So as and when you're ready,
Slowly closing your eyes and bringing your awareness to that breath in the belly just for a moment and shifting in that space of just being curious.
What's the breath doing today?
Is it fast or slow?
Is it creating a regular pattern or is it a little bit all over the place today?
Know that neither one of these is better than the other and we're not trying to fix or change the breath in any way.
Just beginning to notice what's here and just allow yourself to come into this space of just being really present.
No need to worry about anything that's gone on before.
No need to worry about the future or anything you need to do later today.
This time is just for you right now and we're going to check in with that chakra system now.
So bringing your awareness to the root chakra,
The horseshoe shape between the base of the spine and the bottom of the pubic bone.
So that horseshoe right at the base and just feeling into that area,
Noticing what sensations are present here and coming up to that sacral.
So just below the belly button,
That broom space area.
What's present there today?
So taking that same mentality in as we did with the breath,
We're not trying to fix anything.
We're just being curious and coming up to that solar plexus now and just taking that curious awareness into this space.
Noticing if anything shifts or changes just by bringing your awareness.
We're not trying to manufacture that or cause that to happen.
We're just being curious and coming up to that heart space now.
How does it feel here in this moment?
Up to the throat again,
Just exploring this area and up to the third eye.
And as you know,
When we're dealing with the energy centers of the body,
It's not unusual for emotions to arise,
Or memories,
Thoughts,
And that's fine.
You don't need to get drawn into them.
You don't need to analyze them or fix them.
Just allow any emotion to move through if that feels like it's needed.
There's no need to investigate where that comes from,
Why it's there.
And I invite you now to imagine as you take in a nice deep breath that you're pulling energy from that earth all the way through these chakra points.
And this energy is going to flow through your head.
It's going to flow out the crown of the head up into the heavens,
Up into the ether,
Up into the universe.
And we're going to hold the breath right at the top just for a little bit.
So when you're ready,
Taking in that nice deep breath and imagine pulling that energy from the earth through your chakras and holding it at the top and letting that go.
I'm going to do that again,
Pulling that energy up from the earth.
And you can even contract your perineum,
Your pelvic floor muscles to help engage that energy being pulled up as you take a nice deep breath and holding it at the top again and letting that go.
We're going to do that one more time.
So pulling that energy up from the earth with a nice deep breath and holding it at the top and letting that go.
And allowing your awareness now to rest at the top of the head,
That crown,
And just become aware of what sensations are present for you here in this moment,
In this area of your body.
Whether there's some parts that feel very vibrant here,
Or maybe it feels quite dull in places.
If those sensations had a shape or a color or texture,
What would it be?
How would it look?
How would it feel?
And remembering you're not trying to change anything or fix anything,
Allowing it to be whatever it is in this moment.
We're just observing,
Watching TV.
You don't need to get involved.
And let's breathe some more life into this area.
So breathing into this area,
A beautiful golden light.
And on the exhale,
Releasing anything from this point of your body that needs to be released.
So breathing in that beautiful healing light and letting go of anything that needs to be released.
And you can do that with a bit of a sigh if that feels good.
Always feels nice to make that an audible breath.
So breathing in that golden light and releasing anything with a bit of a sigh.
And continuing at your own pace now.
Continuing to breathe in that beautiful healing light.
Allow yourself to let go of anything that needs to be surrendered.
You don't even need to know what that is.
Just trust the process.
And letting go of that breath whenever feels good for you.
Seeing if anything's changed in this area of the body.
And today we're going to use a mantra.
Mantra is a HOM BRAHMASMI.
HOM BRAHMASMI.
And this translates to I am the universe.
A reminder that all of us are made up from stardust.
From that big bang.
Made from the same material,
That same energy.
And it runs through us all and the rest of the wider universe.
A HOM BRAHMASMI.
And you may want to say it out loud a couple of times just to hear how it sounds.
A HOM BRAHMASMI.
And don't worry about saying it correctly or if you're pronouncing it right.
Let that go.
A HOM BRAHMASMI.
A HOM BRAHMASMI.
A HOM BRAHMASMI.
And maybe whispering it a couple of times now or a few times.
HOM BRAHMASMI.
HOM BRAHMASMI.
HOM BRAHMASMI.
And continuing to say that internally now.
At your own pace.
Maybe timing it with the breath.
HOM BRAHMASMI.
And if you lose the mantra or it changes or evolves,
No that's perfectly okay.
And if you get distracted just come back to the mantra when you notice.
HOM BRAHMASMI.
You may find it gets louder or quieter despite the fact you're only saying it internally.
And if your body tries to distract you through pain or an itch,
No that's absolutely normal.
And we just come back to the mantra.
HOM BRAHMASMI.
And continuing to repeat it inside.
And letting go of that mantra now and just take a moment to sit in the stillness that's been left behind.
Notice how that feels.
And now you've got an open gateway.
Open access to the universe.
So if there's any intentions,
Anything you want to manifest,
Anything you want to put out into the universe,
Sending that with your intention now.
Prayer.
You also have the opportunity to ask any questions,
Anything that you need some guidance on.
Putting that out into the universe now.
And trusting any answers you receive.
Worrying about whether you've made them up or it's your imagination.
Some days there are no answers.
And bringing your hands into either prayer pose or just placing them on your heart space,
Whatever feels good for you.
And taking a moment of gratitude for the fact that we get to be alive in this time and space.
That we get to come together in community and practice together all over the world.
And we get to have this shared experience through this amazing technology that's just something we take for granted a lot of the time.
Gratitude for the teachers,
The lineages that have passed down wisdom through thousands of years.
It's allowed us to come together and practice now.
Thank you,
Thank you,
Thank you.
Allow that gratitude to fill up your heart space and move into every cell of your being.
So you're just vibrating with that feeling of thankfulness.
You may even find a little smile creeps on your face.
Thank you,
Thank you,
Thank you.
And starting to notice the feeling of the chair,
Bed,
Couch,
Floor beneath you.
That feeling of contact,
The feeling of gravity that's keeping you connected to the earth.
It's keeping you safe.
The feeling of the air on your skin,
The temperature of the room.
And as and when you feel ready,
Slowly opening your eyes,
Going back into the outside room.
