Hello my dears and welcome to this meditation about inner peace,

Inner strength and your inner wisdom to really connect with the ease inside of you.

When you are ready,

Find a comfortable pose,

Standing,

Sitting,

Lying,

Whatever feels right now the best for you,

Your spine as long and elongated.

And take care that you have time right now for yourself.

Nobody will interrupt you in the next 20 to 30 minutes.

Take a deep and long inhale.

Close your eyes when you feel this is supporting you.

And take a long exhale.

Arrive in the now.

Take another deep inhale.

Hold it on top as long as it feels comfortable.

And then exhale.

One more.

A long and deep inhale.

Hold it on top.

Feel the air in your chest,

In your belly.

And exhale.

Release.

And I truly invite you.

Whatever thoughts there are still in your mind,

Now it's the time to relax them.

Not hold on to your thoughts,

To emotions.

It's like you're entering a new room.

And in front of this new room,

You decide,

Oh,

I don't need my shoes inside.

It's so warm and cozy.

And I don't need this mantle.

I don't need this luggage,

This big backpack.

Oh,

I can just put it here.

It's safe.

I know it's there.

I can get it back later if I want to.

But now I can just leave it outside.

And then I enter the room.

And it feels more light already.

I feel more free.

And how does this freedom feel for you?

Can you already breathe a bit lighter or wider?

Is your chest expanding a bit more?

Allow the freshness of expansion.

It might be even a few centimeters or millimeters more,

But you feel your chest is rising.

It might be that your breath is going a bit deeper into your belly.

Or you already feel like a tingling or warmth all about your body.

Listen to your body.

It's uniquely perfect how it is.

With the next exhale,

Relax a bit deeper into yourself.

Feel your breath and follow it.

Exhale and exhale.

Fully get aware of your breath,

Of your body,

And all the sensations in between.

Is your face relaxed?

You might smile.

Smiling helps to relax,

To dive deeper into yourself.

Let's take a deep breath in and out.

Now that you have fully arrived in yourself,

Surrendered in the now.

And it doesn't need to be anything.

You can even relax any thoughts who are still there,

Any feelings who are rising.

Just let it come and go.

No need to hold to anything.

Because there is a deeper place.

Which one?

You know it.

You already have everything inside of you.

Listen inside of your body.

What is arising of the space?

It's like listening to the space in between my words.

In between one toilet to the next toilet.

One thought to the next thought.

One drink to the next drink.

One connection or talk to a person.

And then in between the space until you talk to another person.

There's always something happening in between.

In between your breath.

Inhaling and exhaling.

And inhaling again.

What is happening in that space?

A train belongs to that space within you.

Are you still smiling?

Is your mind relaxed in the now?

If you get lost,

Focus again on your breath.

And then there's something rising,

Rising out of the in between.

Maybe you feel it in your body.

Just a specific body part sends a special frequency,

Emotional feeling into your awareness.

Then listen to it.

What is it telling you?

Just listen.

If it's there,

Really strong,

Stay here.

And if another body part is talking to you,

Listen to that one.

Your body always knows how to center yourself.

Sometimes our mind is so noisy and we stop listening.

But now it's the time to hear.

And I invite you to smile,

To sense this sense.

The sense of freedom,

Of satisfaction.

When you start to smile,

Your body knows you're happy.

And it will allow your whole system to feel it,

To embrace it more.

So I invite you to smile.

Smile to your inner organs.

Smile to the body parts you feel right now the most.

Smile to your whole system.

It's working for you all day,

All night.

Just send a smile.

Share yourself.

When you're happy,

You're full of love.

And the strength is coming,

Is coming out of your inner peace.

Can you feel it arising?

It's like the power of a small seed.

If it comes out of the shell,

Breaking it and then slowly starting the way up to reach the sun.

This is your inner strength.

Which seed do you want to plant?

See it and feel it.

See it growing.

Feel it in your body.

Let the smile get stronger.

And you know you can always come back to this meditation or to the feeling and water it.

Strengthen yourself by reminding yourself of this beautiful feeling of freedom.

Take a few more breaths to fully embrace it.

And And then that's the time to come back.

Like a deep inhale,

Feel in your body.

And a long exhale.

Two more like this.

Long and deep inhale.

Feel your breath entering fresh air.

And exhale.

Another deep and long inhale.

Feel the fresh air springing fresh energy,

Fresh movement.

And exhale.

Keep the beautiful feeling inside.

When you slowly start to open your eyes again,

It's time to take your inner strength into your outer world.
