This is a really calming and relaxing meditation. With a bodyscan and pure awareness of your focuse you are able to allow the process of healing and regeneration happen. Make it cozy and open your senses to be fully here and now.

Hello beautiful soul.
I'm Selena.
Welcome to Holiday for the Heart.
And today we have a meditation to really allow yourself to surrender in the now.
It's a really calming and relaxing meditation as well.
You can work with your emotions and to really allow what is there.
And to go through it,
Release it or express it.
And it can be also like energizing but it can also just be like super super calming and relaxing.
Yeah,
Are you ready?
Let's dive directly into it.
And start to breathe deeply.
Close your eyes if this feels good.
And if you feel today you want to keep your eyes open,
Please keep them open.
It's all about allowing yourself to fully fully be where you are right now.
If you wanna lie down,
Then lie down now.
If you wanna stand up,
Stand up.
If you wanna sit or even make it somehow more cozy or stretch body part,
Then do it now.
I invite you to really listen and start right now listening to your body.
What feels right now the best for you?
And while moving start taking deeper breaths into your belly or into your heart.
Whatever feels more rounding,
More centering for you right now.
Deep breathing in and long breathing out.
Deep breathing in and long breathing out.
Deep breathing in.
Really feel where you're breathing in and long out.
Allow your body to rest inside.
And I invite you to start with the feet.
Really feel your feet.
Feel the energy.
Feel the ankles.
And slowly start to wander up along your body,
The legs.
And take your time.
Really raise your awareness inside in the whole body right now.
On the ankles slowly all the way up the legs to the knees.
If you wanna stay somewhere longer,
Feel free to do it.
All the way up into your buttocks,
Into the hips.
And feel your grounding here,
The whole legs,
The feet and the hips.
How is your grounding?
Just feel every sensation is okay.
No dislike,
No like.
Just awareness.
Is your grounding good?
Can you really feel your legs?
Take another deep breath here.
And slowly in your own rhythm start to travel.
Travel up the spine vertebra by vertebra.
And while you're traveling up the spine you might get aware of the vertebra that you might get aware of all the sensations around.
Maybe even feel the organs,
Maybe feel your whole belly or the back vertebra by vertebra.
If you feel somewhere there are more sensations,
Stay there and feel already now what is moving inside.
Breathe into it.
Allow to feel.
Really feel.
In your own time vertebra by vertebra.
Up and up you still keep the beautiful grounding of having this presence in your legs,
In your feet,
In your hips.
But you're focusing now and traveling all the way up in your body.
Take time.
Connect with your breath.
There's no hurry.
Everything will come in its divine timing.
So keep breathing.
Keep traveling up your spine and feeling around.
Can you only feel your body?
Can you even feel your aura?
You can visualize it or just feel use.
All the practices you have already learned so far I always invite you,
Everything you know just allow it to raise your awareness right now.
All the way up the spine.
When you reach the shoulders,
The chest,
The body,
The chest,
From here I invite you to find a way into your arms.
Feel into your arms.
It might happen both arms left and right at the same time.
But if it feels more aligned then go first into the right and into the left.
Raise your awareness.
And really feel into your arms from the shoulders,
Shoulder blades.
You might feel all the muscles.
If not imagine,
Wonder with your awareness into your elbow.
Wherever you wonder raise your awareness inside.
Allow to surrender deeper.
Let relax to feel into your arms until you reach the rest in your hands.
And this is all allowing yourself to be really moving was what is right now.
If you feel you want to raise your awareness and even touching the hands then do it.
If you just want to stay in silence in your body not moving then allow the inner dance,
The inner movement of really feeling each finger.
Feeling the whole hand,
The palm.
Allowing your awareness to increase.
It can even feel like you're boiling water because it's getting really hot or warm.
You're raising the awareness.
Allowing the hands.
And when you're fully aware in your hands take another deep breath here.
Traveling in your own divine time all the way up.
Again into your shoulders.
Take your time.
When you reach the shoulders be fully aware there.
How are your shoulders feeling?
Do they want to move?
Or do they just want to be seen inside?
If they want to be moved feel free to rotate your shoulders once at a time or both in each direction.
Your body will tell you because your body is so so so so smart.
It always knows only your brain comes in.
So allow your body to fully be felt.
Shoulders and neck.
Feeling again the vertebra.
Now the last piece is into the head.
Take time if you need to move more in the shoulders and the neck.
Do it.
If your head want to move allow it.
If you want to stay in your center without movement then the movement is happening inside.
Let each cell,
Each part where you are right now dance,
Connect.
On the shoulders and neck.
Slowly find a way up into your brain.
How does it feel?
There are still a lot of thoughts.
As your body move or you feel more silent and glistening how does your face and brain feel?
Because mostly if we relax the face your brain inside will also relax.
Take a few deep breaths here into your head,
Mind and face.
What are you feeling here?
What is your mind feeling?
And after this deep awakening of senses through your whole body I allow you now to wonder where you need it.
What is there right now in your body?
What wants to be felt?
It can be an emotion,
Can be a specific body part.
If it's a body part go to it and stay there as long as you feel it.
If it's an emotion I invite you to sense the emotion and connect it with your body.
Because all our bodies,
All the cultures are connected with each other.
Mental,
Emotional,
Physical.
So for example if you have anger or sadness inside of you where do you feel it?
And if you have trouble feeling your body right now I invite you to go for the last two or three days.
Where have you been really emotional,
Really angry or sad or happy?
And where did you feel it in your body?
Invite it now to come back to really,
Really feel it.
Where is it in your body?
Once you know you feel it how does it feel?
And I invite you to see your body like a dark forest and with your awareness it is like a firefly.
And this firefly of awareness is traveling directly into this body part which wants to be felt right now.
And everything is allowed.
If it feels heavy it's okay.
If it feels tight it's okay.
And the firefly,
Springing light,
It can be that this feeling gets stronger than allow it.
And if your body wants to move around it allow it to move especially around it.
It's like the firefly is flying exactly where you feel your body right now the most.
Bringing light into this piece and moving it.
It can be like a pulling and pushing,
Like contracting and relaxing.
Start to work with your breath.
Inhale and really feel it,
Feel it.
Exhale release it.
If your body wants to move around this specific body part let the body move from its own.
And dive deep.
Really allow this movement to happen here.
Stay.
What's the feeling?
Feeling.
When you feel it's moving.
Start moving with your firefly of awareness.
And it's like you're connecting with more fireflies in your body raising the awareness where you wander through your body.
For example if it was in the shoulder and now it's maybe coming more into the neck then move it here.
It can even stay the same if you need more awareness there,
More movement or more allowing to be what is there,
What wants to be felt.
Your body knows,
Your body is so so smart.
It's your own practice.
So allow the awareness to wander.
You will travel to one or two more body parts together.
So take the time you need for them.
Where is your body calling you to be there with your mind,
With your feelings,
Even looking at it,
Moving or being in silence.
Your body knows.
And it can change,
Can always change in every second.
If there was pain it might go away,
Sometimes quick,
Sometimes slow.
But everything is always in transformation,
In movement.
So allow your awareness to travel.
Where is your firefly flying to,
Inviting more fireflies to really bring the light into the darkness.
Feel your body,
Stay where you feel it until it fades away.
Only when it fades away you are ready to move somewhere else.
And use your breath,
Deepen your breath,
Feel into every sense,
Every emotion.
What is your body telling you right now.
Listen,
Be there for you,
Nobody else will be there and you can.
Go even deeper.
Feel what is right now there.
Let's enjoy it.
Maybe sing us aloud.
Find time for your last part of body,
Your last emotion for now.
You're always connected but for now to travel there together.
Because everything what we do together is even more powerful.
We're raising all our awareness together,
We are connected.
So where is your body guiding you to listen right now?
It's not your mind,
It's really your body,
Your emotions,
Your sensations.
If there's not one specific right now then start to listen to your whole body.
Movements are allowed,
Even your voice is allowed.
Use your voice if your body is asking you to express something.
Start singing,
Crying,
Everything is okay.
Really express what is there.
Your body is your tool.
And go deeper,
Breathe deeper.
It's like all the fireflies,
You're activating them now.
And from one body part if you're in one,
Start to feel your whole body.
It's like the dark forest is now full of light.
It's like it's sparkly,
It's shiny.
Your whole body,
All the sensations are awakened.
Awaken your whole body,
Feel it.
Feel your body from the toes to the crown of the head.
From the crown of the head to the toes,
Feel everything.
And what do you want to say to your body?
Maybe thank you,
Thank you for telling me.
Thank you for awakening,
For feeling.
Say it now what you want to say to your body.
Can be even I love you.
It doesn't need to be difficult,
Simple is always powerful.
Or is your body telling you something?
Can you feel your whole body?
What's this full awareness?
Take three more really,
Really,
Really deep breaths and hold it a bit.
Feel it in the whole body,
The prana of the inhale and exhale.
Release,
Inhale,
Feel your whole body.
And every,
Every cell.
Exhale,
Release.
Slowly come back to your now.
Inhale,
Feel all the sensations.
And exhale,
Relax.
Slowly find your own time to get aware of your surroundings.
Get aware of the place where you are,
Of all the sounds around you.
When you're ready,
Feel free to open your eyes and fully come back.
Take time to integrate or even dive into your night.
Or feel refreshed to start into your day.
