This is how you feel once you get all you want. Step into a powerful, liberating remembering about transforming desire—not by suppressing it, but by understanding it. In this talk, we explore why we constantly reach for “more,” why certain wants never feel satisfied, and how to gently release cravings that drain your energy, distract you from your purpose, or keep you stuck in cycles of lack.

They meditate so they can feel nothing.

They stop their thoughts so that they can feel nothing.

They change their thoughts into something positive so they feel nothing of negativity.

But when you get to the point of feeling nothing,

It's empty,

It's shallow,

It echoes.

What's next?

Where's my satisfaction?

How are my desires met?

Where can I feel good?

I understand that the feeling of nothingness allows you not to feel bad,

Anxiety,

Separateness,

Alone,

Sadness,

Anger.

But without reaching out to the feeling of something,

That feeling of nothing,

Is empty.

I myself have experienced days and weeks of bliss where I feel happiness for no reason.

I feel giddy and excited and yet there is no cause,

No expectation.

And then there came a strange feeling of I feel hunger without the need of satisfaction.

I don't need to ingest anything to serve that hunger.

It's like I am hungry and satisfied at the same time.

And that's very odd.

It's unusual.

It's nothing I've experienced before.

I almost long for the desire,

I long for the need,

I long for the wanting.

Because somehow it has gave me meaning,

Gave me substance.

It allowed me to center myself in my lost being.

I'm lost,

Therefore I must be found.

I'm empty,

Therefore I must be fulfilled.

I'm alone,

Therefore I must feel united.

There's something about that hunger being satiated,

The thirst being quenched,

That's satisfying.

So when we search for that peace,

That bliss,

That unwanting lack of desire where I need for nothing,

I don't need.

There's a satisfaction in that,

Therefore possibly,

Possibly,

Is it that we do not ever find peace,

Bliss,

Happiness,

Satisfaction or desires fulfilled.

Because once we get there,

It's over.

The quest is over.

So where I'm at in my life right now is what happens after it's over.

Where do I go from here?

Where do I go from here?
