Just be.
To be in the now.
To be you.
This is the topic for our meditation today.
I am Sallie and you are so welcome to join me in this meditation.
If you feel you are lost in your surrounding,
You are already running into the next thing or you are worried about what happened,
So you are not fully present in the here and now,
Then this meditation is for you to really arrive here,
To relax your nervous system,
To calm yourself and to be fully here,
To be now,
To be present what is happening now.
Cause this is where the biggest power is happening.
Where you are fully allowing yourself to be.
It is those special moments when your adrenaline is fully activated.
For example if you climb on a tree or on a wall and you really have to focus cause otherwise you will fall down and so you are fully activated that you don't fall down cause otherwise you might die.
Or if you drive a scooter or a car and you are fully aware otherwise you could crash and have an accident.
So it's all about your life,
Your awareness.
So those moments you can also achieve them right now.
And this is what we are looking for.
I fully invite you to arrive with open eyes,
Look around and get aware where you are.
Get aware of all the details as well as the big hole.
What is surrounding you?
Why are you here?
Everything is telling a story.
And if you get stuck in your thoughts again,
Come back.
Really be here,
See it.
What are you seeing?
And from one see the other thing.
From one to the next.
Your face is relaxed and your eyes are just wandering around.
You see everything in one,
In one,
In everything.
It's like the key and the door and the place.
If you see the key is in the whole door and you can turn it around,
Open the door,
Entering the place.
It's all connected.
Because if you only have the key but no door and you don't know the place it doesn't make sense.
It's not connected.
But if you have everything and everything is there you just need to allow it to see it.
To see the whole.
And the key is important otherwise you can't open the door.
So get aware of your whole surrounding.
And from this outside where are you?
Are you sitting or lying or standing in the middle?
Are you in a corner?
Where are you in this space and room where you are right now?
Why are you here?
Just keep breathing and be aware where you are.
You can relax because everything is meant to be.
That you're listening right now to raise your awareness to get more subtle in your senses.
When you're fully aware where you are in your surrounding arrive deeper in yourself.
Get aware of your skin.
How is the outside skin feeling?
Is there any fabric touching your skin or the ground?
Does it feel soft,
Hard,
Warm?
Just get aware of all the sensations of your body.
And then travel inside.
How are you feeling?
Who is in?
I also invite you to close your eyes to arrive deeper within.
Feel your breath naturally flowing in and out.
In and out.
How does your body feel?
And I invite you here the same.
Find an anchor point like a detail where you want to focus right now.
It can be your feet if you need more grounding.
Connect it to your root chakra,
Mulatta.
Or your belly if you want to connect to your energy center more,
To your hara,
Your chi.
Or your heart if you really feel.
This is the center of your anchor point right now.
You want to feel more love,
More trust to accept where you are.
Or something else,
Feel your body.
Where do you want to focus right now?
And then to smile.
Send your full awareness and your love there.
And take a sweet fully deep inhale to fully allow yourself to feel this presence,
This pure bliss of just being here right now.
Nothing to do.
Just sweet breaths for your full awareness where you are.

The most powerful magical thing to be fully present in the now.
It's time either to dive deeper into your meditation or slowly start to move your hands,
Your fingers again.
