Hello and welcome.

I'm so glad you're here.

Let's begin our practice together by taking our meditation posture.

So feeling your spine gently upright,

It might feel like a little string is pulling your head upright,

With your feet resting gently on the floor or tucked underneath you,

And your hands cupped lightly in your lap,

With the tips of your thumbs touching lightly.

And close your eyes.

And let's establish our presence in the body by taking a few long and slow breaths into the belly.

Settling the body as you do so and relaxing and releasing any tension on the exhale.

Allowing the breath to bring space into whatever is present in the body in this moment.

Now let's take a moment to welcome in all of our guides,

Guardians,

Teachers,

Angels,

Saints,

Ancestors,

And feel them surrounding you and supporting you in this practice,

To your left and to your right,

In front and behind.

Imagine they're cheering you on and wishing you well in this practice.

That you're not doing this practice alone,

But you're very supported,

Held,

And loved.

And then bring to mind your gentle intention for this practice.

Maybe to awaken,

To come closer to your true nature.

Whatever it is for you,

Why are you here?

Bring that why right into your heart.

In today's practice,

We're going to dissolve and shatter the myth of separation.

This is the myth that holds home at bay,

That keeps us stuck in a feeling of searching,

Searching for something else.

When the most important and most radical discovery you can make is that you are already home,

That home is inside you.

One by one,

We're going to tour through the experience of being human in this moment that you are having.

So let's begin by noticing the sensations that are arising in the body in this moment.

Feel how they arise and pass.

And then gently shift your awareness from the sensation to the knower,

The knowing of your sensation.

Sensation is arising to this open space of awareness to you awareness.

Feel the quality of knowing as each sensation arises and passes.

Now let's gently shift from the knowing of sensations arising to the sensation of hearing,

Be it the sound of my voice,

Or the soft music playing,

Or sounds in your room.

Be with the experience of hearing,

Not analyzing what you're hearing,

Just hearing.

Now we'll gently move to the experience of seeing.

And if this helps,

You can lightly open your eyes,

Allowing your eyes to receive light,

To be with the experience of seeing.

Not interested in what you're seeing,

Just seeing.

Gently closing your eyes now to become aware of any thoughts that may be arising.

Being with the experience of thought.

Not interested in what you're thinking,

Just thinking.

Noticing the way that thoughts arise and pass.

Maybe even noticing that no thought you've ever had has stayed.

And in the same way that we can be aware of sensation and hearing and seeing and thought,

We can be aware of emotion,

Feelings.

So notice if a feeling is present.

Could be sadness or joy.

And again,

Being aware of the way that emotions come and go.

That no emotion you've ever had has stayed.

And we could complete this tour of our senses by noticing smells or tastes.

But see this,

That in this totality of your experience,

Only one thing is actually happening.

That in every moment,

There's simply the knowing of your experience.

You aren't moving through life.

Life is moving through you.

And you are simply the knowing of all that is here.

The still point.

Like the eye of a hurricane.

Everything is moving.

And you are still.

Be the still point around which your entire life moves.

Grounded and centered.

Relaxed and at ease.

Nowhere to go.

Nowhere you could even go.

Because everything is happening right now.

Right here.

Home.

And now just let yourself rest in the feeling of home.

And if it helps,

You might bring to mind the frequency that makes you feel most in alignment with home.

Maybe that's a deep forest.

Or maybe it's even a literal home.

A cozy hearth.

A snuggly bed.

Wherever it is,

Invite that frequency into your being now.

All sound.

All seeing.

All feeling and sensation.

All of the totality of your entire experience is happening inside this one awareness.

See that no experience you've ever had or could have has happened outside this one awareness.

Even the farthest starlight coming into your eyes is happening right here inside awareness.

There is no distance between you and any experience you've ever had.

You have always been and will always be right here at home.

Open your heart and receive this extraordinary gift that you have been given.

You are the universe,

The stars,

The moon.

You are the totality of all existence.

You've never have been or ever could be alone.

The fire is burning brightly.

The whole universe is inside you.

And it is pure love.

And we'll start to release and let go of the meditation here.

So bringing awareness to the body.

Maybe wiggling your fingers and toes.

Taking a few conscious breaths back into the body before you open your eyes.

And when you're ready,

Gently opening your eyes.

Centered,

Awake and home.
