Imagine yourself in a beautiful,
Peaceful place where no demands are made of you.
It's a space for you to unwind,
Relax and release all of your worries.
I wonder where that place is for you.
A beach,
A clearing in the forest,
A field of tulips or sunflowers perhaps.
A garden room or a place you are creating in your mind right now.
So wherever it may be,
See yourself there,
Calm and relax.
Take a deep breath in and know that you are filling yourself with a healthy energy.
