Hello my dears,

I am Salle and today we have a special energizing meditation to fully activate your prana.

It is all about focusing on the inhale.

It is a really conscious breathing technique.

Super simple and super super powerful.

So if you need right now more energy,

More activation,

You want to invite more power,

More bliss,

More joy,

More passion,

Then this meditation is to fully activate yourself.

To feel your own power of your breath just with a conscious breathing.

If you feel more the opposite right now,

So if you are ready for the activation,

I also invite you to,

Maybe you wanna stay in bed if you are still there.

You can also sit up or you can also do it in standing position.

Put your hands where you want them to have and even my voice will be more activation.

Because it is really about activation and it is activating also your simpaticus.

So if you feel it is too stressing,

Too much activation,

Then focus again just a bit on the exhale.

Because with every exhale you activate the parasympaticus.

Focus for yourself to calm down,

To find more peace and relax,

To release.

And then the inhale is activation again,

Because you breathe in the life.

You exhale,

You let go and you inhale again.

So don't worry,

It's all organic and it's all happened naturally in the flow,

The flow of life.

We start with a natural breath.

Feel your breath.

How is the inflow of the air?

How is the outflow of the air?

Also get aware if you are breathing through the mouth or nose.

No need to change,

Just observe.

And witness what is happening here.

How are you breathing?

Is it deep or flat?

And then we start with the inhaling,

Focusing on the inhale.

Because it's calming naturally.

After every exhale there is a new inhale where you die.

But this is not what we want now.

So focus on your inhale,

Feel it.

And when you set the intention to focus on your inhale,

It might already change.

It might get deeper,

It might get more intensely like.

Just allow it.

As every exhale release and then inhale is coming.

And invite it from the body,

Let your body invite the air.

What is changing inside of you when you just focus on the inhale?

And I also invite you to charge it.

Every inhale you are inviting this air,

This element that is so powerful.

So what do you want to invite in your life?

It can be like a storm.

You can invite a whole house to fly in the air.

But you can also just invite right now the thoughts,

The feeling,

What you want to have.

It can be mentally like you're inviting more clarity in your brain.

You breathe in the air,

It clears everything internally.

It can be emotional that you feel more joy,

More power,

More activation of life force.

You feel more healthy so you can also invite it in your physical,

In your body.

Feel it.

How healthy you want to be.

Feel it right now.

With every inhale feel how the blood circulation is so good.

You see and you feel the prana is flowing,

Your energy flow of the body.

It's so strong.

With every inhale you activate it even more.

It's so powerful.

Feel it inside.

Wow.

Feel your power,

Your activation.

You might already take the arms,

Move them or open your eyes and really attract in the outer what you want inside.

Feel it,

See it,

Imagine it.

It's coming to you just with a strong inhale.

Your intention is so powerful with focusing on the inhale.

So feel it.

And to even feel it more,

Inhale deeply and hold it.

When you fully inhale,

Hold the breath.

Allow it to spread in your whole body and then exhale.

And it's coming with the inhale again.

Even more powerful.

Inhale.

Feel the activation.

In every cell,

You might even vibrate.

Feel it,

Hold it.

Exhale naturally and inhale.

Hold it on the fullest inhale and no pressure.

Just as long as you want as you feel it and then exhale.

It's a flow of life.

Naturally inhale and exhale.

Inhale again.

Wow.

Feel your life force,

Your power.

One more time.

The full activation of your whole body.

Intention of focusing on your inhale.

Feel it.

And then relax.

Either you are fully charged now and you've directly started into your day,

Into your projects,

Into your relationships.

Put the power,

The love that you embrace right now.

Bring it into what you need to charge.
