You’ll feel lighter, freer, and more in tune with what truly matters. We recommend that you listen to our session at least four times so you can really compound the positive messaging, override the old beliefs, and help your mind create new neural pathways to being off technology more.

Welcome to House of Wellbeing.

This guided meditation will use powerful techniques to help you sink into a deep state of relaxation.

So please be sure that wherever you're listening to this audio you're in a safe and comfortable place,

Free from distractions,

Where you can fully relax and let go.

Please make sure you're sitting or lying comfortably in a place where you're free from interruptions,

Where you can focus only on yourself and enjoy this time just for you.

Should you need to open your eyes at any time your subconscious mind will alert you and you'll easily come out of this beautiful state of relaxation.

But for now make sure your head is fully supported and that you're as comfortable as you can be as you gently close your eyes and begin your journey of enhanced physical and mental well-being.

Find a comfortable place where you have limited interruptions.

Now I want you to take a long breath in,

Hold it for a count of four and then breathe out for a count of six.

Once again when you're ready take a long deep breath in for a count of four,

Hold it for a count of four and then breathe out for a count of six.

And I want you to imagine that you're on a beautiful beach.

Maybe it's a tropical beach on a beautiful island or a shore or a coastal beach that brings back positive childhood memories.

Or perhaps it's a beach with fond memories that you created with friends,

Families or loved ones.

Wherever it may be you love it here,

It's your special place.

And as you walk along the beach you can feel the water rushing onto the shore,

Covering your feet and then washing out to sea again.

Bringing with it a feeling of relaxation that washes over you.

The Sun is warm and inviting.

As you turn your face towards the sky the warmth on your face feels so calming and soothing.

Nothing is needed of you here.

This time is just for you.

Time to put yourself first.

On your beach you can relax and let go as you take this time to recharge and unwind.

There's a gentle breeze caressing your face,

Helping you to feel cool and calm in your special place.

You listen to the soft sounds of the crashing waves washing in and washing out.

You feel calmness washing over you.

The sea relaxes you with its rhythmic movements,

Washing in calmness and relaxation and washing out worries,

Anxieties and tension.

You notice more sounds around you.

Perhaps you can hear birds flying above you in the sky.

Maybe you can hear coconuts falling from a tree behind you or fish splashing in the sea.

You love these sounds as they help soothe you,

Making you feel more relaxed,

More at peace,

Helping you to relax your mind and body.

You notice a hammock in the distance barely swaying in the breeze beneath a palm tree.

You walk over to the hammock wanting to take a little rest.

You gently crawl in and lay down,

Letting the hammock cradle you in the shade and you close your eyes as the hammock swings from side to side,

Mesmerizing and soothing you into a deep state of relaxation.

Each time the hammock swings you feel more and more relaxed,

Like its rhythm is releasing tension,

Bringing tranquility and calmness.

In a moment the hammock is going to sway three times and each time it sways you will triple your relaxation.

Starting now,

Three going deeper and deeper into relaxation,

Two releasing any tension,

Feeling yourself sinking deeper into the hammock and one your relaxation has tripled.

You now feel total calmness throughout your mind and body.

I'm going to give you a minute now to enjoy this time.

The breeze on your face,

Your hammock gently swaying,

Relaxing more and more.

Enjoy the quietness as you sink down into the hammock,

Listening to the ocean washing into the shore,

Feeling more and more relaxed.

You're now in a deep state of relaxation where your subconscious mind is now open to receiving new and positive suggestions.

I want to thank your subconscious mind for doing such a great job of protecting you but you no longer need out-of-date emotions that no longer serve you.

Today your subconscious mind is open to receiving new and positive suggestions.

And now as you settle deeper into this state of calm awareness your mind becomes beautifully clear,

Receptive and open to new patterns of behavior around your phone or technology that serve your well-being better.

You become more open to a digital detox as you commit to intentionally reducing,

Limiting or eliminating the use of digital services that you use.

And as you do you feel lighter already as though something has shifted inside you.

You're remembering the deep pleasure of presence.

From this moment on you find it easier and more natural to place gentle boundaries around your digital life.

You are in control.

And each time you choose to take a step back from your phone,

From the scrolling,

From the noise,

You feel a deep sense of calm and clarity wash over you.

Whether it's monitoring work emails late into the evening or constantly checking your social media platforms,

Time away from technology reduces stress in your personal and professional life.

You love creating space in your day for silence,

For nature,

For your own thoughts,

For laughter with someone you love,

Doing something you're passionate about,

Finding a new hobby or interest to fill your time.

You find yourself craving these moments more and more and you easily prioritize them.

From thinking you wouldn't know what to do with yourself without technology you now find your days and hours filled with putting yourself first and doing something else you love and enjoy.

From now on you set aside three sacred hours each day when your phone is away,

Out of reach and your mind is free to rest and reset.

Those are your hours of peace and you look forward to them every day.

You may take a walk,

You may read,

You may simply sit in stillness,

Connect with a loved one but during this time your nervous system recalibrates.

You feel more present,

More focused,

More alive.

These three hours don't have to be all at once.

You may decide to take an hour off in the morning perhaps followed by an hour at lunchtime and before bed.

Whatever you decide you commit to a time frame that you have in mind.

You set yourself clear goals making sure that you have outcomes from what you want to achieve from your digital detox.

You fill your time by doing something you love.

You enjoy the freedom this digital detox gives you as it rejuvenates your mind and body.

You now put your phone or other tech such as your iPad or computer on mute at different times throughout your day as you wind down with intention.

You breathe,

You stretch,

You allow your mind to float freely.

As you do this sleep comes much more easily and you wake feeling refreshed,

Reconnected to your true self.

You also check your phone only with purpose.

You no longer reach for it without meaning.

You're now someone who scrolls only with awareness.

You post only with intention.

You live in real life first being more and more present in your life.

You no longer scroll meaninglessly for no reason or purpose.

The desire to constantly see and hear what other people are doing or saying has now gone.

You are free,

You are clear and you are calm.

Repeating these affirmations to yourself daily,

I choose presence over distraction.

I create space in my day to breathe and be digitally free.

I set healthy loving boundaries around technology.

I enjoy real-life moments much more deeply than moments through a screen.

My time is valuable and I use it with purpose.

I feel peaceful when my phone or tech is out of reach.

I am in control of my digital habits.

I reconnect myself more with every tech-free moment and so you continue living in the present honoring your time,

Your peace and your energy.

And I'd like you to use a powerful technique that you can begin to use immediately.

I'd like you to change your phones or iPad or computers lock screen to an image that anchors you to something you genuinely love.

A peaceful place in nature,

A creative hobby,

A person you adore or a meaningful goal.

Each time you reach for your phone or tech this image acts as a subconscious cue gently reminding you of what you could be doing instead of being on your tech.

Something nourishing,

Grounding or joyful.

Over time your brain will begin to associate the urge to check your phone with the desire to return to the present.

Do the thing you love,

Help you break the habit and make more conscious choices.

As the days and weeks go on you start to feel the following benefits.

More restful uninterrupted sleep.

A calmer more regulated nervous system.

Stronger focus and mental clarity.

Greater emotional resilience and less overstimulation.

More time for meaningful in-person connection.

Increased creativity and inspiration.

A feeling of lightness,

Freedom and control over your time and energy.

And these feelings get stronger and stronger day by day,

Hour by hour.

All these positive messages are now firmly embedded in your subconscious mind and they'll grow stronger and stronger day by day.

Stronger by the day,

Stronger by the hour and stronger by the minute.

And when you're ready I'll count from one to five and you'll slowly come out of your state of relaxation.

Open your eyes feeling fully awake,

Refreshed and alert.

Waking up now with one,

Two,

Three,

Four and five.
