Please do not listen to this meditation while driving or operating heavy machinery.

Use it in a safe and relaxed environment.

Take a moment to get comfortable.

Take a deep breath in and exhale.

Take another slow,

Deep breath in and exhale.

Now close your eyes.

Feel a wave of refreshing air wash over you and relax as it does.

Feel the gentle warmth start at your toes,

Move up your ankles.

Relax those muscles.

Feel the warmth continue to move up and relax each muscle group and joint as it makes contact.

From the ankles to the calves,

Calves to the thighs,

Over the pelvis,

Up the abdomen and lower back to the middle and upper back.

Over your chest,

Up the neck to the crown of your head.

You are at peace.

With every inflection of your five senses you will become more relaxed and remain conscious in this subconscious state.

Now you are standing in front of a beautiful path that leads to a safe space perfectly designed by you.

There are ten steps in front of you leading forward.

As you take the first and second steps,

Start thinking about the simple design of the space you are going to enter.

As you take the third and fourth steps,

Decide where this space is and exactly what it looks like.

As you take your fifth step,

Decide what type of comfortable seating will be waiting for you to relax.

As you walk your sixth and seventh steps,

Recognize that you deserve the best that life has to offer.

As you take your eighth and ninth steps,

You can see your perfect sanctuary in the space past the rainbow of light just waiting for your arrival.

As you take your tenth and final step,

You walk through the rainbow of light,

And you will see the beautiful scenery of the space.

As you walk through the rainbow of light,

As you walk through the rainbow of light,

And let it cleanse you from head to toe,

Of all dis-ease that may have plagued you throughout your day,

It simply takes it away as you enter your perfect space.

Feel the happiness and positivity that it brings you to be there.

You can return to this space at any time.

Now walk over to your perfectly designed seating area and get comfortable.

Let a solid beam of loving white light shine down upon you,

And prepare to listen,

And most importantly,

Listen to understand and gain a deeper meaning of yourself and what you deserve.

Confidence exists only in the mind.

It can be expressed through actions,

Choices,

And how we handle ourselves.

It is a state of being and everyone is entitled to it,

Including you.

It is also important to understand that confidence grows with practice.

Practice is defined here as repeated movements and or thoughts that assist you in accomplishing a goal of your choosing.

Through repeated practice,

The brain solidifies the necessary steps to complete a newly learned skill or way of thinking.

Your muscles learn new movements and commit them to muscle memory.

Your brain learns a new way to route itself,

And you continue to grow mentally.

Confidence grows mentally and physically.

What makes you special is that you are willing to put in the work.

You are willing to practice.

Claim your confidence and grow.

There are no limits,

So you will start right now.

Say this to yourself now as I speak the forthcoming words.

I am confident in continuing to build my confidence through my life lessons and learning experiences.

My believed failures are not failures at all.

Those instances are opportunities that I gave myself to break through a plateau and move outside of my comfort zone.

To try something new.

In short,

To be brave and expand myself to be more than what I was before.

To take what I have learned from those experiences and continue to learn about myself and continue to improve myself.

Because I matter.

I value myself as a person,

And I deserve whatever it is that I decide to pursue.

I want to continue to evolve,

For that is my choice.

I accept and appreciate my mistakes for the great gains of self that they have given me.

These great gains are the gifts of my mistakes,

And I am happy to have experienced them.

I am confident in myself because I am willing to learn,

Willing to put in the work to improve the skills and ways of thinking that I choose to focus on.

Failure only exists in the mind.

I firmly reject the idea of failure,

Because I accept my mistakes and will continue to learn and grow.

Because of this mindset,

I will never fail.

I will always learn and evolve.

Now I want you to visualize a balloon.

This balloon represents your confidence.

It is your job to keep it balanced so that it floats.

If your balloon doesn't have enough confidence,

It will sink and be unable to stay floating,

In which case you will need to increase your confidence by doing and practicing.

If your balloon becomes too inflated,

The way people's egos get,

Then it will rise out of sight.

This is out of balance because overconfidence leads to missing critical details.

You will govern your balloon and maintain balance and your confidence so as to stay floating without inflating so much that it pops.

If it does pop,

You may need to make a new balloon and take what you have learned and start over.

This is completely okay and is one of the main reasons why you will continue to evolve.

It is important to note here that these same ideas regarding confidence apply in relationships as well.

Repeat these statements as I say them.

I deserve to be appreciated.

And in turn,

I appreciate others.

I deserve to be loved.

And in turn,

I choose to love others.

I deserve to be happy.

And I recognize that happiness starts within me.

I must always look within myself for happiness.

And then let others around me add to it.

I deserve to be around people and a special someone who enjoys sharing time and experiences with me as much as I do with them.

I recognize that the little things in friendships and relationships are just as important as the big things.

When someone shows me a behavior or action that is a red flag to me,

I will respect it as honesty and believe what I see and feel.

I recognize that I cannot change or fix anyone.

They have to do it themselves.

Believing that I could change someone is foolish.

Because I would not let someone change me.

I have to change me if that is what I truly want.

And this I statement I just spoke applies to everyone in existence.

I respect myself and therefore so will everyone else.

Anyone who does not add to my life will be subtracted.

Well done.

If you respect others and yourself,

Everything will come together.

Because if you respect you,

Others will have no choice but to respect you.

It's the vibe that you put out.

This is also a part of your confidence.

Believing that you deserve what you give your focus to.

So focus on the positive.

Draw your confidence to yourself and your experiences and relationships.

Because you deserve to be valued.

And it starts with you valuing yourself for the fantastic person that you are.

Feel the love you are surrounded in.

That is what self-love feels like and it is completely okay.

It is not arrogance.

There is a difference between arrogance and self-love.

And this experience has taught you what that difference feels like.

So take your self-love with you for it is the first gift that you have now received on this new road of confidence and a healthy mindset.

Sense how much better you feel.

Realize how much more comfortable you are in knowing the simple fact that it is completely okay for you to just be you.

And that in of itself is enough.

Now it's time to return.

As you leave this space,

Notice that loving white light is always with you and a part of you.

It is another gift to take with you to your physical realm.

Let it always shine upon you,

Lifting your mood and merging your mind,

Body,

And spirit.

Call on the loving white light whenever you wish and it will be there.

Know that your confidence is yours and you now have a true understanding of what confidence truly is.

It has been within you all along.

Now walk back to the entrance to your perfect sanctuary.

Stepping through the rainbow of light that acts as your doorway into this space.

Know that you can redesign this space as you see fit to do because it's yours.

Now take your first step,

Knowing that you can return here anytime you want.

Take your second and third steps.

Note how much lighter you feel and the positivity you feel in your steps as you take them.

As you take your fourth step,

Know that you are confident because you know you can do whatever you put your mind to because you are willing to invest in yourself and your own well-being.

As you take your fifth step,

See the place from where you began this journey in the short distance ahead.

Take your sixth and seventh steps.

Notice the peace and tranquility you feel throughout your entire persona because you have discovered what self-love is and how important it is to be responsible for your own happiness.

It is completely okay to put your needs first and everything else on hold when necessary.

As you take your eighth and ninth steps,

Know that you will continue to evolve yourself in a positive fashion.

Being confident because you know yourself better than anyone else can.

And now you can check your balloon to make sure your confidence is in balance.

As you take your tenth step,

Feel the joy for what you have done here today.

Reconnected in mind,

Body,

And soul.

As your feet find the spot from which you began this journey,

Feel the integration of your relaxed muscles and the slow awakening of your five senses as all of these return to their perfect state for you.

Know that on the count of one,

You are aware of the happenings around you.

On the count of two,

You will be able to recall this entire experience.

On the count of three,

You feel happy and most importantly,

Loved inside.

On the count of four,

You are fully reintegrated into the room and your body.

On the count of five,

Come to when you are ready and continue your task at hand.
