Begin by grounding down into the body.
Start to feel your seat and your pelvic floor.
Feel your seat grounding heavy into the earth,
And begin to visualize a deep red surrounding this area.
This deep red encompasses and circles around your pelvic floor at the base of your spine.
As you take a deep breath in,
This color grows stronger,
Brighter,
And bigger.
As you exhale,
You sink deeper into your seat,
Into the earth.
As you continue with your deep breaths here,
Begin to visualize roots growing from the base of your spine,
Slowly growing all the way down,
And visualizing these roots connecting to the center of the earth.
Feel the magnetic pull of the earth beneath you,
Dropping heavier and heavier into the body.
Knowing that,
Just like a tree,
No matter what wind or thoughts or outside energies or influences pass you by,
You are deeply rooted,
Connected,
Grounded,
And unwavering.
Begin to place your hands at the lowest part of your belly,
And let's begin taking some even more deep breaths all the way down,
Expanding this deep red color.
As you inhale,
The red grows brighter,
Bigger,
And as you exhale,
Sending that breath up your spine and out of your nose,
You let go of any dense energies.
Inhale,
Grounding down further into the pelvic floor,
The red grows brighter and bigger,
And exhale all the way up the spine,
Letting go.
Again inhaling all the way down to the base of your spine,
The red light grows brighter,
And exhale,
Releasing.
Last one,
Breathing all the way down,
Feeling your roots strengthen,
Feeling this heavy,
Grounded energy at the base of your spine,
Feeling your roots grow strong,
Centering into your root chakra,
And exhale,
Let go.
Now we're going to do a couple of rounds of vocal toning.
The sound Lam is the vocal tone for the root chakra,
So we're going to take three deep breaths into the base of the spine,
And on the exhale,
Vocal tone Lam.
Inhaling in all the way down,
And exhale Lam.
Inhaling deeply all the way down to your root,
And as you exhale,
Feel this vibration circulating in your root centre.
Last one,
Inhaling all the way down,
And exhale,
Vibrate and encode the root chakra vocal tone.
Feel the groundedness of your voice,
The familiarity of your own voice to your body.
Now meditating on this area,
So feeling the heaviness,
Just take some deep breaths here,
And feeling all of the energy from your body drop down,
And anything unwanted is melting off into the ground,
Deep into the soil,
For the earth to transmute into light.
As you inhale,
You're grounding down,
And anything unwanted,
Any tension,
Any stress,
Any anxiety,
Give it up to the earth,
Let it melt off of you into the earth,
Letting mother nature do its cycles,
Transmuting all that is unwanted into new life,
Into light.
Feeling your roots.
Now as you feel your roots grounded deep into the earth,
Begin to gently sway your upper body left and right,
Forward and backwards.
Naturally your body will guide you with where it wants to go,
And as you continue to stay rooted with the base of your spine,
Feel the flexibility and the balance of the rootedness paired with the flexibility of the upper body.
No matter what circumstances pass you by,
You remain grounded and rooted in your body,
Into the earth.
And now internally or out loud affirming the following affirmations.
I am rooted deep into the earth.
I am grounded in my body.
I listen to the wisdom of my body over the chatter of my mind.
Throughout my day,
I remember my connection to my root and to nature.
I am safe in my body as I protect my energy now from all outside influences that are not serving my highest good.
Envisioning this aura of protection,
Of this deep red circulating and surrounding your body.
Taking a deep breath in,
And exhale out.
Grounded protection activated.
