Experience.

This series of courses,

Audio courses,

We're going to be talking about experiences.

Knowing that your physical existence is simply an experience,

That your body is completely separate from your soul.

This is a download that came to me not too long ago and the aha moment that I received around this was mind-blowing.

The best way that I can explain this is to compare it to experiences as a human being.

If you go to a wedding or on vacation or even out to dinner with friends,

That happiness,

The glee,

The dancing,

The joyfulness may be frustration at some point,

The aha moments,

The connections that you make,

Those are experiences,

Correct?

You are not the wedding,

You are not the bride,

You are not the vacation,

You are not the restaurant.

Those are simply experiences.

They will reside in your memory and when you think about them again they will give you pleasant feelings because they're attached to the thoughts of the memory of the experience.

Now other people may have attended that same experience.

There's other people on that island per se on your vacation,

Many at the wedding and quite a few people at the restaurant.

Their experiences are going to be much different than yours.

You can only imagine,

Right?

And so our souls are having an experience in our bodies and therefore the experience of you being a short-tempered person or the experience of you having limited belief systems around how intelligent you are or your experience of having one failed relationship after the other is an experience that your body is having and your soul is experiencing but it is not the soul.

The soul is not the failed relationships.

The soul is not the limiting belief system that you're not intelligent enough.

We're going to get more into detail around this.

This may confuse you right now but I just want you to understand the concept.

Entertain the idea that this could be true.

Throughout this podcast series this workshop will also bring examples on a scientific,

On a physicist,

On a biological,

Intellectual and spiritual level.
