Hello my dear.
Are you looking for more grounding,
Safety and trust in your body when you're too much in your mind and your thoughts are wandering and you're really looking to have more balance?
Then this is a beautiful standing meditation.
I invite you directly to stand up,
Find your position,
Both feet on the ground.
And put one hand on your belly and one hand on your heart.
And I invite you directly to close your eyes and feel your feet.
Take a deep breath in and a long out.
Inhale into a soft and open belly.
And exhale,
Feel your feet,
Feel the safety of the ground under you.
Inhale deeply.
In soft and open belly.
Exhale,
Feel the safety of the ground under you.
Inhale into a soft and open belly.
Exhale,
Let go.
Trust the earth under you.
It's always holding you.
Tune in with your own energy.
How are you feeling right now?
Allow yourself to be fully you,
To be fully what is there inside to feel it.
And then slowly start to move the weight on your feet.
And still keep the eyes closed but moving with your weight forward,
Feeling that your toes are more activated right now,
They need to work stronger.
You're moving the weight backwards.
So if you're almost falling back but you don't,
Trusting yourself that you go that far,
That's still comfortable.
Then your hands can be still on your belly and on your heart or they can be on your hips if you need more support or just loose on the side of the body.
Whatever feels best for you.
Feeling the weight of the body to the left side of the feet,
Feeling how this feels for your body.
And then the weight to the right side.
Then circling it around.
Playing with the weight in your feet.
Are they trying to grab,
Grabbing the ground or are they super relaxed and it's super easy for you?
Do you feel like losing your stability?
Take your breath deep.
Feel the feet.
Let yourself be like water.
Really just liquid earth.
Liquid earth was moving and adjusting.
Your body will always balance yourself.
So trusting.
Should you lean forward or backward?
If you lose the stability it's okay,
Find it again.
Lift all your toes.
And plant them back.
Lift your heels.
Come on the toes.
Hold it.
And come back.
Two more times.
Lifting the toes.
Exhaling down.
Inhaling,
Coming up on the toes.
Lifting the heels.
Exhaling,
Planting the heels down.
Inhaling,
Toes up.
Exhaling,
Toes down.
Inhaling,
Heels up.
Exhaling,
Heels down.
Inhaling,
Toes up.
Exhaling down.
And a few more rounds.
You massage on your feet with your own weight.
Inhaling up.
Exhaling down.
Inhaling up.
Exhaling down.
And then come back to your center into silence.
How are your feet feeling now?
Are you feeling tingling?
Warms?
Anything else?
And then come to both outer sides.
So the outside of the right foot and the outside of the left foot.
And the inside is twisting up.
And feel how the outer line of your whole body from the feet will go all the way on the outside up to your hips,
Maybe even to your shoulders,
Until the ground of the head.
And here you elongate.
And you feel the whole outer line of your body.
Take a few breaths here.
You can always do it with eyes open to have more stability in the outside world.
But if you can,
Invite yourself to close your eyes,
To feel the balance,
To feel the muscles working for you.
One more breath here.
And come back with your toes to the ground.
Feel your whole feet on the ground.
And then come to the inside.
So the inside,
The big toe,
Until here the inside is on the ground.
And you lift up the outside of the feet.
So it looks like a duck.
And maybe your butt also goes a bit backwards.
That's okay.
And your knees are going more towards.
But keep this inner line.
And now you will feel the inner strength arising.
And when you feel it arising,
Press the inside of your feet even deeper into the ground.
Press them into the ground.
Deep,
Deep,
Deep,
Deep,
Deep.
Beautiful.
Elongate yourself.
Allow the whole spine.
And now it's internal rotation,
Internal inner strength,
Which will lift you up.
You can even put the hands over the head if you feel you need more elongation.
Again,
Close your eyes if you can and take a few breaths on your own.
Feel your inner strength.
One more breath here.
And then exhale the knees.
Jump a few times.
Beautiful.
Relax your feet.
Maybe even shake your butt.
It really looks and relaxes your butt in your head.
Awesome.
Put again one hand on your belly,
One hand on your head.
And feel already the change from the beginning and now.
And slowly I invite you to start again with playing with your weight,
Letting yourself sink forward and backward,
To the left,
To the right,
In circles or in any kind of rotation,
Even an infinity symbol.
And it might feel already way easier because your feet are now warm.
The blood circulation is fully activated in your feet.
They are working so well for you.
And then bring your whole weight to the left foot.
Lift the right foot up and put it directly on top of the other foot.
Think again on the inside of the left leg and lengthen yourself up.
You can put the hands in the hips for more balance or keep them loose on the side.
Or one hand on the head,
One hand on the belly.
Whatever feels best for you right now.
And we will stay here for one minute to really feel all the muscles who are working in your left foot.
Open your chest,
Open your heart.
Keep the inner elongation like someone is pulling you up and this gives you more balance,
More strength to hold it.
It's one of the most simple exercises but so powerful.
So powerful.
If you can,
For the last 30 seconds,
Close your eyes.
Trust your body.
If you might get more shaky,
That's okay.
Your body will readjust,
Realign you.
One more breath.
Inhale,
Elongate,
Feel it.
Exhale,
Slowly release the leg.
And feel the difference between the left and the right feet.
How activated is your left feet?
And then bring your weight towards the right foot,
Really grounding it into the earth,
Feeling like roots are entering into the ground.
You're really stable.
Lift the left leg up and blend one foot on top of the other.
Finding the position of your hands.
Also feeling the difference between the left and the right foot.
It might be way easier,
But more challenging.
Elongate as well here.
Lift your hips up.
Don't think deep.
Lift up from your hips.
Elongate your whole spine.
Open your chest.
Your head is loose on top.
One minute.
If you can,
Close your eyes.
Trust your body.
Trust your right feet.
Beautiful.
One more deep breath in.
Elongate yourself.
Feel the inner strength.
Exhale.
Release your feet.
And just a little bit around,
Playing with the weight,
Feeling your feet.
And take three deep breaths for yourself to feel,
Feel the activation of your feet.
You can stay standing or come back to a seated position.
And allow your feet to rest.
And say thank you.
Thank you to your feet.
They are walking you everywhere,
Taking you through your whole life.
So give your feet the love.
You already built up more trust.
Can you say it to your feet?
Thank you so much and look at them.
Thank you so much for supporting me,
For carrying me.
And really mean it.
If you say it,
Feel it.
I'm so grateful that you are joining today.
And I hope to see you in also the coming meditations or card readings.
Namaste.
Have a beautiful day.

Hi Salina π thanks for this excellent meditation for the feet! Thought I'd give it a try since I'm doing much better and almost fully healed from losing three toes on my left foot, so needless to say I am very grateful for my feet and am trying to be nice to them and take really great care of them, love how you incorporate different parts of the body into your meditation practice β€ always good to move and be playful! Thanks again Salina ππ Oh ya the one foot on top of the other was challenging for me but tried the best I could! Your right thats a really simple yet powerful stanceπβ£
