This guided meditation audio will use powerful techniques to help you sink into a deep state of relaxation.
So please be sure that wherever you're listening to this audio you're in a safe and comfortable place free from distractions where you can fully relax and let go.
Please make sure you're sitting or lying comfortably in a place where you're free from interruption where you can focus only on yourself and enjoy this time just for you.
Should you need to open your eyes at any time your subconscious mind will alert you and you'll easily come out of this beautiful state of relaxation.
But for now make sure your head is fully supported and that you're as comfortable as you can be as you gently close your eyes and begin your journey of enhanced physical and mental wellbeing.
Find a comfortable place with minimal distractions.
Maybe on a bed or in a comfy chair and close your eyes.
Now I want you to take a long deep breath in and hold it for the count of four.
And then breathe out for the count of six.
Again when you're ready take a long deep breath in and hold it for the count of four.
Hold it for the count of four.
And then breathe out for the count of six.
Now just allow your breathing to return to normal.
Your normal breathing pace.
And you can allow your eyes to gently close as you start to sink into relaxation now.
Taking this time for yourself as you let nothing bother nor disturb you.
This is your time just for you.
Feeling heavy and comfortable.
I'd like you now to imagine a warm ball of light.
So warm and healing.
Imagine it now as it moves down through your body.
Releasing at the top of your head and your forehead.
Imagine those muscles releasing completely as the warm ball of light radiates healing energy into those areas.
Visualize it now moving down to your ears.
Your face.
The tiny muscles around your eyes and mouth.
Muscles releasing now with the warmth.
Calm.
Relaxed.
Heavy.
And comfortable.
Take a few more deep and gentle breaths in and out as you listen to the sound of my voice.
And see the light now as it's moving slowly and gently down into the muscles around your neck.
Your neck shortening as all the muscles simply release.
The light moves down to your shoulders,
Your upper back and arms,
Hands all the way to the tips of your fingers.
Feel the warm healing light as it releases those muscles.
Sinking into the frame of your body now.
So heavy.
So comfortable.
And so calm.
And you can go deeper now as the light moves to your lower back,
Your pelvis and your stomach.
Notice how those muscles simply want to release.
As you take gentle breaths in and out.
Muscles simply relaxing.
A feeling of calm flooding you now.
The warm ball of light gently moving down to your thighs.
Your knees.
Your calves.
Muscles releasing.
A feeling of comfortable heaviness.
You're too comfortable to move.
You're perfectly happy just where you are.
Your feet and toes now releasing.
Every part of your body relaxed,
Safe and calm.
You're now in a deep state of relaxation.
And I'd like to speak directly to your subconscious mind which often tries to protect us by keeping us in old out of date patterns.
I want to thank your subconscious mind for doing such a great job of protecting you.
But it's okay to open up to new suggestions and opportunities.
You no longer need out of date emotions that no longer serve you.
Today your subconscious mind is open to receiving new and positive suggestions.
Perhaps you've been waking up in the morning and feeling anxious.
Today we will help you release this anxiety quickly.
Leaving you feeling calm and relaxed for the rest of your day.
Every morning when you wake up.
You do the 4 4 6 breathing technique.
Breathing in for a count of 4.
Holding the breath for a count of 4.
And then breathing out for a count of 6.
Breathing in for a count of 4.
Holding for a count of 4.
And exhaling for a count of 6.
From now on you do this automatically 5 times.
Feeling your body instantly relax.
And you can practice this now.
Breathing in for a count of 4.
Holding for a count of 4.
And exhaling for a count of 6.
From now on in you focus on getting a good night's sleep.
Making sure your room is nice and dark.
Not too hot nor too cold.
And that you're off technology a good hour before you sleep.
You also prefer to abstain from alcohol and caffeine at least 3 hours before you sleep.
And this helps you to fall asleep much more quickly.
And stay asleep for longer.
Having the most restful sleep.
Waking up at a time that you set yourself.
This beneficial sleep helps your body and mind to rest and reset.
Leaving you waking up feeling recharged,
Rejuvenated and calm.
You keep your thoughts positive.
Choosing to focus on what needs to be done today.
Not what might or might not happen tomorrow.
You no longer worry about things you can't control.
Preferring to focus on the positives.
And if you're facing any difficulties or challenges you take a step back.
What would your family or friends say to you?
What advice would they give you?
Perhaps you need to be more optimistic and confident that everything will work out ok.
Perhaps you've been thinking catastrophically about a situation.
Worrying about things you just can't control.
Have a think now about what message you would get from them.
What are they saying to you?
I'd like you now to imagine that you're writing down all the things that have been on your mind recently.
Perhaps causing you to wake up feeling anxious.
In your mind you note them down on a piece of paper.
Doesn't matter how big nor small the issue is.
I'd like you now to imagine a safe,
Controlled bonfire in front of you,
Burning gently.
Watch the flames now.
They're mesmerising you.
Beautiful colours of red,
Orange and yellow.
Intertwining and dancing in the wind.
When you're ready I'd like you to screw up your piece of paper into a ball.
Screw it up into a ball and throw it into the fire.
Watch now as your worries and anxieties burn quickly and then float away.
The tiny particles floating up into the sky.
Floating away.
Feel your body.
So much calmer.
More relaxed.
More at peace.
Like a weight has been lifted off your shoulders.
Leaving you feeling lighter and freer.
Your anxieties no longer serve you.
They don't help you nor bring anything into your life so you let them go.
Watch now as those negative thoughts and beliefs burn and flicker and float away.
Up into the sky.
Far,
Far away now.
From now on you acknowledge any anxious thoughts.
But you replace them with positive thoughts.
Positive beliefs.
Optimism and hope.
Every morning you wake up feeling so calm and relaxed.
This positivity and hope brings you more calmness and inner peace which pleases you.
Each and every morning you're more resilient.
Able to cope with anything life throws at you.
Your body is calm and relaxed as your mind is full of confidence in yourself and your abilities.
You are a strong amazing person.
Your self-worth and self-love grow stronger and stronger each and every day.
You start your morning routine with your 4-4-6 breathing exercises.
And then you think of three things you're grateful for.
And those can be anything as long as they're truly something that you're grateful for.
And then I finally want you to do something that brings you great joy.
This can be anything at all that fits in with your schedule.
Just cooking a healthy breakfast.
Going for a morning walk.
Calling a close friend.
Meditating.
Treating yourself to a delicious coffee.
Whatever it may be your morning routine brings you great joy and happiness.
You now start your days calm and in control.
Cheerful and relaxed.
Full of hope and positivity for the day ahead.
Your day brings you great serenity and happiness.
All these positive messages are now firmly embedded in your subconscious mind and they'll grow stronger and stronger day by day.
Stronger by the day,
Stronger by the hour and stronger by the minute.
And when you're ready you'll gently emerge from your state of relaxation,
Open your eyes feeling fully awake,
Refreshed and alert.
