Hello my dears,
Here is Sally and this meditation is all about feeling guilty.
When you doubt yourself or when you make any guilt,
You are not worth it.
You make yourself tiny and small and you get lost in thoughts and you think like,
Oh,
Why did I do that and why does this happen?
Is it my fault?
It's not worth it,
Believe me.
It's not worth it.
It takes your time,
It takes your energy.
So we take the next 10 minutes,
Around 10 minutes to set yourself in a positive and good mood to know how to handle your guilty feelings when they come next time.
Make it as comfortable as you can have it.
You can lie down or you can make it in a seated position.
Feel free to close your eyes,
Your spine is long and elongated and totally arrive with your breath.
And the inhale and the exhale,
It's coming naturally,
In and out,
In and out.
Deep inhale and a long exhale.
Arrive in your breath and whenever something is feeling weird in the meditation,
Just center yourself.
And your self on the breath,
In and out.
And when you arrive in your breath,
You want to invite the feeling of feeling guilty and it's just like you're opening a door but when you open the door,
You don't allow the feeling to enter,
You just see it.
Maybe you feel it or you sense it in any kind of way because you're just opening the door now and there it is,
The feeling of being guilty.
What is it?
How can you see it?
Is it a situation what pops up like a picture in front of you or is it a feeling,
Is it a thought,
Is it a smell,
Whatever is coming right now,
Just be aware of it but just observe it,
You're not in it.
See yourself from the outside.
Just like a picture,
Like you're just watching it in front of you.
You open the door and there it is,
It's okay.
And while you're watching,
You just observe.
Maybe it changed,
Maybe it stays exactly how it is.
And you breathe in and out.
Don't forget your breathing.
And while you observe it and you watch it and you know it's still,
It's just in front of your door and when you want to let it in,
Maybe you don't want to let it in at all,
Then this is fine for today as well.
But if there's a sense of you want to transform it,
You want to know how to handle it,
Do you want to know it,
Then you can ask,
Ask this feeling in front of you how it wants to change because how it is right now,
You can't allow it to enter.
It's not good.
So it needs to transform in a positive and a good way so it feels attracted to you that you can allow it to let it into your energy field,
Into your body.
Breathe.
And while you're breathing,
May you already observe that it's changing and really see how the transformation is happening.
Start to put it into something that you can really grab.
Grabbing with the thoughts,
Grabbing with the mind or with the feeling.
It can be a color.
It can transform into a ball,
Into a blue,
Small,
Shiny,
Sparkly ball.
It can be also a big bright and really fluffy,
Soft cloud or sunshine or just a butterfly with all the colors you want to have in there.
Raise up on your creativity and however you're doing it,
You're doing it perfectly.
Don't ask yourself,
Don't wonder.
It's okay.
Your subconscious knows exactly how you need your transformation.
Get out of the way of it.
Just let it happen naturally.
It's okay.
You're doing a really,
Really good job.
How is your breath?
And when you can describe it perfectly and when you're ready,
Then you can allow your feeling to enter.
Inside of you,
Crossing the border,
Stepping into your house,
Into your inner temple,
However you want to call it.
And say hello.
Maybe you still come inside,
But maybe your heartbeat is rising up because there is something new happening right now.
Hello.
Just say hello.
Maybe you just want to look at your new friend.
Maybe you want to hug him or her.
Maybe you want to give him a kiss or her.
Whatever is there,
Just go for it and feel it.
It's not in front of your door anymore.
Now you're welcoming it.
And it feels good.
It feels so good.
It was waiting.
You were waiting for it so long.
And finally,
You are together.
It feels good.
When you say hello,
Thank you.
Now I can really see you.
And take a sweet deep breath more to really allow this new feeling to settle into you,
Into your feet,
Into your body,
Into your heart.
Inhale and exhale.
Deep inhale and exhale.
And one more.
In and out.
Whenever a situation is coming and you don't know how to handle it,
You know now you can always leave a chest in front of you and when you transform it,
You can allow it to enter.
Take three more deep breaths to really let it go and come back to your body.
It's the end of the meditation.
Inhale and exhale.
Release.
Inhale with a big smile and exhale long and peaceful.
One more deep,
Deep,
Deep,
Deep inhale,
Charge your smile and exhale.
Release.
When you're ready,
Start to open your eyes.
