

Just settling.

As you feel down through your shoulders,

Just becoming more easy.

Going down through your arms as they become very loose and limp.

Relaxing,

And maybe even noticing any tingling sensations,

Or heavy sensations,

Or loose or limp sensations.

A simple awareness of what you're noticing.

As you allow that sensation to take you even deeper.

What does that mean?

Deeper into a space of relaxation,

Where you're simply just observing.

Letting go.

Falling into that altered state of awareness,

Which people call trance.

Or people call an altered state that just allows you to let go,

And let be.

As you let go of any tension within your body.

As we go back up your arms,

Towards your shoulders,

Back down into your chest.

Just feeling your entire torso,

Just settling in.

Maybe picking up on any energy,

And just go ahead and telling it,

Relax,

As it settles down even more.

As we continue down to your hips,

Just settling that space.

Relaxing down into your thighs,

From skin to bones.

Just making each tendon,

Each fiber,

Each muscle,

Just more relaxed.

Going down to your knees,

Behind your knees.

Going down through your calves,

And your shins.

Relaxing,

And settling in to your ankles,

And your toes,

And the soles of your feet.

You could even imagine that at the soles of your feet,

The feet that carry you,

That take you around,

That support you.

Imagining as though they are grounded in this moment.

Maybe feeling as though they are grounded into the earth.

A planted,

Kind of like a planting of a tree,

And its roots that can extend down from your toes.

Piercing down into the ground.

Going down through the core.

Piercing all the way down,

Until it hits the very center core of the crystalline earth.

And you could even imagine that those roots could be slightly tugged,

Or pulled on.

Just making sure that they're nicely rooted down into the earth.

As you feel yourself just traveling back up towards your feet again.

Going up through your thighs.

Going up into your hip space.

And I want you to pay attention here for a little bit longer.

As you really feel into your hip space,

And this hip space is where the root chakra lies.

The root chakra,

Which is tied to the color of red.

In this space you have your adrenal glands,

Your survival instincts,

Your sense of security,

Your grounding,

Your fight or flight.

I want you to go ahead and just picture in this space,

Maybe a red swirling light,

Just rotating throughout this space.

Helping it to open,

To relax,

To shift any energy so that it becomes more balanced.

As we continue further up into the next space,

The sacral chakra.

Which is your lower abdomen,

Or just below your belly button.

Here in this space is where your sacral nerve plexus is,

Your reproductive organs,

Or your gonads.

Your emotion,

Your sexual energy,

Your creativity,

All resides here.

Imagining in this space,

The associated color of orange of our sacral space.

Imagine that orange color as a disc,

Rotating in this space,

Just below your navel.

As you can feel in a sense,

An opening,

A relaxing.

Allowing this energy to easily shift or move,

As you feel yourself rising even higher,

Your awareness,

Your consciousness.

As we slightly move up,

Past the navel,

Into the next chakra space,

Which is your solar plexus.

Your solar plexus,

Which is a dense network of nerves,

Where your pancreas lies.

A very important endocrine organ,

That allows us to process,

To digest,

To perform.

A space that is responsible for our personal sense of power,

Our will,

And of course,

Our digestion.

As it governs insulin production,

Metabolic reactions,

Crucial energy and will power themes in this space.

And it is all tied to the color of yellow,

Which you can envision in that space,

Above that navel.

A swirling yellow light,

Just rotating in that space.

As that light begins to shine,

So bright,

Rotating,

Swirling.

As it continues to move further up,

Ascending,

Going up,

As it blends into the heart space,

The heart chakra,

The center of your chest.

That space where the heart sits,

The cardiac plexus,

The organ that is called the thymus,

That is just placed in front of the heart.

A major role in your immune function,

Emotional resiliency,

Especially in childhood.

The vagus nerve,

Which many have probably heard,

That is directly tied to your entire nervous system.

Linking your heart to emotional regulation,

Throughout the entirety of your body.

In this heart space,

You can imagine a green color.

The color of green,

Which also tied to abundance.

The color of green,

Which is also tied to nature and earth.

Imagining that green color as it's swirling in your heart space,

Just beginning to open up,

Relaxing.

As we continue further up,

Completing our chakras,

As we ascend even more,

Going up into the throat space.

The throat space is an area that is directly tied to our ability to manifest,

To create,

To vocalize,

To use.

The thyroid and the parathyroid organs,

Two important endocrine organs are placed here.

They are tied to energetic and metabolic functions.

And in this space,

It allows us to express who we are,

Confidently,

Openly,

Through our voice.

A meeting ground of the non-physical reality into the complete physical reality,

Which is our voice.

You can imagine this space,

A beautiful blue light.

A blue radiating light in your throat space,

As it begins to rotate and swirl.

Swirling in this space,

Opening up,

Maybe feeling a sense of a lump,

Just clearing up as it moves and rotates and ascends up.

As that swirling,

Spiraling light swirls up through your throat,

As we continue to move even further up,

All the way through your head,

Past your lips,

Your nose,

Into your third eye space.

That space that we originally visited in between your two physical eyes,

Right between your eyebrows.

In this space right here,

There is a pituitary gland,

The hypothalamus,

Important organs,

Endocrine organs,

That help us regulate the circadian rhythm,

Our sleep and awake phases.

It is deeply connected with your intuition,

Your functions of dream cycles.

It is your third eye,

Your ability to maybe see certain things internally.

In this space,

It is deeply connected with the color of purple.

The color purple really symbolizes wisdom,

Our ability to maybe see.

As you imagine that purple light just shining,

Right there in that space,

Swirling around in your mind,

In your ajna,

Just rotating,

Swirling,

Imagining that light as it begins to lift even further up,

Into the very last chakra we will visit,

Which is the crown chakra.

As we go to the very tippy top of your head,

And right here is where the pineal gland resides.

Not necessarily on the very top of your head,

But deep,

Deep within your mind.

Now as you continue to envision,

There is a white light just shining above your head,

On the crown of your head,

As you imagine that swirling of that light,

That white beautiful light,

Even maybe picturing as though it's like the sun,

As you are connected to the sun,

Which helps us to regulate our day and night cycle.

And now that your body is totally relaxed,

And that you bring your attention from that crown space,

All the way down through your mind,

Through your head,

Back down past your throat,

As we go down into that seat within your heart.

Settling in into your heart space,

Thinking about the heart space,

It is the center of your body when you think about the chakras.

With the throat,

The ajna,

Or the eye space,

And the crown space,

Those three chakras above,

And then looking below the heart,

You have that sacral,

The solar plexus,

And the root,

Three additional chakras just below.

The heart really is at the center of it all.

As you focus in that heart space,

Let's begin to get a little bit more quiet.

As you really drop into that space,

The heart,

I wonder if you can begin to really listen to it.

If you can feel its beat.

As you start to hear its throbbing.

Do so however you do.

Maybe it's just to listen to the pulsations of the blood that is circulating throughout your entire body,

Which is pumped by the heart.

So maybe you'll feel pulsations in your fingers,

Or even in your head,

In your ears,

Or down in your toes.

Just pick up on the heart,

But at the same time feel its pulsation,

Its waves.

Maybe it's not necessarily one pulsation,

It's just a thumping.

You may even think,

Am I imagining that?

And it's okay if you are.

I'm going to go ahead and just be silent for a bit,

So you can just really pick up on that pulsations,

That wave that goes from the heart and spreads out through your entire body.

Just pick up on that pulsation.

Don't allow your mind to distract you as you just continue to come back to the heart.

And if this is a challenge for you,

It's okay.

It's all part of the practice to just listen to it.

Now another interesting thing you can do is,

Let's just follow our breath with the heart.

So let's take a big breath in.

And if you hold it at the very top of your breath,

Most people are able to hear their heart even more.

Go ahead,

Hold your breath for as long as you can.

As you pay attention to that heart,

As it maybe works a little bit harder to use the oxygen that you pulled in to spread it throughout your body.

Do that a couple of times if you'd like to hear and just notice what you feel,

What you sense,

What you hear.

Feel free to play with your breath as you begin to listen.

To begin to know your heart as your heart begins to know you.

Now the next part I'd like you to do is to begin to scan your heart.

Now you may have already done this and noticed something.

Most people do begin to notice either a feeling,

It could be a sense of resistance,

A block,

A ping.

An interesting feeling that may not feel clear.

It's just a feeling inside that there may be something that is heavy.

And if you feel that,

This part is for you to help you begin to understand what that is.

Because you see a lot of us do tend to have blocks within our heart.

It is the most focal place of protection.

It's like having a broken heart.

Each time we have been hurt or had sorrow or pain,

We create coping.

That coping becomes a barrier,

A block,

A protection.

And so I want you to just begin to notice any different sensation that you feel that isn't comfortable or that is discomforting in some way.

And as you find that feeling,

That sense within you,

You can begin to ask it.

What is this?

As you position yourself with more of a curiosity,

Just go ahead and ask that feeling,

That sense.

Why are you here?

Notice if you get an answer.

Notice what it says.

Be sure to not use that logical ego mind,

But to really just feel.

Creating a space for you to listen to authentically what your heart is saying to you.

Some of the most common themes is that it just wants you to listen to it.

And in this case,

People will experience an overwhelming emotion,

Something that may be coming to the surface of just wanting to be heard,

To be seen,

To be felt.

Or it's been hurt and it needs protection and therefore is a hurt part.

If these common answers are what you receive,

Then go ahead and just give it that.

Letting it know that you are protecting it,

You are here,

You are loving it,

You are giving it what it needs so that it can feel free,

To feel open.

I'm going to be silent as you create that internal dialogue with that part,

That part that may feel like resistance,

Or discomfort,

Or block so that you can begin to heal.

I hope that that time was helpful and that you gained some insights from your own self because you do have the answers within you.

And I'd like to share a really fascinating understanding of the heart that I'd like to think about.

How the heart is so deeply connected to the earth.

Now if you were to look up a picture of the heart and how its electromagnetic field radiates from the body,

You will see that it creates almost this donut shape.

And if you were to look at the earth and its electromagnetic field,

You will also see that it creates a donut shape.

The electromagnetic field of the earth is the system that birds rely on to navigate,

To go north,

Or to go south,

Or to go where it is that they must go to survive,

To live.

It is so deeply ingrained in their nervous system as their heart follows the heart of the earth.

Now I believe that our heart is just the same.

That our heart is an electromagnetic guiding system,

Just like a compass is.

As you use the compass that reads magnetic field of the earth guides you,

Telling you what direction to go.

Now if we have blocks or barriers,

Kind of like a compass system having dirt,

Or muck,

Or dust within it that is blocking it from turning,

We will not know where to go.

And so cleaning out is kind of the work that we're doing here today.

Clearing,

Listening,

So that it can guide us to what it is we're here to do.

Our sacred journey of why we're here as a human species or as an individual.

And I thank you for this time,

Your patience,

Your understanding.

And at the end of the day I send you a heartfelt gratitude for your space here listening,

Helping to change the world by changing yourself for the better.

As you come out of this state beginning to shift,

As you feel your hands and your toes,

Feeling your body in the space that it's in,

As I begin to give you suggestions to come out of that state.

And if you'd like to stay there longer you can ignore these suggestions,

But go ahead and start to move and shift your fingers and your toes.

Maybe start to breathe deeply as you move that energy throughout your body.

Beginning to wake it up.

Sending gratitude,

Love and appreciation to that physical body.

As you come out more and more to the sound of my voice,

To the moment we're in.

As you maybe start to crack open your eyes,

Taking notice to where you are.

As you just find yourself in a seat as an observer still.

Of calmness,

Of relaxation,

Of gratitude.

As you begin to come out more and more.

And I leave you today with a heartfelt thank you.
