A meditation that supports relaxation, openness, and surrender. Slowly you will melt your body into the space around you. The meditation is recorded live at a Tantric Retreat for Women and starts with about 5 minutes of chanting the Bija Mantra 'AH', followed by gentle guidance into being aware and alive. The soundquality of this recording is not very high, but hopefully the value of the practice and the beauty of a ‘real life’ group makes up for that.

Welcome everybody.

In a moment a meditation will start.

It was recorded live at a beautiful tantric retreat I hosted recently.

And the meditation starts with a chant,

Chanting the bhija mantra A.

So you can chant with us for about five minutes.

And then the meditation continues into a relaxing,

Opening and surrendering meditation for about 20 minutes.

Enjoy your meditation.

And you can let awareness rest on the crown of your head.

And you can soften the crown as if it's melting.

Gently and slowly melting the whole scalp.

Like warm candle wax melting down.

Your forehead.

The space between your brows.

Softening and melting.

Your eyes.

Heavy.

Your cheeks.

Your jaw.

Your mouth.

Slightly open.

Your teeth and gums.

Melting.

Your tongue floating.

Your head and face softly melting like honey.

Your throat and neck.

If there's tension somewhere in these areas,

Then maybe you can soften the places around the tension.

To give space to the tension.

Not suppressing it or getting rid of it.

Providing space and gentleness.

And your shoulders.

Arms and hands.

Melting.

You don't have to hold up anything anymore.

Softening the chest.

Melting the heart.

Providing space for all that's present in your heart area.

Feelings.

Softening the feelings.

Melting the whole back part of the body.

Spine.

Shoulder blades.

And notice that while you melt,

You will still sit up straight.

Our body doesn't need our control or tension.

Let your whole back melt.

Until your tailbone.

If it's easy for you to visualize,

You can maybe visualize the warm candle wax or the honey dripping down.

Softly,

Slowly melting.

Your belly.

Opening the belly.

Your hips.

Pelvis.

Pelvic floor.

Melting.

Maybe you can sense a little bit more sensitivity from the pelvic floor.

Your anus.

Perineum.

Nui-oni.

Melting into the ground,

Into the earth beneath.

And your legs and feet.

Heavy.

Supported by the earth.

So our whole body,

All the sensations.

This whole field of sensations.

Softly swaying a little bit.

And gentle flow of the breath.

You can feel this constant flow of melting from the top down.

And you can visualize as if this warm light entering the crown of your head.

Silky,

Milk,

Light,

Pearly white entering the crown of your head.

Gently flowing through the body,

Your melted body.

Passing the areas of tension.

Not to make it go away but to comfort it.

To heal it.

Caressing it.

Flowing through the whole of your body and out through the perineum into the earth.

Caressing your thoughts,

Your feelings.

Your restlessness.

Your resistance.

Constant flow of light.

Softly swaying a little bit.

If there's distraction,

Can be caught by thoughts.

Very gently you bring yourself back to this field of sensation.

The light flowing through.

Coming into the crown.

Flowing out through the perineum into the earth.

The whole flow of your breath is supporting the openness.

Melting.

So in a moment I will ring the bell.

And you gently with your eyes closed connect to your body again.

Fully embody this body.

So you can touch your body.

Stretch.
