Welcome.
This is a meditation into the deepest knowing of who and what you truly are through the portal of your own loving awareness.
So let's begin by gently closing your eyes and just tuning into your own body.
Noticing any sensations and just gently begin breathing long and slow into your belly.
About five or six counts in and five or six counts out,
But do what feels natural to you.
Allow yourself to breathe in love and compassion on the in-breath and release any tension on the out-breath.
Bring a sense of kindness and compassion for all that it is to be a human being walking on this earth at this time.
As you inhale,
Visualize and feel light coming into your heart.
And as you exhale,
Bring your awareness to your heart area and feel the breath and energy flow in your heart.
Say to yourself,
May I be well,
Full of peace and joy.
And as you inhale,
Imagine your heart opening like a flower to these words.
And then as you inhale,
May all beings in the universe be well,
Full of joy and peace.
And allow those words to infuse your heart and open it like a flower.
Now feeling into your body and just noticing any sensations that you feel.
Notice feelings on your skin and scan your body from bottom to top.
Releasing any tension in your eyes,
Your cheeks and your jaw.
Releasing any tension in your throat,
Your torso,
Your hips,
Your knees and your feet.
And just feel the support of the earth as you sit in your chair or on your cushion.
Feel the support of the universe underneath you and at your back.
Now become aware that everything you are aware of is content or information.
So there are sounds coming to your ears.
If your eyes were open,
There would be light coming to your eyes.
You are feeling sensations in your body.
Emotions may arise like vibrations in your body and thoughts arise like clouds in your mind.
So all these things are object of your awareness and something is aware of all these things,
All this content.
So imagine now that you could float in space and drop all the content.
So imagine now that you were floating in space and you could drop the content.
You could drop every memory you've ever had,
Every concern or worry about the future.
You don't even know your body who or what you are.
So there is just awareness,
The knowing presence that is you.
That is-ness or being that knows everything but comes before it.
So begin to focus on the essential qualities of this knowingness or this being.
Notice that it has no boundaries or edges.
Search to see if you can find one.
Take awareness out in any direction,
Searching for an edge or a boundary.
Notice that awareness doesn't come and go in time,
That it's always present and in fact has always been here,
That you couldn't get rid of it if you tried,
That it's the same awareness from the moment you were born through all your experiences,
This awareness luminous and radiant shining through all experience,
That thoughts come and go in time,
Sensations come and go,
Emotions come and go but this,
This awareness does not come and go.
This essential quality of who and what you really are.
Notice that there's nothing you need to do to make this awareness happen,
That it's already here without your help.
So just rest now.
So just rest now in the essential being of you before it is colored by experience.

You you you now bring this awareness into your heart and notice that in addition to being timeless open and free boundless there arises in your heart an essential quality of goodness this loving presence that is you and just feel into this vibration of goodness in every single one of us sometimes this goodness or light can feel very dim when the grip of anger or despair or guilt or blame gets into us but see it like glass that's dirty on the window panes around our heart that inside is a light that cannot be dimmed no matter how dirty this glass gets and so the process of meditation is one by one to start to clean this glass to melt the vibrations of anger or fear or doubt through our own loving heart so just focus now on your own loving heart and if you feel the vibration of fear or any negative emotion simply bring your awareness your light into that vibration you don't need to know the story of this vibration of fear where it came from or why it's here just simply allow yourself to be with this vibration not moving away from it but just cradling it like a mother would cradle a child giving it all the time it needs to be seen by your loving heart you you you just feel the tenderness of resting in the piece of your own heart and allow your own awareness to melt any vibrations that feel stuck like ice melting in water see pain fear as simply a contraction that was frozen somewhere inside your body just waiting to be melted with your own loving heart you feel the essential wholeness and perfection in who and what you are you nothing to fix nothing to change just this you you and just let go of the need to change or fix anything you you this underlying wholeness of you is your own radiant being shining and illuminating everything you touch this ground of being is who and what you truly are you just take your hands off the steering wheel and relax back into your own being you you you more you need to know there's no book you need to read information you need to consume nothing you need to add to your own being to be complete see that you already have everything you need it's all right here you the radiant light of you cannot be taken away you as krishnamurti said the seeing is the doing so let go of needing to do anything more to discover and be what you truly are you you now very gently open your eyes but remain grounded in your own loving heart so look out through the world as if you were looking out through the eyes of your own heart and imagine what it would be like to live and move from this place centered in your own heart from your own ground of being you thank you
