Welcome to this letting go journal practice.
What you need for this practice is a journal and a pen.
A few minutes where you won't be disturbed.
You can take some time to connect with what you want to let go of.
So if you're ready gently close your eyes and tune in with your breath.
Where is your breath in your body in this moment?
Are you breathing in your belly?
And is your breath shallow or is it already going very slowly and deep?
I would like you to invite the breath into the belly.
So when you breathe in your belly rises and when you breathe out your belly contracts.
So take a moment to invite the breath more into the belly.
Invite it to go a little bit slower.
Especially your exhale.
Breathing in and out through the nose.
If you want to sigh it out through the mouth please go ahead.
Notice what happens in your body when you connect to your breath.
Maybe your shoulders drop a few inches.
Feel that your tongue is relaxed in your mouth.
Unclench your jaw.
Feel your fingers relaxed.
Tune in with your body.
What parts can you relax even more?
Where are you still holding tension?
And in a few minutes I'm going to ask you some questions.
And just trust all the answers that are coming to you.
So don't feel the need to do it perfectly.
Just write down whatever comes to mind.
So when you're ready open your eyes and write down what do I want to let go of.
Write down whatever comes to mind.
So what do you want to let go of?
Just observe what comes to mind first.
Write it down.
Maybe you write in full sentences.
Maybe you write just a few words.
It is your practice.
Do it your way.
What do I want to let go of?
See if there are any physical things you want to let go of.
So is there any tension in your body that you're holding on?
Any pain maybe?
Are any patterns in how you treat your body?
How you treat your health that are not serving you anymore?
What do you want to let go of in your body,
In your physically body?
And if you feel like sometimes this meditation goes too fast for you,
Please feel free to pause whenever you want to and just simply come back.
And what are some thoughts or even some thinking patterns that you want to let go of?
Mostly they are involved with some feeling of not good enough.
But what are some thoughts that are not serving you anymore?
What do you want to let go of?
Just write them down.
It doesn't have to be perfect.
Just get it out of your body,
Out of your system.
What thoughts or thinking patterns you want to let go of?
And are there any habits you want to let go of?
Things you do on a regular basis that don't serve you anymore?
What habits or patterns you want to let go of?
Just write them down.
And last is,
Are there any emotions you want to let go of?
Feelings of guilt or fear that are holding you back with what you really want?
Write them down.
What emotions are holding you back at this moment and can you release them?
Can you let them go?
Just write down whatever comes to mind.
Feel free to add anything else you want to let go of.
If there's something else that is still in your mind,
In your body,
That's not holding,
It's not helping you anymore,
It's holding you back.
And when you're ready,
Take a moment to close your eyes again.
Place your hands on your heart.
Imagine that if you let go of all these things,
All these thoughts,
All these emotions,
All these patterns,
That it actually creates space.
Space in your body,
Space in your mind,
Space in your life.
And how do you want to feel this space?
What emotions do you want to experience?
What do you want to feel?
Take a moment to open your eyes again and write down what really matters to me.
So if you create this space by letting go of all these things,
What do you want to fill it up with?
What really matters to you in your life at this moment?
This can be people,
Can be emotions,
Feelings.
Just connect with the essence of you,
Of your life at this moment.
So what really matters to me?
Always feel free to pause the audio if you're not ready.
And if you're ready,
If you're connected to that essence,
Take a moment to close your eyes again,
Gently place your hands on your heart again.
Just simply connect with the gratitude of this moment,
Because letting go is about the past.
Focusing on what really matters lies in the future.
So can you feel the moment,
The gratitude of the moment that you're in right now?
Gratitude for your body.
Take a moment to think about the things you are grateful for in your life.
It can be people,
Experiences,
Choices you made.
What are you grateful for?
And when you're ready,
Simply move your fingers and your toes.
When you're ready,
Open your eyes.
Just take a moment to do whatever feels good to you.
Maybe you read what you've written down,
Maybe you pull a card from a card deck.
But don't rush into life too fast.
You can even make yourself an extra cup of tea.
Just take a moment for yourself,
Because you deserve it.
Hold the vision and trust the process.
Thank you.
