Have you ever done something you wish you didn't? Has someone ever told you something about yourself that you didn't like? Throughout life we carry behaviors that no longer serve our greatest good, due to these negative beliefs pushed upon us by others. This meditation is about accepting all experiences in your life; good, bad, and indifferent. Finding forgiveness and loving yourself for who you are and who you have become.

Transcript

Please do not listen to this meditation while driving or operating a Hesbe machine array.

Use it in a safe and relaxed environment.

Take a moment to get comfortable.

Take a deep breath in.

.

.

And exhale.

Take another slow,

Deep breath in.

.

.

And exhale.

Close your eyes.

Feel a wave of refreshing air wash over you.

.

.

And relax as it does.

Feel a gentle warmth start at your toes.

.

.

And move up to your ankles.

Relax those muscles.

Feel that warmth continue to move up.

.

.

And relax each muscle group and joint.

.

.

As it makes contact.

.

.

From the ankles to the calves.

.

.

Calves to the thighs.

.

.

Over the pelvis.

.

.

Up the abdomen and lower back.

.

.

To the middle and upper back.

.

.

Over the chest.

.

.

Up the neck.

.

.

To the crown of your head.

You are at peace.

With every inflection of your five senses.

.

.

You will become twice more relaxed.

.

.

And remain conscious in this subconscious state.

Now you are standing in front of a room full of light and light.

You are in a state of deep relaxation.

.

.

Now you are standing in front of a beautiful light.

.

.

That outlines a safe,

Secure and warm staircase.

There are ten steps in front of you leading up.

As you take the first and second steps.

.

.

You realize the relaxed simplicity of your movements.

As you take the third and fourth steps.

.

.

Remember that you are a wonderful person.

As you turn on the fifth step.

.

.

Realize and remember that you are loved and valued.

.

.

For who you are.

As you crest the sixth and seventh steps.

.

.

Recognize that your life experiences have been.

.

.

Learning opportunities to help you be a better version of yourself.

As you take the eighth and ninth steps.

.

.

You can see your perfect sanctuary in the space past the light.

.

.

Just waiting for your arrival.

As you take the tenth and final step.

.

.

You are completely relaxed and walk through the light.

.

.

Into your perfect space.

Now feel the happiness that it brings you to be there.

You can return to your safe place at any time.

Notice a warm,

Steamy bath just waiting for you to embrace it.

Walk over and ease into the bath.

It is the perfect temperature for you,

Just the way you like it.

As you take the eighth and final steps.

.

You can see your perfect sanctuary in the space past the light.

Now you are an onlooker as if watching television.

.

.

Reflecting and observing your life experiences that have led you to who you are now.

You have moments to do this.

Be proud of everything you have overcome.

.

.

For the lessons you had to learn were no easy task.

You have to learn to be proud of yourself.

You have to learn to be proud of yourself.

You have to learn to be proud of yourself.

The lessons you had to learn were no easy task.

Reflect on the emotional lessons,

The negative imprints,

Actions and behaviors.

.

.

Pushed on you as truths by others,

Were used by you as a defense mechanism.

As you reflect on these things,

Let all of them melt away one by one.

.

.

Into the warm waters of the bath.

.

.

As they no longer serve your greatest good and you no longer need them.

One by one,

Be cleansed.

Be healed.

Let it go.

Take a few moments to do this.

Recognize that these things were all just part of your development.

.

.

And learning to be who you are now.

It is the experience of these things that gives you the wisdom to live a positive life.

.

.

And the power to choose joy in every situation.

Accept that through those learning processes,

You have found love and appreciation of yourself.

.

.

For the caring and considerate person you are today.

Basking in the warmth of the water,

Feel a lightness to your physical,

Emotional and mental being.

Feel the love you are surrounded in.

Now say these words to yourself.

I forgive myself for my transgressions.

I forgive myself for my transgressions.

And I love myself for the learning I have achieved.

I promise myself to keep moving forward.

Appreciating each and every moment for the learning experience it is.

I let go of my past now and any emotional attachment with it.

I only maintain what I have learned from my past for the sake of the wisdom that it grants me.

I forgive those who have trespassed against me and detach from them with love.

Now I move forward with positive intentions and love as my guides.

Take a few more moments to finish this process and become completely relaxed,

Mind,

Body and soul.

Sense how much better you feel.

Realize how much more comfortable you are.

Now it is time to return.

As you leave those purifying,

Cleansing,

Warm waters,

See an orb of pink light in front of you.

It is your gift to take with you.

Let it move into your chest,

Over your heart.

Merge it with your mind,

Body and spirit.

Know that your happiness is your own and you are in control of your happiness.

Those who seek joy find joy in all things.

As you exit the bath,

The warm breeze washes over you again and dries you completely.

Walk back to the entrance to your perfect sanctuary.

Step through the light to the tenth step,

Knowing that you can return here anytime you want to.

Step down to the ninth and eighth steps.

Note how much lighter you feel and the positivity you feel in your steps as you take them.

As you take the seventh and sixth steps,

Feel how happy and free you are.

As your happiness is yours to control,

You are empowered by your joy.

As you turn on the fifth step,

See the place from where you began this journey in the short distance ahead.

As you step down to the fourth and third steps,

Notice the peace and tranquility that you feel throughout your persona.

You are now healed because you have let go of those things that no longer serve your greatest good.

You are now free from those experiences that allow you to move forward in a positive,

Healthy direction.

As you take the second and first steps,

Feel relieved and reconnected in mind,

Body,

And soul.

As your feet find the spot from which you began this journey,

Feel the reintegration of your relaxed muscles and the slow awakening of your five senses as all of these return to their perfect state for you.

Know that on the count of one,

You are aware of the happenings around you.

On the count of two,

You will be able to recall this entire experience.

On the count of three,

You feel happy inside.

On the count of four,

You are fully reintegrated into the room and your body.

On the count of five,

Come to when you are ready and continue your task at hand.

Have a good journey to you.
