Welcome to House of Wellbeing.

This guided meditation will use powerful techniques to help you sink into a deep state of relaxation.

So please be sure that wherever you're listening to this audio,

You're in a safe and comfortable place,

Free from distractions,

Where you can fully relax and let go.

Please make sure you're sitting or lying comfortably in a place where you're free from interruptions,

Where you can focus only on yourself and enjoy this time just for you.

Should you need to open your eyes at any time,

Your subconscious mind will alert you and you'll easily come out of this beautiful state of relaxation.

But for now,

Make sure your head is fully supported and that you're as comfortable as you can be as you gently close your eyes and begin your journey of enhanced physical and mental wellbeing.

I'd like you now to allow your powerful imagination to think of a beautiful garden.

It may be a big garden that you visited in the past.

Or a garden you have admired from afar.

Or perhaps your own garden.

And it's beautiful to you.

Perhaps it's coated with luscious green grass.

A vast array of vibrant,

Colourful flowers.

Or maybe it's buzzing with birds and bees that bring a lovely calming sound as they flutter around your garden.

Different aromas fill the air.

And you notice the sun is shining.

The temperature is just as you like it.

And you feel safe and calm.

Tall trees gently sway in the breeze.

And there's not a cloud in the sky.

You notice a comfortable looking reclining chair.

And you take a seat.

Adjusting it to your desired position.

You're amazed at just how comfortable it is.

As your body sinks right down and the thick padded cushion supports you perfectly.

You can hear the birds chatting and playing happily in the trees above.

You feel happy,

Allowing your muscles to release.

As you sink into the comfort of your garden of peace.

This is your garden of peace and tranquility.

You look ahead at the beautiful landscape of fields that stretch out to rolling hills.

And you notice that the sun is slowly setting.

Filling the sky with all different beautiful creamy shades of oranges and reds.

As it slowly reaches the horizon.

The birds are quietening down now.

And all around you,

You feel that the garden is getting ready for rest.

As the sun slowly sets.

You watch as the clouds merge with the beautiful colours.

And the light emanating from the sun seems almost like a healing light shining just for you.

You allow yourself to go further into relaxation now.

As the sun gets lower and lower.

Deeper and deeper in the horizon.

With every long slow breath you take.

You notice how the sun sinks just a little more.

And how you go deeper into your state of total calm and comfort.

You watch as the sun dips completely beyond the horizon.

Leaving a lovely warm feeling that spreads across the fields and garden.

And this lovely warm feeling spreads throughout you now.

Throughout your mind and body.

You feel more and more connected to the words I'm saying and to the changes about to come.

You're now in a deep state of relaxation.

And I'd like to speak directly to your subconscious mind.

Which often tries to protect us by keeping us in old out of date patterns.

I want to thank your subconscious mind for doing such a great job of protecting you.

But it's okay to open up to new suggestions and opportunities.

You no longer need out of date emotions that no longer serve you.

Today your subconscious mind is open to receiving new and positive suggestions.

Now as you rest in this space of gentle awareness.

You begin to connect with a deeper part of yourself.

The child within.

The part of you that still feels,

Still grows,

Still remembers.

Holds your fears,

Dreams and desires.

You now meet your inner child with compassion.

With tenderness.

With love.

You see them clearly.

You hold them with care.

You let them know they are safe and they are deeply loved.

And now in your mind's eye I'd like you to gently see your younger self.

Your inner child standing before you.

They look up at you with curiosity.

Perhaps with longing or tenderness.

You kneel to meet them eye to eye,

Heart to heart.

And you begin to speak to them from the deepest place of love and wisdom within you.

What do they need to hear?

What words would soothe their soul?

Bring them peace.

Make them feel safe and seen.

As your older and wiser self,

I'd like you to take a moment now to share that wisdom with your inner child.

With some words,

A gentle tone showing you care.

As they listen to your wisdom and advice you notice how their shoulders start to soften.

How their face brightens.

How the heaviness begins to lift.

You are becoming the safe place they always needed.

And together you begin to heal.

The knowledge,

Lessons and experiences you can bring this inner child is life changing.

Helping them to live a fuller life.

No longer carrying the burden of worries,

Anxieties or fears they once felt they had to.

You have lifted this burden from them now.

You have taken away their pain.

You are here now as the adult they needed.

Strong,

Loving,

Protective and kind.

You feel safe and in control at all times.

Empowered and excited for your future.

From now on you make space to listen to what your inner child needs.

You may write to them or talk to them.

Offer them reassurance.

When they feel fear you soothe them.

When they feel shame you remind them of their worth.

When they feel alone you hold them close in your heart.

You nurture your inner child with love and understanding.

And in doing so you start to heal them.

Each day you do something small to honour their joy.

You laugh,

You play,

You create,

You rest.

You give yourself permission to feel free,

To love and be loved.

You now choose people,

Places and experiences that feel emotionally safe.

You no longer tolerate what makes your inner child feel invisible or unworthy.

You set kind,

Firm boundaries to protect your peace.

The child within you is healing and you are becoming whole.

Saying to yourself,

My inner child is safe,

Seen and loved.

I am the adult I need.

I listen to my inner child with compassion.

I honour my feelings and needs.

I'm worthy of love and joy.

I protect my peace with kind boundaries.

I give myself space to heal and grow.

I trust the wisdom within me.

I let go of the past with grace.

I am whole,

I am healing,

I am free.

And now as you carry this feeling forward into your day or into your dreams,

You do so with softness,

With strength and with deep inner peace.

With your inner child feeling more healed and at peace you start to notice the following benefits.

A deeper sense of self-worth and unconditional love.

Greater emotional stability and resilience.

Freedom from old patterns of shame or fear.

More authentic,

Joyful self-expression.

Feeling safe and grounded in your own body.

Stronger,

More nurturing inner dialogue.

An ability to set healthy boundaries with confidence.

Increased compassion for yourself and others.

Greater creativity,

Playfulness and spontaneity.

A lasting sense of wholeness,

Peace and self-acceptance.

And these feelings get stronger and stronger day by day,

Hour by hour.

All these positive messages are now firmly embedded in your subconscious mind and they'll grow stronger and stronger day by day.

Stronger by the day,

Stronger by the hour and stronger by the minute.

And when you're ready I'll count from 1 to 5 and you'll slowly come out of your state of relaxation.

Open your eyes feeling fully awake,

Refreshed and alert.

Waking up now with 1,

2,

3,

4 and 5.
