Welcome to this somatic awareness,

Exploration,

Meditation,

And practice.

The best place to experience this I find is when we're lying in bed in those moments before we rise and before we begin to enter into our sleep and dreaming process.

It's a beautiful meditation because sometimes we don't have the energy to sit up and we're right there lying in bed.

The invitation is to allow the music and my voice to hold the space for your own exploration.

With the highest goal,

Intended outcome,

You to recognize and reconnect with the wisdom and the intelligence that is always flowing through this body,

This bio-magnetic miracle,

This gift that shapes our everyday experience.

Begin noticing as you survey the landscape,

This inner landscape,

Anywhere that you feel subtle movement.

It could be a biological process like swallowing or breathing,

And as you witness it,

Explore opening into a mindset of curiosity,

Of awe,

As to what else is connected with that motion.

For example,

I might swallow and feel the insides of my cheeks and then a little bit of tightness,

The back of my skull,

And then a pressure connected to the nerves and the muscles behind my eyelids.

This bio-magnetic miracle is a gift of our body in which we can explore as deeply into as we can explore the outer cosmos.

This organ of our skin which feels the slightest of pressure,

Of sensitivity,

Connected to our nerve endings,

Our capillaries and arteries in which our blood flows,

Our bones,

The rotations in our bones,

Our muscles,

Fascia.

As you inevitably encounter the tension,

The range of subtle discomfort that is stored as memory or imprinted in the experience of this body,

Receive the invitation of this space to allow the intelligence that is flowing through all of these systems,

This bio-magnetic miracle of the body.

Let the body lead the way and you may notice all of the little subtle nuance of micro-awareness and expansion that the ordinary hustle and bustle of the day does not allow for.

Eventually you might notice the phenomenon of your breath,

Sensing,

Feeling,

Experiencing,

Noticing whatever there is to notice,

Letting the wisdom of the body lead the way,

Smiling at this life force flowing through you,

Allowing yourself to be in awe,

Curious about the patterns of movement unfolding within.

They might be something like elongation,

Rotation,

Softening,

Extending,

Contracting,

Letting the mind take a back seat to the language of sensation,

Movement,

Direct experiencing.

Let's take three deep breaths together.

As this experience begins to come into its own natural completion,

I'd like you to play with bringing your awareness intuitively to the field,

Which is the nervous system.

Here noticing state of your nervous system,

Using the language of sensation,

Movement,

That helps taking a few more deep breaths.

Thank you for taking this time to nourish mind,

Body,

Somatic connection.

Thank yourself for nurturing,

Kindling this profound healing potential that is always wanting to express itself through us.

I know that with continued exploration,

You'll begin to notice the micro miracles unfolding into your awareness from this practice,

Into your daily life,

Your roles,

Your relations,

And your responsibilities.
